      I placed an order (#*****) for $130.86 on October 22nd, 2023. On Oct 24, ********************************************************************* with a **** tracking number. The tracking on the order has not updated since Oct 23, 2023 (a full 28 days at the time of this complaint). We have exchanged numerous emails, but they have not been able to identify where the package is or if it will be delivered. I have asked that the order be canceled and I refunded, but they have rejected and offered me 10% off a next order, which I will not be making. I hope that this complaint will save future prospective buyers from losing out on money. I believe this may be a fraudulent company, who accepts payment but does not fulfill the orders.

      I ordered a jersey on-line. Originally, I expected receipt with seven days. I received a **** tracking number on October 20, 2023. After that date there have been no changes. Now the **** website said the tracking number is invalid.I have contacted the vendor at least five times. They say - WAIT!Mallhit Order # ******

      Purchased a sports jersey for ***** on 10/24/23 on Mallhit.com. Order number *****. No longer need the gift, so I tried to cancel. The phone number on the site does not go to the business. Sent an email to their support *********************************** but no one responded. I want my full refund and I don't want the product. It should not be shipped to me!

      I purchased three jerseys from this company on september 18. They sent tracking information however the tracking has not updated in weeks. I purchase this for my grandson's birthday. It was promised to me to arrive by october 3. I have emailed this company twenty plus times. They keep saying that the merchandise is on the way. I asked them kindly to please trace the tracking information. They will not do that. I do not think these items were ever mailed and I And just getting to run around from this company. I paid them over a hundred and twenty dollars. And they have not checked on the shipping delay or Refunded my money. I feel as though shipping is their responsibility until it reaches the destination. I asked them for a refund or my merchandise!

      I placed an order for a youth jersey on October 1st. Their website states delivery in 4-6 days. Today October 4th and I have not received any tracking info. Called the phone number on their web site. Totally scam number. The person who does own that phone number has a recording to inform people, so its obviously gone on for awhile & not a simple mistake. I have sent company two emails and receive no response. In the second email I requested they return my money and cancel my order as I have ordered from another website. I need this for my grandsons birthday which is in five days and therefore cannot continue to hope they respond over shipped my order, since it seems highly unlikely, I would like my order canceled and my money refunded.       Sellers website has an auto correct for addressing.. I picked my address when the correct one popped up.. almost 3 weeks later they tell it has an incorrect address.. multiple post office employees tell me the package was shipped back to sender, they keep saying the package was cancelled and they didnt get it back, now they want to charge me another 50% of what I already paid to reship my package saying it was my fault for wrong address.. theyre saying they would never receive the package back when **** keeps telling me it was sent back to them I made attempts to repay for shipping, but said I already bought this item and wont pay for it again.. Im getting nowhere with their customer service.. who just keep telling me the post office still has my package

      BEAWARE! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND RIP OFFS!! I purchased a ******************* Replica Jersey from Mallhit on August 15. I did not receive the jersey for nearly a month so I emailed Mallhit. They apologized, but I still did not receive the jersey for several weeks. They say the jersey is an authentic replica. IT IS NOT! It's a cheap rip off. However, the jersey did not fit so I at least wanted to exchange it for a larger size. This is where this company really is a scam and rip off artist. They have no exchange policy posted, and when you email them about how you can exchange an item, they tell you have to get a tape measure and measure the length and width of the item and take pictures to send to them. As ludicrous as this exchange policy is, I measured the jersey and sent them the pictures. Then they told me they couldn't read the measurements and wanted me to remeasure and retake the pictures. If you zoomed on the pictures, the measurements were easily seen, and I also wrote to them with the exact measurements. From reading other complaints, this is the scam they run on everyone. They take months to deliver the item you ordered, and then they make it impossible to exchange a product because of their ludicrous exchange and return policy.

      I ordered a custom baseball jersey on Aug 24th. I received an email a few days later saying my item was shipped. I found this concerning since it was a custom job and should have taken weeks to complete. I kept checking the routing number they gave but it still said and still to this day says awaiting item. **** never received and still hasn't received an item because there isn't an item to send. They have no contact information. No email no phone number. I responded to the one email I received stating my item was sent and is in transit. It gave me back a very generic email stating that the **** is overwhelmed. It's a total scam and I want my $76 dollars back and I want them reported.

      I ordered a jersey from their website and the size I chose for my wife is the normal size she wears. It took 4 to 5 emails to figure out where my package was because their tracking number they supplied kept producing the wrong information. Before even ordering this jersey I emailed them and asked them about their return policy and ***** from **************** told me that any size issues they will return and exchange with no issues as they want to have their customers satisfied. I finally got my package and when my wife tried the jersey on that size didnt quite fit the way this size normally fits (little tight). I then emailed ***** back and asked what the procedure is to return and get one size larger. She then sends me a to do list about measuring with a tape measure how wide and how tall the jersey is so they can check to see if their factory or their warehouse produce the jersey size correctly. I did what they asked me to do twice and they continue to come back and say that the measurements are not right because I dont have the jersey completely flat on the counter or some other excuse. I finally emailed her back and said this is not my job, I should not have to be checking your factories measurements on the product they produce. I should simply be able to return this jersey and expect the correct size to be shipped out just like you stated in, your previous email.
