    This dr has falsely billed me and it has been on my credit report fraudulently.. i went to this dr under the pretense of a $250 deposit which was paid in full for a consultation. This dr spent no more than fifteen minutes with me for an estimate to fix my breast. Now he has billed me ******* because hes upset that i didnt choose his service ? This is fraud and i will take it to the next level if need be to prove my claim.

    A friend of mine had silicone removed from her lips and posted about it, so I reached out to her because years ago, another bad friend conned me into getting silicone in my lips. The new friend didn't look much different either I still see silocone in her lips. She highly recommended *** ********* MD because he is 'known' to remove silicone Today I looked at his website and there IS NO INFO ABOUT REMOVING silicone on his site. NONE! He doesn't promote it on his site. Surgery was on September 2018 and I pay 5,000 cash (or more). *****, to whom I talked with on the phone asked to write an email with photos , and ask the doctor for a more than half of a refund or all of it really. After not seeing a good difference with my friend's lip, I I looked at photos of me a bit few days before my surgery date and then 2 days later I took another photo when I got hired to do a music video which says a lot that I can get in front of the camera and then I took a new photo that same day, 2 days ago from today. I still look the same. He only punctured me on one side and as I am awake. I clearly hear him say to his nurse, see there, that puss, I'll push it out. I studied another doctor's video on doing this procedure, you don't squeeze it out, you cut it out. You cut the lip and then sew the lip back. This doctor did not do this. I think he poked a needle on my right side of the mouth. THEN the doc tells, me, well, we got a bit out today and next time we will remove more? I thought that was strange to say, why not take it all out and I recall it as it was today. Really!? Some later? AND he never called me to remove more and if fact I did one follow up and then get billed for it and I call the office and say really, you charged me for a follow up. I told office cancel it ***** response to me. ***** **************************************** The services provided by Dr ********* in September 2018 are not refundable. Omg, there are like about 9 lies in this doctor's response. First, I called his office to request an email to write to the correct person to state my feelings about how after noticing my friend and I don't look any different after procedure. They gave me an email to write to and I copied and pasted it to my first response to BBB. I politely stated what I felt and was going through a friendly chain of command. After revisiting his site I notice there is NO mention of silicon removal expertise. I mentioned that his website doesn't say anything about removing silicon. They did not ask me numerous times to come in for a follow up or called or emailed me. Never. The email response after I wrote to the correct person, said the doc will not return any monies at all. This is when I first wrote to BBB and after I was waiting for 2 weeks finally I was contacted saying that the doctor never responded to BBB. I then called Cedars to find out next in command, they said he isn't part of the hospital but rents from the hospital. He states he's part of it for what 30 years? During consultation, he never said it will be done in steps. Never. During surgery he then says, so we'll do more later. I talked to an expert of that kind of removal and when I told him, that this doc just poked me and squeezed me and told his nurse, see that liquid, that's silicon. This new doc said, pain meds is like liquid and looks like silicon and it could had been that. My first and ONLY FOLLOW UP after surgery, was charged a fee for. I said really, you are charging me? They took it off. They NEVER CALLED ME AGAIN, or EMAILDED ME or asked me to come in again, not even after I recently called for an email. He says his office asked me to come in again for a visit. Ask them for proof, they never did. I didn't call to threaten them, I called to ask for the right person to email to state that this doc didn't do what he said he'll do, it's not even on his website that it's one of his skills. He didn't even respond to BBB the first time when BBB emailed me to say the doc did not respond and I think he only responded now, was because I took it to the medical board and wrote them. That's how I found out, from Cedar's that he isn't part of the hospital but only rents a space there. His response was full of lies. I have attached photos in the past from 2 days before surgery and 2 days after and went on a music video shoot and a same day photo of when I first wrote to BBB to show there isn't any difference at all but will see if I can drop them again. thank you BBB. You guys are the best looking out for consumers. I don't want to show my friend's photo to show she looks the same as well because I don't want to drag her into it or embarrass her. I have been in practice over 35 years, am a fully trained Board Certified Plastic Surgeon licensed in multiple states and have earned a solid professional reputation throughout the country for contributions in advanced breast cancers and other problems. I do not lie. I will not respond to personal character attacks, allegations of lying and unrelated obfuscations of the issue such as the ownership of my professional office building. I am appalled by these accusations, the aggression and lack of mutual respect reflected in the correspondence. I am willing to engage with a dissatisfied patient and attempt to resolve a dispute but not with a person who is bullying, threatening and refuses to show a civil and respectful tone in discourse. This doctor's response sounds like a juvenile in a playground lunch break. Bullying is a serious word and shows lack of interest to discuss a major experience that costs 1,000's of dollars. I went through the proper channel and first called for the proper person to write to about my outcome and was given an email name to write to and never, ever asked to come in for an examination before that after that call. I explained in the second note I did go in right after the surgery and then to I had to go in to show them they charged me for that visit and they did have it taken off but after that I have no emails from them or calls from them to come in. They must keep records too and I'm sure they won't have any to show BBB. I called the head office of Cedar Sainai only to ask them what is the protocol to report a doctor who did not do what he says he can do and that call resulted in them telling me that he isn't part of the hospital but rents from the hospital and I sent you a copy of the letter they sent to me and they are the ones who told me to write to the medical board and that's what I did. This is the only reason he responded to BBB. If you are asking me what I want, it is to have a refund or more than half of the cost. I will let the medical board do their own investigation.
