      I ordered from here my first time and when I finally got my order it was missing items I contacted customer service didnt take accountability didnt care to resolve the problem I just wanted my full order or my money back for the missing items

      I am incredibly disappointed and disturbed by the level of service I received pertaining my order. IAMGIA has expressed great disregard and disdain for me as a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER who suffered from not receiving items I spent hard earned money for during the holiday season. I've never experienced anything like it, I did not believe they were capable of such treatment. My order # is GIAUS694761. I was very excited to shop with this company initially, but after communicating to them I had not received my order this shopping experience turned into a complete NIGHTMARE.They expressed no concern for my unfortunate situation as a victim, they offered no assistance or resolve, and I am deeply damaged by it all. Emotionally&financially.This experience has changed my perspective of this company, its operations, lack of integrity and empathy, and I will never be the same after this. I feel so low..so discarded..so unheard and unseen.. so disposed of. It's very sad to treat any1 like this and cause this kind of stress/depression. They treated me incredibly poor, responses were consistently condescending. I am still in disbelief at the writing of this.This speaks VOLUMES of the company, the lack of humanity and lack of decent customer service. I pray no one else experiences this EVER by way of ANY company/business profiting off of its consumers and treating them poorly in turn. I deserve better than this, I did NOT receive MY due order. This is heart wrenching. I hope you guys make improvements. You lost a valuable customer, which you have shown I was nvr that to you. Justice not served. Crappy feeling this has made me feel. No money+no items. You would think a company of your stature would make efforts to make things right especially as a FIRST TIME customer. I'm sorry, how can I or anyone return after this? An affadavit is a sworn statement confirmed by oath or affirmation. No protection for it's consumers, only seem to have personal INTEREST.Very disappointing. May God bless

      On 11/19/25, I placed an order for 2 tracksuits from IAMGIA during a sale (Order #GIAUS697226). Unfortunately, the items were too big, so I returned them in exchange for store credit. However, by the time I received the store credit, the sale price was no longer available. When I contacted customer service to ask if they would honor the sale price, I was told no. I then requested a refund due to the high regular price, and IAMGIA issued me a 40% off coupon that would expire in one week. I thanked them and tried to use it, but the items were sold out in my size. I asked customer service for a coupon with no expiration date, so I could buy the items once they restocked. I also inquired about a restock date. Their response was that they couldnt guarantee restocking, and I was advised to either use the coupon on other items or wait.When the items restocked, I contacted customer service again, but they refused to issue a new coupon, stating that they were "nice enough" to issue the first one. I asked for a refund instead since they could not honor the sale price or provide a new coupon, but they have stopped responding to my emails. Now, Im left with store credit for a company I no longer wish to shop with due to poor customer service. I simply want the refund for what I initially agreed to pay for. Could you assist me in getting a refund? I am not able to attach the emails because the file is too big but I can forward them if need be.

      So disappointed in the quality of their dress and their return process in general. I bought from them twice and the second order GIAUS568805, which I purchased around November 27 is still unresolved. My first order was fine and the dress was gorgeous but slightly too big. I decided to return for store credit. It took such a long time for their warehouse to receive and inspect my return and eventually I got my credit after two months. My second order was the one that actually saddened me. I bought the Gala dress along with the ****** dress. Within two days of receiving my order, I decided to wash the garments before wearing them, just like I always do for hygiene purposes. Right after I washed it with cold water as advised, I noticed that while the ****** dress looked perfectly fine, the Gala dress has snags everywhere throughout the lace and there is even a small hole. I cannot believe I just spent nearly $70 on this brand-new dress and have not worn it once for it to break like this due to the poor quality of this item. Per IAMGIA policy, I can no longer return the dress because the tags are removed and it has been washed. At this point, I can't even wear the broken dress out. I just wish that customer care could either provide me with a refund or send me a replacement. I'm so frustrated that a $70 dress is not built to last longer than my $20 clothes from many other brands.

      I am a resident in ******* **, and I placed an order on Iamgia website with Black Friday 50% discount, order number is GIAUS566589. My order with US credit card and ** resident address was cancelled out of no reason, and its totally unacceptable.

      I have looked into your order and can see your order was flagged as High Risk and cancelled by our Fraud system. It was flagged due to some discrepancies within the information provided for example; billing and shipping address' not matching, in addition to some other factors.

      Black Friday was the only opportunity for me, **************************************************** to have a chance at buying clothes from companies like IAMGIA. I made sure to buy everything that I liked, even the ones I wasn't sure of, just so that I could have an easier return. I always check to see if clothes are listed as "final sale" as that is very important to me since I don't have the money to risk. I also always check the size chart to see if the measurements match mine as clothes often don't. Each time I added an item to my cart, I made sure to look through its full description to see if it had any indication of final sale. There was none. When I went to checkout, I didn't see anything regarding that either. I was in a bit of a rush though, full of adrenaline, as I wanted to buy as much as I could. This is where I admit messed up. I wish that I had read every single one of the return policies in detail so I wouldn't have to do this, but I didn't have the time too as I was Black Friday shopping. I have had no issues with any other companies. When all the clothes arrived, they were all way too big. One even had a stain or discoloration. I'm still not really sure what it was but I was scared because it looked dirty and used. I felt sick. When I went to the return portal, it said that none of my items were eligible. I was shocked and confused. Apparently, all items had been final sale. I was confused because I made sure to check beforehand. I frustratedly emailed their team explaining my situation. I was just expecting a simple apology with clarification with a chance of a refund. Their response made me feel disrespected. They just addressed my concern as a "change of mind in sizing." I learned that their final sale policy was actually described only at the checkout in a nonconventional light grey blurb with lots of words instead of a simple "final sale" in red. I blame myself here but am disgusted. I am just asking simply for a refund. Please.
