High Times Initial Stock Offering: I spent $***** investing High Time's initial stock offering a little over a year ago. They promised stock certificates but have not provided any. On April 30, 2021, my husband and I invested money with High Times. We haven't received any kind of communication on the status of the investment. Numerous e-mails and calls remain unanswered!!! As a result of non-communications, we have requested a full refund.Business response

I invested $750.00 in High Times company a few years ago. I never heard anything about whether the company when onto stock exchange and if I made any profit. I invested money in this corporation because I believe in it... But after trying to find someone on the phone or just to make contact to figure out what's going on with the money I invested I get the runaround all the numbers that I was given lead to nothing... In short I haven't heard anything about the money I invested in this company despite my many attempts to reach out... High Times is a very prestigious cannabis company and I feel wronged by someone with such a great name... I haven't gotten any emails no contact and there is no way to get in contact with Anyone regarding this matter... I kind of feel cheated... In short I want my money backInitial Complaint

On 6/30/2021, I made an investment of $550 (which was the minimum amount in order to invest). The cut off date at that point was 6/30/2021. It is November of 2021, the company has not completed their side of the investment. Since then, I have learned it was illegal to collect my investment as they were told my the SEC to halt all sales of stock until they updated financials. I have reached out via email to the investor relations line, and have yet to receive a response to that. I want a full refund, plus the rightful amount of interest I am owed as this was an unlawful sale.
