Reserved a spot under self parking but was told they were out of self parking spots. Instead they would upgrade me to free valet service. Left thinking my work truck was in good hands. I did randomly notice an abnormally large amount of cars parked next to the secured parking lot. On the surface streets. I cannot confirm (or believe) my truck was even on the lot.Returned to find out my work truck was broken into and $1k of personal items stolen. I understand personal items were not to be left but had no choice due to my job. While filling their report and police report I noticed no ****-wire on the fences to protect the vehicles. Nothing but a chain link fence to protect the vehicles. The thieves cut two heavy duty cables to get my gear (meaning they had time). I even cleaned out the glass of my own truck while there because I did not want to drive away with that much glass on the floor boards.I was also told they would help to replace a couple items lost (not in writing of course) but then was told no via email. On a side note the pick service took 30+ minutes to retrieve me. I noticed multiple trips from other parking companies while waiting for my ride.

We are truly sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience at the parking facility. Your frustration and concern are completely valid, and I want to address your points with empathy.First and foremost, the situation where you reserved a self-parking spot but were offered free valet service instead, and the subsequent break-in of your work truck, is undoubtedly distressing. I understand your apprehension, especially given the circumstances you described with the number of cars parked on the surface streets. It's important to clarify that the responsibility for personal items left in vehicles typically falls on the vehicle owner, and parking facilities often have disclaimers about not leaving valuables in cars. However, we understand that in some situations, like yours, it may be unavoidable due to your job requirements.Regarding the security measures at the facility, it's concerning that the thieves had the opportunity to cut heavy-duty cables to access your gear. Your observation about the absence of barbed wire on the fences highlights an area where improvements may be necessary to enhance the overall security of the parking facility. The miscommunication regarding assistance to replace some of your lost items is unfortunate, and it's understandable that you expected this to be resolved differently. The extended wait time for the pick-up service is another aspect that we acknowledge and will address with the parking facility, as timely service is crucial for customer satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback, as it can help identify areas for improvement and prevent similar incidents in the future. We genuinely regret the negative experience you had and hope that this feedback will lead to positive changes in the service offered by the parking facility. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Your feedback is important to us, and we hope you find a more satisfying parking solution for your future needs.Sincerely Fox Auto Parks
