    On 9/7/2023 I signed up for Jibjab. I did not care to continue the service, so on 5/29/2024 (Four months BEFORE the renewal date), I logged in to my account and Cancelled the Automatic Renewal. I believed I was successful in this endeavor, as a picture of a sad face appeared with a note that they were sorry to see me go, and it confirmed I had cancelled my renewal. An additional message stated my membership would end on 9/7/2024. Therefore, I considered that cancellation to be completed. However, today, by chance I was reviewing old statements and noticed a new charge by Jibjab again on 9/7/2024! My credit card statement noted a ref # **** on this transaction. I was surprised that they ignored my written request to STOP their service. I now wish I had taken a photo of the message they sent, stating my cancellation went through. I looked up "Complaints against Jibjab" today and see that MANY others have had where Jibjab continues to charge people for services AFTER the person CANCELS. I sent them an email. I would simply like a refund to honor my written request to Cancel Jibjab, made initially on May 29, 2024. Thank you.

    I used JibJab to send an e-card in 2021. Since that time, I have never used the service, but have been charged (about once a year) on the credit card that I used for the 2021 transaction. The charge in dispute in on a ***** credit card, in my name. Multiple consumers have reported this same problem (being billed for ecards that were never requested/ordered) with Jib Jab on your site.

    I never ordered a subscription from JibJab since 2014. 2014 I used one time. I have since moved and never ordered ever again. They took money out of my checking account and when I try to contact them, they send to some site (see attached) charging me ***** to cancel something I never ordered. I was doing my checking account and this is how I found out about money out of my checking account. They even show a different address from 2014 and different name. Please, I would like my money back. Thank you **** ******

    In late December of 2024, I purchased one Santa E-Card from JibJab and sent it to one person and was charged *****. When I found the charge for what I thought was try it for free, I immediately cancelled the account. I have been trying to cancel the account ever since, but it somehow stays active and keeps charging me. I cannot remove my Discover Card information from their site. I tried updating the digits with false numbers. JibJabs site kept reinstating my correct Discover Card numbers. JibJab has made it impossible to cancel. I asked Discovers customer service for a new account number, but it appears from the reviews I found online, that JibJab knows how to get new account numbers.     I signed up with jib Jab free trial. I cancelled and they charged me $25.51 12/16/24 I was unaware of auto renewal I only have 1 email I sent them an email and they responded that they cant find my account under that email. They tried to tell me I have a free trial email and another I do not I want to be refunded

    I ordered JibJab to make Christmas cards and it will not allow me in. I have paid for the app and missed the holiday to send cards and also I do not want to give JibJab access to my email password.

    Hi, I tried Jib Jab the end of October 2024. I didnt like the app. When I attempted to make a video. They asked for more money in order to share. So, I canceled the subscription before time to take money out. $$38.39 is what they charge me. I have tried to contact these people with no response. Today I spoke with my bank. They gave me a phone number attached to these people developers. That phone number is not in service ************. since I am paperless with my bank. I remember playing around last year with these people. I canceled right away, and actually I forgot that I tried to give them business in 2023. I just learned from my bank. That this developer took out of my account $38.39. I was charged twice. I cannot reach these people. Im praying that you can help me get my money back. I am disabled with Social Security. I cant play around with my rent money. These people are holding it hostage. I have no way of contacting them. Since they did not respond back through email. They have no contact evidently through telephone. I hope you can help me to get back this money. If the bank representative did not alert me about last year November 24, 2023. I would have no knowledge. Since its paperless, I did not take the time to go online to my account to keep up. I had no idea that they stole my money. Then they took out November 25, 2024 $38.39. I had canceled like I stated these people. This is the reason I do not mess with trial basis. You end up getting ripped off. Please help me get my money back. Thank you so much.

    Today, December 21, 2024 I was paying for a $3.00 ecard and I was instead billed $36.00 for an entire year! I want a refund immediately and want this company to never have access to my financial information again! I have tried calling their number but it redirects me to an email and hangs up on me! This is ridiculous! I want a refund asap or Im filing a complaint with my banking institute!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, to reiterate, JIBJAB has been reported by several other people for conducting their business the same way (on the Better Business Bureau!) they have done to me! It is a BAIT AND SWITCH tactic! I do NOT want JibJab to have my financial information or I will go to the POLICE!!! I accept that they returned my money, as it should have never been taken in the first place. Good luck with BAIT and SWITCH tactics, JIBJAB.

    I got an annual membership to the services provided at ************************** on Dec 12, 2021. Shortly after this date, I canceled my membership after receiving appropriate services. I just was charged again, three years later. Speaking with my credit card provider, it looks like JibJab is illegally using the agreement as a merchant with **** to obtain my new credit card number and begin the recurring charges without my consent. This is fraud. My guess is this is happening to many others and I was just lucky to catch the charge as it happened. I've contacted the merchant, but I believe you should review this and take the appropriate steps against Jibjab and other online merchants using the same illegal approach.

    However, the practice of charging credit cards without consent and I was just lucky to see my **** ***** gives me the sense this is an un-ethical practice and believe it should be investigated.  My credit card just got changed again and if I see another Jibjab charge in a couple months, I'm not sure how the company could claim this was a one-off mistake. Seems like this is a systematic approach to taking money from consumers hoping they are not paying attention.
