      I ordered a pair of shoes from Chinese Laundry on 6/12 for *****. They arrived and did not fit. I promptly sent them back from the ********* with their return label. I returned the shoes by 6/18. I know it takes time to process returns but this is insane. *** informed me they only keep tracking numbers for 2 months. I tried and still try to contact this business by phone and email. The phone just rings and then makes a weird beeping noise. I even called the number your site has listed as business headquarters and the same weird beeping noise. My email was never responded to. Not sure what to do after this. I constantly receive emails and text from them to purchase new shoes though.

      On August 2, 2024 I placed an order with Chinese laundry for two pairs of shoes. Both pairs were the Surfs Up Sandals, one pair in beige and the second pair in pink. I received both pairs of shoes and tried them both on immediately. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the shoes, especially the soles, which I felt were slippery and unsafe. The next day I returned both pairs of shoes using the *** prepaid return label provided to me by the company. According to the tracking number, my shipment was received by Chinese laundry on August 15. Almost 2 weeks went by and I had not heard anything from Chinese laundry so I contacted them through their website and asked about the status of my refund. Two days later, I was informed that my refund had been issued. Three days after that, I received the refund, but it was only for one pair (beige) of shoes, not two. I recontacted Chinese laundry again through their website and asked about the status of the refund for the second (pink) pair. That was five days ago (Friday, August 23). I have not received any word back from them about my inquiry. I have attempted to call the company, but there are no working phone numbers for them.

      I purchased a pair of shoes and unfortunately they did not fit. I returned them per the instructions listed within the 30 days per their protocol, The shoes were received on June 21, 2024 at 1:06 PM per *** tracking number 1ZA6040T9042224358. I've allowed ***** business days and still have not received a refund. I called ************ which is supposed to be Chinese Laundry's customer service phone number but I've never received an answer. I've emailed their customer service at ***************************** but I've not gotten a response and only received an automated response stating they'll respond which I accidentally deleted.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from this brand June 7. The shoes broke almost immediately after I received them, so I contacted the brand by email and by the contact form on their website requesting a replacement or refund. No one has responded to me. I have emailed and submitted the form about a dozen times since, and still have not received a response or refund.

      Purchased two pairs of shoes that didn't fit called numerous times for prepaid label. When finally received label by email I returned both pairs on May 16, 2024 with proof of tracking number from *** that they received return on May 24, 2024 at 9:56 am at front desk. Still waiting for refund to original form of payment as of July 19, 2024. The only way to contact them is thru their site by email, tried emailing two times with no response to resolve problem. The contact number that was on order form when shoes arrived no longer works. There is no other way to contact this company.

      I order a pair of shoes CL00178433-1 they came in with defect I called Chinese Laundry at number on website. ************ I have ensured them 4 x with absolutely no response all contact numbers are non working numbers I shipped skied back 7/1/24 day they were shipped tracking #1ZA6040T9042766899 *** has it marked as delivered 7/8/24 as of today, 7/17/24 I have not received my refund or any communication. What type of customer service is this?

      On March 20th, I purchased 2 pair of shoes one was a pair of sandals directly from Chinese Laundrys website. I didnt wear the sandals till May because it was cold. However after wearing the sandals twice one of the straps came disconnected from the sole. I contacted customer service thru their email at ***************************** in May 21st, 2024 and provided photos. They responded quickly the next day and after a few emails over the next couple days they sent me a replacement item. I received the replacement at the end of May. I wore the replacement pair a couple times and same exact issue with the strap in the same place as the original pair so its obviously a manufacturer defect. I have been emailing customer service numerous times since June 27th and not one reply. I even thought maybe my email has issues so I sent a new email under a different email address and still no reply. Its been over 3 weeks no response at all and they dont have a phone number to call. This is poor workmanship on the product as well as poor customer service!! At this point I want a refund and I will NEVER purchase another item from them again and advise anyone I know to never purchase either.

      I ordered shoes totaling $64.16 from the Chinese Laundry website on May 22, 2024. I have never received the shoes as of July 12, 2024 despite having already paid. I have sent multiple messages via the "contact us" form on the website, but have never received a reply. A customer service phone number is not listed and is basically impossible to locate.

      I purchased a tote bag, a small phone purse and a pair of wedge sandals on 6/15/24 . The shipment was delivered on 6/27/24 but all I received was the sandals, not the other two items as the packing slip noted. I've called and emailed customer service and have not heard from anyone. This is approximately $30 in merchandise that I paid for and not gotten. I need help getting my money back. These items were not in the box as the packing slip says. What a scam!!

      Hi I purchased the **** Casual sandal / size 6 /Price: $79.95 on 4/23/24 from an Instagram ad from the Chinese Laundry Store.The order number through Instagram and the seller order #CL00173822-1.The reason for the return was that they were too wide for my feet. I didnt wear them at all.I returned them back to Chinese Laundry as soon as I got them in the mail and used the return *** label included in the package. I mailed them back in the same mailing box and shoe box they came in and in the same condition they came in. I only tried on one sandal and knew right away it was too wide and didnt even try the second sandal. Also, I added a copy of the invoice inside the shoe box to make sure youre their office knew the order number and the account to credit to and that is had come from me. I shipped the returned package by *** Ground with tracking number#: 1Z A60 40T 90 4048 5053. The *** tracking number states the package was delivered to your mailing address at CHINESE LAUNDRY CE ******************************************************************* on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 but I have not received any type of return notification that my refund to the original method of payment has been completed. I sent an inquiry about the return through Instagram during the week of May 13, 2024 and then again on May 21, 2024 and never received any response.I would like a refund and would like to know why they have ignored my email and never gave me a refund. Please let me know why my account hasnt been refunded and why you ignored my inquiry through Instagram. I know the return time frame is 30 days and I sent it back to CL and CL received it way before the 30 day deadline. I would appreciate a response from them.
