    I purchased a Jersey from this company it took over 3 months they made the label but never sent it out and took a picture of a ****** maps of my home and said it arrived but no one in my home seeing the Jersey myself has not seen his jersey

    I ordered a Lions jersey on 9/12/24. The tracking has not been updated since 9/14 . The tracking say it's waiting for **** to pick up before more tracking is available.i tracked the order through **** and they cannot provide more information at this time and told me to contact the vendor . I smiled the vendor ONE CHILL24 and haven't got a response . All I want is a replacement sent it has now been over a week and the tracking has NOT been updated.Please help and send my replacement jersey ASAP.Sincerely ***

    I ordered 2 jerseys from OneChill24 - order# ****** on 09/01/24 for a total of $111.06. I received a text message 09/05/24 indicating "Your package with **** is now in transit." on Sep2 03:39 PM. The link in the text (***********************************************************************) sent me to a status page. The status was: departing Shipping Partner Facility, **** Awaiting Item Woodridge, ********, ***. The status has not changed since. (see attached screen shot - text).On the screen shot you will see an option to verify the order. When I enter my order and email, it can't find my order (see attached screen shot - verify).The phone number on their web site (Phone: +1 ?**************?) is for an individual (******* from *******) who has left a detailed message explaining this is not a business - it's a private phone number.

    I am rejecting this response because: they are being unreasonable.  I offered to keep the larger shirt and return the smaller shirt.  Instead, they want proof of the size so they can contact their manufacturer.  If they allow me to return the smaller size for a refund, they will get the shirt back and can check the size themselves.  There is no reason for the delay or their willingness to compromise.

    I am rejecting this response because: they will not  allow me to return the shirt and get a refund.  Instead, the want me to measure the shirt, something they can do when I send back the shirt.  They are not responding with any new information.  It's just the same answer over and over.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They mailed my package 4 weeks late. By that time I had relocated with a forwarding address. They did not ship my order with the type of shipping that follows a forwarding address. My order was shipped back to their warehouse and I went to the post office and they told me my order is at their warehouse. It is not at the post office that is a lie. They are lying they have my money and they have my shirt. They are liars.

    What they have said is a lie. I went to the post office and the post office looked at the detailed tracking they have, and they told me the package was returned to the New Jersey Warehouse. I cannot pick up the package and one chill 24 will not resend it to me. They are saying the same response they did before exactly and they are lying. My package is at their warehouse. So they have my shirt and they have my money and they will not resend my order and they will not refund my money they are liars and thieves.

    I am rejecting this response because: You are fake, liars and theives. No one should ever buy from these hucksters.

    The package arrived at my address but by 5 weeks post ordering, I had relocated. The package was returned to Fayetteville PO. Then it was returned to sender.... it is currently at your WAREHOUSE--- which is in New JERSY. You are lying about the tracking.

    This info is in the tracking.

    Again, you are lying. I don't have the package forwarded back to me. You sent it but in 5 weeks!!! by that time I had moved. I had a forwarding address in place. But your cheap level of shipment did not cover forwarding. Again you are lying. It is your fault it was not forwarded to me at my new address. 

    You have my money, and you have my shirt in your warehouse in New Jersy.

    You also have a FAKE address and Phone number on your website. The phone number goes to a poor guys's voicmail. The address in CA is FAKE>

    You are a fake ripoff company with super cheap non-forwarding shipping. You ship within 6 weeks. You do not return a customer's money and you keep their packages. Look at all the complaints against you.  YOU ARE LIARS and THEIVES.

    I ordered 2 jerseys and the update from the tracking was last updated on the 15th of July it stated that it departed shipping partners facility . However I received a tracking for **** and when I called **** they stated that a label was only created and that they have not received a package. I reached out to onechill24 and they are not accepting calls. I would like my order shipped as promised and paid for. But I cant reach anyone from the company to respond.

    Ordered a jersey on 4/2/24 and paid extra for shipping as it said it would be here by 4/11. Check on 4/11 to see if it was at least almost here, says still processing. Contacted company and they refuse to respond to the fact I was promised a certain arrival date, they only send the fact they cant refund. Havent even gotten a shipping confirmation the day after it was supposed to be here.

    I ordered 2 Athleic Jersey and never got them. Someone name ***** respons to the emails making uo excuses. I told them that I am going to report them as a SCAM. I paid $111.06 thru PayPal on February 24, 2024. They order was coming from ********. They sent a tracking but it only says it Departed shipping partner. I was scammed and would like my money back at this point but I know it's not going to happen so maybe this will help the next person make a better decision about doing business with this company.
