    My apartment complex started using this at the beginning of this year and my payments have been messed up ever since then I have lived where *** lived for many years and all my bills are always paid on time and I got a call saying that they returned my payment, which I got a statement from Domuso Saying they were bypassing my auto pay set up because I paid it early. Now the leasing office is telling me that it was returned, but it wasnt returned to my bank. I dont have it. So they mustve returned it to the wrong account or something, but this is just one of the many mishaps since using the service.. Whoever their reps are are contracting all these big apartment complex. Corporations need to be educated better in the company itself needs to do better because its not OK when you rely on that is part of your credit score and everything else to s**** up everything youve done because your rents not on time or theyve returned it to somebody else..

    I have used this company for over 2 years and during this time payments have been completed correctly and on time. BUT starting in December 2023 each month has gotten worse. In December 2023 this company charged my account 2 different amounts. This was Christmas and I didn't get it refunded until December 20. 4 shopping days!! In February of 2024 an incorrect amount was taken and I had to make an additional payment to catch up. In March of 2024, Domuso took the incorrect amount AGAIN. I have called and spoken to different reps who are not trained to work on with the consumer. It's always I'll send a note to the department that handles this problem. I've Never been called back or received any information from this company. What can be done with this company to get them to work with us? It's the 16th of March and nothing has happened. ******************* has sent 2 emails but still nothing has happened. So disappointed not only with them but also with myself. Would love to hear from them for help clearing this up..

    Incompetent, unprofessional, argumentative. My rental place had been on this app for a few months and have had only problems with it. Difficult to find online support and, when I do, not helpful.

    The absolute worst service I have ever used ! Went to pay my rent how I have paid it the last 6 months and it would not accept my payment even though that was how I had been paying my rent with no problems and on top of that it was one of dimysos approved banks that I specifically got to pay my rent . **************** couldn't tell me anything other then the system decides if you are approved to pay that way . Didn't know you had to be approved to have it directly taken out of your account and I had been using this payment method for r the last 6 months. The representative told me maybe next month it will work ? And all the other options of payments had a fee that was paid to domuso to pay my rent the only method that didn't have a fee that said I wasn't approved to pay that way!

    I've been contacting them since AUGUST about an issue that keeps me from paying my rent on time with my landlord. Despite having money in my account, trying multiple banks, cards, accounts, days go by after showing my payment has been authorized, accepted, taking the money out of my account sometimes even, only for it to show up rejected and result in late fees. They've replied twice with information that was not relative to the solution I was seeking, basically telling me it was a bank issue or a landlord issue. When I can't even log into make a payment from my bank account anymore. An additional time I heard back they merged my issue with a different tenant disclosing her name and rental location and copied me on the email with no other information. I replied back and never heard anything about that issue again. Submitted another ticket and heard back AGAIN with the wrong information as if they didn't even read the email I sent or the questions I asked. Now we're having yet again the same issue and our landlord said to take it up with Domuso who has been NO help and costing us more fees just to make a payment from our credit cards when we should be able to just pay via certified funds or bank account yet WE CAN'T. Absolutely the worst service and it's causing us to not want to rent from this property or any property using Domuso ever again.

    I attempted to set up a Domuso account to pay rent for a cottage I had applied for in the Meridian, ***** area. This company emailed me at my email address to say they had established an account for me using my email address and asked me to finish setting up my account by establishing my pass word and logging in. The password set up instructions required me to use 8 or more characters and confirm it on a standard 2nd entry, which I did. Upon clicking on log in, I received an error message indicating their site did not recognize my email address , the same one they had told me they had established my account with them??Upon contacting their support unit to review, their support person indicated there were additional password set up requirements, which were not initially asked for, such as incorporating upper case, numbers and symbols in the password. Using the new password directions I set the password, confirmed it and clicked log in. Their site indicated again it did not recognize my email address? In all my replies to Domuso support to sort this problem out, I had copied my replies also to the cottage rental company. They replied they had not experienced this authentication problem before? I wonder now how many applicants have copied the rental company in their attempt to set up a Domuso account?Before attempting any further account set up after many additional attempts to do so with the same outcomes, I decided to check Domusos operation record before going further to establish an account with them. That was when I saw all the recent customer complaints about ********************** at the BBBs website. Enough said. I withdrew my application with the cottage rental company. I definitely will not obtain any rental using the Domuso rent payment system. While I havent checked further at this point, Id be surprised if state attorney generals ***** already involved in reviewing this companys poor operational customer service record. ************

    Apparently i am having trouble with the domuso app this year. Last year me and my husband were able to use domuso to pay rent. Now this year all of a sudden domuso keeps returning our money order. I have contact domuso twice and its like they are giving me the run around. I have kids and can't afford to lose my apartment. Domuso is going to cause a lot of people to lose their place.

    Awful.....and that is putting it nicely....I have read many of the comments.... Question, how can the BBB give Accreditation for this. Not 1 good thing said....So I want to positively state that if you don't want to pay your rent on time, or at all...us this app.Everything goes through just fine until it gets to Domuso approving then it says there is an error. When you contact Support....they want to blame it on your phone, computer, app, cookies, something except for what the actual problem is....And most certainly don't want to help, and make sure to tell you that they have no fault in you being late, or cannot pay.....Domuso makes sure to let you know that they aren't liable for any moneys that Domuso may have caused by their faulty website or app....Just like everyone else....if any complex that you are looking at brings up DOMUSO.....JUST GET UP AND WALK OUT!!!!!!

    They make it as difficult as possible to just pay rent. Payed ******* fornrent which included the 'bank processing fees.Then declined me, as itncharhwd an extra $10 out of nowhere. Now I'm late for rent, and domuso locks the method to pay between the 4th through the 25th.One of the least user friendly websites I have encountered in 30 years, going hand in hand with very basic 'minimal info dispensing customer support.If I can't rate zero I would.

    Awful, I was charged rent twice for one month, domuso said to contact manager which I did. She also showed double rent payment my bank showed the same. It took almost a month for a refund to my account however now I am charged $75.00 more on my account. Terrible how they do what they are doing not to mention the rabbit hole a person is plunged into. Beware somethings wrong.
