      I purchased the Ematic AT103C converter DVR from ******* on October 31, 2022. On June 1, 2023 it stopped working. We tried moving it to a different outlet to see if that was the problem and it was not. We tried checking all the connections and pressing the power button for 10 second and nothing worked. The power light is not even working on the unit. Then we tried to change the source from where we had the pvr connected to the ** and our ** started freaking out where we had tried turning off our ** and back on, only to find it still happening. We unplugged the unit from the hdmi cable connecting it to the ** and the ** started working again. We contacted them by email to no responses and even tried to call them but the phone rings once then goes dead.

      I have a emantic tablet and it won't connect to the internet. The number for emantic has been disconnected and there's no email so how is anyone suppose to get ahold of them to work the problem out.

      I purchased a EMATIC brand ******** tablet and dvd player in 1. It came defective where the DVD player doesn't function properly, I contacted ****** as that was the site I purchased from and they told me due to the nature of the issue to contact ematic directly, so I did, they are refusing to help replace the item or fix it, or refund me so I can purchase a new one.

      I purchased 10 car stereos ********* stereos from a ********* ********** dealer. Six of them did not work right out of the box. Four did. I read warranty terms on the website to confirm. The authorized dealer refused to cover the warranty because they have their own policies which do not make allowance for the manufacturer warranty. The dealer instructed me to contact Blaupunkt directly at ******************* A lady named **** replied. They have refused to cover the warranty on their own products and directed me back to the dealer which will not cover the warranty. The manufacturer is legally ********* to resolve the issue but they have repeatedly refused. This is my last attempt to address the issue before taking the case higher. An honorable corporation will do the right thing.

      I am filing a complaint against this company for a multitude of reasons. I have read some of the other complaints and my falls in line with many of them. So, the nature of the dispute is my mother bought my daughter a**************** ********* Tablet with ******* *** ******** + ******** Folio Case and ********** on October **** **** and delivered November 4th 2021 for Christmas. It cost approx. $70.My daughter was able to use it twice before it started to act up. We were able to charge it once maybe twice before it would not charge or turn back on. What I mean by act up was it over heated once and turned off on its own. It was not in its case at the time because it would not charge when put in its case. Trying to get in-touch with the company is an absolute joke. They do not respond to support emails or calls. I was able to reach some one who told me it was in warranty, and I would receive an email for the return instructions, and I was told I'd have to pay to return shipping. I never received an email and I called back the next weeks and just called until someone picked up and they sounded like they were in a barn with chickens and dogs. I made them send me the email. I was reminded that had to pay to ship to them the tablet as well as for them to ship it back. I felt bad my mother felt horrible and my daughter was heartbroken. I gave in and paid to ship it to them, and the $15 money order they required be sent with the product so they can ship it back in 6 to 8 weeks. . I know they received it because when I sent it, I requested a signature. I have proof of everything. The RMA number is XXXXXX .I spent $12.55 shipping it to them and the tracking number was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I sent it 2/11/22 and they received it 2/15/22.I do not feel this has been resolved because I have not received the tablet back nor will they respond to me at all.. They stated it would be repaired or replaced and it has not happened.

      I bought a 10" Ematic portable DVD player on November 29, 2021 for a Christmas present and got the 2 year extended warranty for the retail store. The player lasted for 5 months and then the video is all garbled. You can not see and type of video but hear the sounds from dvd. I contacted the extended warranty company but they tell me I have to contact Ematic because it's under warranty with them. I have been trying to get ahold of anyone from Ematic but the number I have goes straight to voicemail, which no one has ever called me back. I have tried emailing them 4 times but no one ever emailed back. I only paid 63 bucks for the DVD player, but it's 63 bucks that I am out. I have already bought a replacement for the grand daughter with another manufacturer so I would love to get my money back and I'll send this non working DVD player back to Ematic.

      I purchased a tablet through amazon from a company called ******* I was unable to use the tablet because it was locked out by a company called Go **** management. When I called Go **** the guy was surprised to find out I purchased it because he said it was a free tablet that they furnish to low income families as a lifeline. I dont think amazon had any knowledge of this but I think this is clearly some kind of fraud. Im not sure which of the two companies is responsible. When I complained to Amazon they sent me another tablet. Same kind of tablet and I am fine with it. The replacement worked fine. But what are they up to? Now if I dont return the original tablet within 30 days i will be ******* again for this **** free tablet. I live in the country and dont drive and have no printer to print off their return label.

      My granddaughter received a 14.1" portable dvd player last july from her great grandmother. It was purchased from ******* online and shipped to us. It was charged one time and will not charge at all anymore. Had initally tried to call customer service several times no answer. E-mailed company got a case number ****** on November 28th. Have sent several e-mails since and not one single reply. She bought extended warranty but does not start til after one year warranty expires.

ON JULY 17, 2020 LAST CORRESPONDENCE FROM ED EMATIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT TICKET WAS ESCALATED AND WILL BE CONTACTING ME VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. LAPTOP WAS SENT OUT AND PICTURES OF DEVICE WAS EMAILED BACK TO ME UPON DELIVERY OF LAPTOP ON JUNE 23, 2020. ON JULY 17, 2020 I ASK THAT LAPTOP BE SENT BACK DO NOT REPAIR. I SPOKE WITH ****** SUPERVISOR WHO CALLED ME AND I CONFIRMED NOT TO REPAIR AGAIN. SHE STATED SHE WILL LET TEAM KNOW AND I WILL RECEIVED DAMAGED LAPTOP BACK TO MY HOME. I DO PLAN TO FILE IN SMALLS CLAIM FOR THE COST OF LAPTOP UNLESS IT CAN BE REPLACED ASAP. AS THIS HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR, I HAVE EMAILED CUST SUPPORT AND REPLY IS THE SAME TO CONTACT CUST. I AM VERY DISPLEASED AND FRUSTRATED REGARDIGN THIS MATTER. PLEAS HELP. CONTACTED ON JUNE 14, 2020 JULY XX XXXX JULY XX XXXX ED SAID IT IS ESCALATED VIA EMAIL. EMAIL SENT TO ****** AUG ******* . ONLY ************** FROM CUST SUPPORT WAS OCT 13, 2021 THAT THEY RECIEVED MY EAMIL AND IS BEING REVEIWED. OCT 13, 2020 EMAIL SENT TO ****** AGAIN FOR FOLLOWUP NO RESPONSE. LAST CORRESPONDENCE FROM CUST SUPPORT ON 0CT 15, 2021 SAYING SAME THING TO CONTACT CUST SUPPORT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME IN THIS MATTER
