    On January 23, 2024 I ordered a vacuum cleaner from GoowillFinds.com. When the vacuum arrived I promptly notified the merchant that the item was defective and not working as described. The asked for a video of the item to show that it was not working. I provided a video and subsequently receive a shipping label to return the item. However, I was only provided with one shipping label, despite the fact that the order arrive in two large boxes. I asked the merchant whether one label could be used to return two boxes and they stated that this should not be a problem. However, when I went to ***** to return the item they refused to accept the same label on both boxes.I subsequently followed up with the merchant to request a second return shipping label. They denied my request for another shipping label, stating that their records showed that the item had been shipped in one box. I provided photographic evidence showing that the order had arrived in two boxes, including images of the ***** shipping labels showing unique tracking numbers, with the merchant shown as the sender. The merchant continued to deny my request for a second shipping label, making it impossible for me to return the defective item.

    Item not as described or pictured, watch described as not running *** need battery. Jewelry store said obvious missing internal parts. All other listings say *** need battery for parts or repair. Also received watch not pictured as shown emblem from top of watch is loose inside watch ******** Contacted store and they refused any refund regardless.

    Purchased a nice item,Capodimonte Cherub Ceramic / Brass Lipstick Cigarette Carousel Box. It was a Christmas present. Received yesterday some broken, chipped dog planter. Sent so many requests, and emails. Nothing. I want my item. If they mixed up the boxes, at least they should answer, like sorry, we will ask whoever received my item if they can ship it to me. And i will send this dog planter to them. Nothing,. Not a peep. No replies. They ruined my Christmas. I would be more patient , if they would reply and send my item to me.

    The initial email was sent to GWF Customer Serve on 12/20 and was responded to on 12/21 where the cmr was provided a return label to send the incorrect item back.  The fulfillment center was unable to locate the correct item.  The customer has since then been refunded.  There is nothing more to be done with this case.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is not a first time that happened. You sent to someone ( sold) my lipstick holder, my Christmas present that you sucessfully ruined,  I purchased Manga set, again, you cannot locate and to shut me up- here is your refund, wrong amount.  You didn't make an effort to contact a buyer who was supposed to receive this dog planter, and ask to ship my item back.  Clearly, you didn't do your job.   Its easy to shove refund back.   Before , I was buying every day something, now I stopped.  I am afraid that it will come broken, wrong item or will not receive it at all.

    I purchased a CD Changer from goodwillfinds.com on Nov 24, 2023. When I received the device, the unit was inoperable. An error message stated that the there was a table error, making the item completely useless. I have reached out to goodwillfinds.com three times about getting a refund, however I have received no response (twice through email with photos, and once through a contact us form on their website). They do not provide a phone number. Their website states the following: Sales made via goodwillfinds.com are final. Only under extenuating circumstances (broken items, item not as described, wrong item received) may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Pictures of the item will need to be shared in your email to ******************************************* the item is broken, and Im towards the end of the 14 days since receiving the item, Im filing this complaint for lack of response.

    I am referring to goodwillfinds.com. On Oct 6 I ordered 2 items from this website. They do not provide a phone number, only a message sent from their site. It says to inquire if your item has not been shipped in 10 business days. After the 10 days I sent an inquiry. I received no response. I have sent at least 4 maybe 5 messages to their customer service asking the status of my order which is still open on their website. They do not respond and I don't know if I have been charged for the item, if it exists at all I don't know. At first I requested a status update, but now I just want a refund. I have placed maybe 5-orders from this site and have had problems with at least 75% of them require me asking them if they are sending the item, or they are confused about what they have sent and have left me thinking they have credited me back an item of lesser value. It is very confusing. One item I shipped back to a store on my own because they would not respond to me and I lost money on the shipping because it cost more for me than it did the company. So problem after problem and they do not even tell you if your item will ever come or if you have been charged for it.

    My account and credit cards were hacked from Goodwill Finds on 8/24/23. I had amounts charged on 4 different cards. One was for $48.62, another for 81.93, $39.96 +$49.98+71.98 on another and the last was $75.93. 3 of the 4 cards stated it was fraud but on the last card, Goodwill finds is stating it is not fraud because they have my contact information. Yes, they have it because I had ordered from them but not on this date. The ordering history on the website shows what you ordered and when. There is nothing on my order history showing on 8/24. I messaged them and emailed and no response.

    I ordered some journals from GoodWill Finds and never received the package. I contacted GoodWill Finds and they said Fed Ex would do an investigation. Based on the picture provided by Fed Ex they did not deliver the package to the correct address. Of course Fed Ex came back and said they did deliver it to the correct address but they didn't. I could provide pictures but they didn't ask for them. They refuse to give me a refund for my purchase. Its just the principle of the issues. I didn't get the package therefor I should receive a refund.

    We were charged for an online purchase for $415 back in May. We were then notified in July that they never charged us for that purchase and money would be charged to our bank account. We were charged that $415 in July and when reviewing the charge there were actually 11 items within that order that we were charged for and never received as they were marked as "cancelled" through GoodwillFinds. We ended up paying for shipping, taxes and merchandise we never received. After multiple attempts to reach out to GoodWill Finds, the only response we received in mid-August was that they would reach out to us. Rather than reaching out to us, we got another notification that they would be charging us an additional $43.95, $25,98 and $58.41 for other purchases that "their system missed." We have 150 purchases through this website YTD and the biggest issue is that the total we pay does not align with what we see on our credit card. Goodwill finds bundles their orders from multiple warehouses and to my knowledge those total charges get divided up to each warehouse so it is hard to decipher how to match up charges. My biggest issue right now, however, is being charged for items I never received with no follow up from the company. This could have happened to multiple people as well. For a corporation as big as GoodWill, they need to be better equipped to support their online business and have so far failed to do so.

    I ordered several items on 8/15/2023. I received everything except one item. Order number: GW00256585 Status: Completed Placed: 8/15/23 Total: USD $188.79 Missing Item:14K Gold Rounded Tube Hoop Earrings 2.1g The price is$70.36 , old price was$93.82 Discount:(25% OFF)Qty: 1 Subtotal:$70.36 I have emailed **************************************** 3 times since I received the other items and have not heard back from them. I am very frustrated that they have not addressed the issue.

    I ordred retail items ($62.85) from GoodwillFinds eCommerece Dec 16 2022.My bank account was charged $62.85 for the items on Dec 19, 2022.I have not received my purchases as of June 30, 2023.There has been no confirmation from Goodwill as to ever having shipped my items. ///
