12/16/2024 The staff at Subway in ******* wedged a massive tray holding cart into our neighboring dumpster and got it stuck in there. When we asked them to remove it they identified it and then stated that it is not theirs after they couldn't get it out. Our garbage company has called and lodged a complaint with us and was unable to haul off our trash for the week because it is so stuck in there. There is no other companies around us that have access to equipment like this. When calling and asking to speak with management, we were denied the ability to speak to someone.Initial Complaint

I need to file an official complaint on **** at the Pukalani subway on Maui, ****** for sexual harassment against minors. 3 girls aged ***** were sexually harassed by him as they were trying to order sandwiches. He approached them from where customers order and started looking at their phones, from behind them, breathing down their necks while asking and saying highly inappropriate comments to them. All three girls felt completely uncomfortable and said it looked as though the girls actually making sandwiches looked extremely uncomfortable as well. I am the girls father and I will not accept this behavior by any man. I was waiting inside my car just outside of the establishment. Upon their returns back to my vehicle , each one of them was almost in tears as to why this man would do and say the things he did to them. I heard each one of them out, before going in to the subway to speak with this man. As I walked in, he immediately said he wasnt the manager. I asked him if what the girls told me was true. He immediately started fumbling and denying any wrong doings. This man is an obvious predator behind a closed curtain in an area with several schools in close proximity. Its unacceptable to have this man at an establishment in somewhat of a manager position acting this way. I would like to speak with someone directly about consequences against him. This is absolutely unacceptable and. Please get back to me as soon as possible about this situation.Initial Complaint

On 11/13/2024 I placed an order online for a 6.99 6 inch combo deal that subway is offering. Doing it online since I only have a short lunch as I am a driver. I sent order to store # ****** **************************************************************************************** at 3:22. At 3:23 after the order was accepted it was cancelled. Called the store no answer. Figured maybe someone screwed up. Go to this location and I'm blown away by what I'm told. The manager ***** ***** cancelled my order because he doesn't participate in corporate run deals yet he is a corporate store. Employee told me any 699 combo deal comes threw Sunny will cancel the order from his phone. If any of these deals go threw they will be fired. So now I'm out my money which they took. I'll be refunded 24hrs maybe. Great corporate run subway store by ***** *****. Never be ordering from this place again to have my money stolen with no time for lunch now.Initial Complaint

Order took place on 10/31/2024 around 1:00pm.Subway location 11723-0 Address: **************************************** Before I ordered any food I asked the girl (SUMMER) if a coupon worked for my up coming order. Showed her the coupon and she nodded stating yes we can do that. Cameras in the store will show the interaction with her head nodding yes at the coupon. Im now trying to pay for my food and another lady standing by ****** stated no this coupon does not apply to those sandwiches. The girl Summer just stands there and says out loud oh. Doesnt speak up and tells the Indian old lady I made a mistake by telling them yes at the beginning of ordering. I paid for them and then realized that no this isnt right. I no longer wanted the food so I asked for a Refund. This is when the owner (*****) came out and stood next to the old rude Indian Lady that told me coupons dont apply to my order. I really wish I got that ladys name because she laughed in my face and lied about the whole situation. Stating that ****** told us from the beginning the coupon does not work and we should known better. I left the food on the counter and walked out. They refused to give us our money back. Subway prepared my sandwich wrong and had ingredients that I am allergic to. When I asked for a replacement was told no. The store kept the sandwich and would not issue a refund or gift card. The store owner sent a nasty message and could care less about customer.Initial Complaint

I can't fill out the form on the Subway website since it requires a store number and receipt number, but there are none. This applies to the company. When is the wrap coming back? They were excellent, and the Artisan bread or whatever replaced it is terrible. It's dry, falls apart and not convenient to eat. I have not been back to Subway since the wrap was discontinued, and I can't imagine going back if it is not brought back. Please email a response instead of calling.Initial Complaint

I wish to address a concern regarding the freshness of the vegetables. On August 13th, at approximately 11 AM, I purchased a veggie footlong. During my visit, I observed that the vegetables being used appeared to be in poor conditionmany seemed rotten and looked as though they had been cut the previous day and left in a bowl. The tomatoes, lettuce, and spinach, in particular, were visibly spoiled. It seems that the vegetables are not being freshly cut each day, and perhaps they are not being properly refrigerated overnight.Since consuming the veggie footlong, I have been experiencing mild but persistent stomach pain and a feeling of nausea. This raises serious concerns, not only for me but potentially for other customers as well. I strongly urge you to ensure that only fresh vegetables are used, as this poses a significant health risk if not addressed.Initial Complaint

I Place an order on the Online for 3 subs Which Were all made Incorrectly. I called and spoke to a manager, She told me That they Would replace the sandwiches. When I got there , the manager then said that they're only Going to replace one of the sandwiches Regardless of the fact that they messed up on all of them she also lied to me claiming that they tried to called me numerous times which was false because I had 0 missed calls on my phone and my phone was on in full service the entire time between me calling The store and me arriving at the store. I wouldn't be so upset had she just not told me Over the phone to come in And then immediately turn around and refuse to honor What she had already offered. But then on top of all else, she felt the need to be be so rude With such disrespect an attitude towards me Treating me like some low life, thief and liar. I've never seen such outrageous Disrespect and poor customer service In All my years as a customer Nor in the time of being in customer service. Location on ************, ********* ***This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE customer service (only ONE person working) line is almost always backed up because they don't have enough workers, and the workers they do have can't do their job correctly because they can't even speak proper English. I ordered 2 CHOCOLATE CHIP cookies and ONE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE cookie and instead I was give a dark chocolate cookie and sugar cookie. When I filed a complaint with Subway, no action was taken.I want this location to improve their customer service
