I ordered a subscription last year and haven't received it. I contacted them by several times by phone, email and ******** message, called them out about it few times of their ******** page. I left messages on their automated system. Finally I received a email back saying they would get that sent out with a free renewal when that expires. That was 3-4 months ago. Still haven't received anything.

Paid for a yearly subscription in April 2023 and emailed to subsupport the problem that I have not received a magazine since November 2022. They emailed back stating they were having some shipping issues and would get my magazines to me soon. I still have not received a magazine since November 2022. In April 2024 they tried to auto renew my subscription and I refused the payment. Subsupport emailed me that there was a problem with my payment for 2024. I replied that there was a problem with my subscription for the previous year. They sent another email saying there was a problem with my payment. I replied again stating that I still had not received a response to my subscription issue. They are still emailing me take care of my payment for the 2024 subscription and have not responded to my email regarding the lack of receiving a magazine since November 2022.

On 15 November 2023 I paid High Times $29.99 for a 12 month magazine subscription. It is now 2 May 2024 and I have not received a single issue. I sent several email messages, tried to call their ***** number (which appears to be some kind of insurance scam) and also messaged them via ******** all of which went unanswered.

Paid for print subscription that never came, same with online version. Called every number listed on High Times website they are either disconnected or LifeAlert Scam. Same thing goes for the emails, they either don't work or go into the abyss of unknown. Little back story I was in charge of designing an ad for a brand that won 1st place in High Times Cannabis Cup. I even emailed the people who were on the exchange email with no response about my subscription. My work is on page 61 May ******* 2024.

I ordered and paid for a gift subscription for High Times magazine in April 2023, and paid $29.99 on April 24, 2023. The magazine was never delivered, not a single issue. I emailed their customer service with the website provided on their invoice on January 10, 2024 to inform them that the magazine was never delivered and asked for a refund. Did not get a response. On March 25, 2024 I received an email message stating that the magazine subscription would automatically renew on April 24, 2024. On the same day, March 25, 2024, I responded (again to the support email address provided in the email message) and stated the magazine was never received and I not only wanted a refund for the previous year but asked my bank account not be charged for a renewal. Again, no response from High Times. On April 24, 2024 they took another $29.99 out of my bank account. Again I responded to the email address provided for customer service asking for a refund for both amounts. Again, no response. I have since sent email messages two more times asking for a refund and informing them I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have also searched online for phone numbers for the company and called two different numbers. I found another email address for the company and emailed that address and the message came back as undeliverable. Another time I called one of the phone numbers I found online and chose an option for an editor and left a message. No responses from any of the email messages I have sent or from anything I tried to do on the phone. I also found their ******** page and left a message to them on their ******** messenger. They are impossible to reach.
