    I ordered a product on 2/12/2024 which was 6 items total and to the date of writing this 11/01/2024 I have yet to receive my order. I also reached out to them numerous times and after a while the responses ended up not coming back. I email them often, but they have not acknowledged any of them in the last 2 months. I just want to get this resolved.

    never received my clothes that i purchased on the day of the 2024 super bowl in February. I purchased a pair of pants and shirt from YZY and STILL have not received my items. Ive contacted them multiple times and they dont reply. I have moved since the time i purchased these items and cant even get them to change the address since its been almost 9 months!!!!

    Message sent to YZY Supply: We got a notification saying our package that we have been waiting on for for months now, was delivered this afternoon and it was not.We have confirmed with the local ***********, ** *********** that the tracking number you provided us, was used on another package, and sent to a different customer name and address in our neighborhood. It is clear from our research with the post office, that the labels on the package did not have the name ***** ********* on it, and that we were provided a tracking number on that did not belong to our order. Or that the company is duplicating tracking numbers on orders as way of not fulfilling its orders. We are hoping this is not the case, and was mistake in being provided the wrong tracking number.The tracking number provided for our order shows a delivery today at 12:24p to the following address: *******************************************************************. With a customer name of ****, the last name not disclosed to us per **** protocol.This needs to be rectified as soon as possible. We have not received our order of $200 plus worth of items, and have waited almost 6 months at this point.     *** purchased a product from the website spending $58.49, i made this purchase on february 13th 2024. it is now october 17th 2024 and i have yet to receive my package. *** made emails regarding this issue and they have yet to fix my issue or promise any money back

    I made a purchase from yzysply on March 21st in the amount of $184.60. The entire purchase was for clothing (8 items total, $20 each, then $15 for shipping and $9.60 for shipping). After making the purchase I did not receive a shipment notification/tracking number until May 20th. The tracking number provided (**********************) was for **** but that tracking number only stated that **** was awaiting the item. I reached out to yzysply on June 4th letting them know the tracking hadn't updated. They offered to expedite the order but the tracking still did not update for weeks. I reached out again on June 23rd and they sent the following message:Please note that some products may have longer delivery times. Depending on the item and its availability, shipping can take between 8 to 10 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.YEEZY CUSTOMER SERVICE ********* On August 16th I reached out again (which is past the 8 to 10 weeks) and did not receive a response. In September I attempted contacting them again as the tracking still had not changed since the May 20th message and still no response. At this point I no longer want the merchandise as the website has changed, I would just like a refund of my order but I cannot reach anyone to talk with.

    Purchased Yeezy Pods in Feb, 2024 Order #YZY-372565 Reached out in April and beginning of May because item had still not shipped. Finally received a shipment notification in May however, I reached out a week later because the item had not moved tracking # **********************. Reached back out in June, 2024 and was told by Yzy supply it would ***********-8 weeks to arrive. It is now Aug. 2024 and they still have not received my item. I reached out to their shipper First Mile. They advise me that the package has either been misplaced or lost and to reach back out to the merchant for a re-shipment or refund. I have been reaching out to ***** supply for the past several weeks have not received one single response and they are now ignoring my emails for resolution.

    I purchased a product from Yeezy on 2/12 for $38.12 that was advertised by their lead designer as being Made in ***** 5 days prior. I emailed the company on 4/8 to inquire about a possible change in production and never received a response. The product was received on 5/8 and was not as expected. I reached out to to company for a resolution hoping for a refund/exchange but the company did not respond again to my email. I disputed the charge with my credit card provider. The company then sent documents that misrepresented their terms and conditions (section 10.c.i and section 10.a.ii) that are on their website. This is not only poor business practices but also fraud committed by this company. They have never responded to my numerous emails to them and also have never responded to mailed letters to them as well as their parent company.

    I ordered some products off yzy back in March and its been 5 months and many, many emails and still havent received anything. The first time I emailed them was about a month after I order the stuff and they said my shipping address was flagged they needed me to resend them my address. I sent them the same exact address then waiting a while and emailed them again they said my package was stuck in shipping and has not shipped yet . Then waited a few more weeks then emailed them again they said they are investigating it . Then waited another month and still they are investigating it . Same answer every email . I keep emailing them and they say the shipping process is complicating and theyre investigating. They didnt even respond to my last email.
