I purchased stock in High Times in 2020. I got a letter from Hightimes Holding Corp saying that ********************** holds the stock. However, now they are saying that as of 2023, they no longer manage the stock. There was no info on who holds it. I have no idea of how to contact them. The emails are not valid anymore. I have not received any correspondence from HTHC since 04/18/2022.

I invested in High Times in 2020. They said they were going to go public the next year. They never went public, they changed holding companies, and I tried to get my money back several times. They have $550 of my money and I cannot reach them by phone or online

I ordered subscription on June 1. Money was taken from my account. As of this date I have not received an issue. I have sent many emails and received no response. Every phone number available is not valid. I've been scammed by these thieves, and, at the very least, want my money back.

I placed my order back in February of this year. 5 months later, and I still haven't received a single copy for any month. I've emailed High Times 3 times now, and haven't got any form of reply back from any one. Where is the products I paid for?!?!

I purchased stock in High Times a few years ago, but I have no paperwork or correspondence to show how much I bought or how much I paid. I had also bought stock in another company and don't want to get anything confused by providing incorrect information through guessing. I recently decided to sell the stock in both companies. I was successful in locating my stock in the other company, but as for High Times I can't even get a hold of them to discuss the matter. I've tried their investor email and their support email addresses with no reply. I've been checking my spam folder just to be sure I wouldn't miss anything, but still nothing. I've tried multiple phone numbers, but all the numbers are invalid or no longer in service. Looking at multiple reviews for High Times shows that people sign up for their magazine subscriptions, sending them money, but never receiving their magazines. They've also tried contacting the company, but with no success. I'm starting to think High Times took my money and ran just as they did with those magazine subscribers. I don't know what information I can give you that would help speed things up, but I can answer any questions you may have.

I paid for a magazine subscription in February 2024 and still have not received any magazines. I have called ( get only a busy signal) and Emailed and gotten no response. In February of 2025 if they attempt to take another 29.99$ out of my account I will be filling another complaint and seeking an attorney to *** this company for fraud.

Purchased shares in a company several years ago and now unable to access the account and when I called to ask about cashing out the shareholder company said they no longer are affiliated with them as of July 2023. I just want the money refunded back to me.

I initially invested $500 into HIGH TIMES back in May 2021. I never spoke to an actual person, but I had full access to my online account and had my questions and concerns answered through their online representative. As a shareholder, I was told I'd receive quarterly updates, and have access to my online portfolio. In 2021, I didn't receive any quarterly updates. In 2022, I received updates for Q1 and Q2. After those emailed updates, I haven't received any correspondence from the company. Once I realized how radio-silent customer service was, I tried to log back into my online account to get answers. Not only does my password "invalid", but the link to reset the password is a hoax. I called their corporate line countless times, just to get sent directly to voicemail when I selected a different menu option on each call. I tried one contact number solely for shareholders, and an automated voice said, "Hello?". I proceeded to talk, but there was only silence on the other side. I called the number again, from a different line, and the automated voice said, "Hello?". I chose not to remain silent, and the voice never said anything after that. After calling a third time from another number, and hearing the same, "Hello?" greeting (followed by silence), I knew it was a pre-recorded, automated voice sound. For shareholders like myself, a full refund and explanation is long overdue.
