I ordered a diamond painting on Jan 5th. I received it on the 17th and immediately sent an email seeking a refund and haven't received a reply since. I sent a 2nd email a week ago with no response.I would like a refund issued please. Wonder if I'll ever get the money back, to give my mom a proper gift. I live on 1 income and am extremely disappointed in the whole ordeal and delays. I just wanted to get her something she'd enjoy. She doesn't ride motorcycles anymore and loves diamond painting. Now no response. Hi *****,Thank you for contacting us.The kit should have been packaged in a box with the canvas rolled over a firm cardboard tube, or firm foam cylinder. My apologies that it wasn't packaged like that, and that the canvas arrived damaged beyond use.I can send you a replacement canvas. I will just need a couple pictures for the manufacturer so I can have it shipped out to you. If the canvas cannot be flattened under weight/books/mattress etc, then please reply to this email with the following pictures attached:a photo of the packaging a photo(s) of the canvas photos of the creases/rivers showing the damage making the canvas unusable on the edges/margins of the canvas you will see coding and/or numbers/words, I will need photos of all coding/wording in the margins so I know the exact canvas to ship to you My apologies for this situation. I have purchased a couple of diamond paintings via the website on 3rd of March this year. There is no sign of my purchase, no status update, no answer from the support team. I had ordered a diamond painting kit from them over 3 weeks ago I got a message saying thank you for your order we will let you know when your order has been shipped. It is not even been processed I have emailed them several times without a reply. I may have only spent $14.99 on it however I live paycheck to paycheck and I don't appreciate being ripped off when I was able to buy myself something with a little extra money that I had saved. I placed on order on Feb 1 2023 as a birthday gift. I order 3 diamond paintings totaling 55 dollars. I received a confirmation email immediately after ordering stating my order is being processed and I would hear shortly when it has shipped. I waited 6 days with no email for shipping then went back on their website and found an email for support. I emailed and got a response to ask to wait 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. Fine. I did that. After 3 weeks with still no response I emailed again and the same generic email asking me to wait 2 to 3 weeks was sent to me again. At this point I was done with waiting and asked for my money back. I received no response. I emailed stating I was doing a reverse payment on my credit card and received an email the next day asking for my order number and email as they have no account of my order. I had a print out of the order I had placed on Feb 1 and the email confirmation. I sent all of that and have now not heard back from them. We are going on well over 6 weeks. I want my money back and will never order from this company again. I have written reviews on their social media hopefully to warn others also not to order.Initial Complaint

Ordered on 10/19/2022, followed up on 10/26/2022. Received a response on 10/27/2022, was advised that order had been transferred to transport company. Followed up again on 11/3/2022, no response. Sent another follow up on 11/6/2022 and received this response on 11/7/2022, "Hello *******, Sorry for this inconvenience. We have some problems with delivery. We can refund you if you are not willing to wait.". I asked for a time frame. (Did this twice on 11/7) and again 11/9/2022. No response. I went online to find a phone number, when I called, number disconnected. I am out $69.99.Business Response

I placed an order on 9/29/22, order number *********, have contacted them several times in attempt to track my order. I have received one response from *************************** (Support Agent #2) stating that the order has been sent to their "transport company" and that I will receive an email with a tracking number from them. This was on 10/31/22 and it is now 11/8/22 and still no email with a tracking number. I have attempted to contact ****** 3 more times and have not received a response to date.Business Response

I did respond to the company once I received the email and I am awaiting their answers as they have not yet refunded the money. I requested an exact status of my order as I did not want to receive the refund if the items have, in fact, shipped and there is a tracking number for them.

Our client ordered an upgrade of the diamond painting but there were 4 diamond paintings. And we got response from our client only on 29th of August.
