*Placed order #********* in the amount of $570.50 on May 23, 2023.*Order description: *********************** X WMNS ****************** Low OG Olive size Womens 9 *Received package on June 1, 2023.*Sneakers are extremely big! Shoe box states "womens size 9" but when measuring the sneakers, they are actually a size 11. (Please see supporting photos) *I immediately made Flight Club and the Goat aware of this via email. No response. *Per Flight Club policy, "Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items." I believe this instance qualifies for a refund considering the sneakers I received are either defective or tagged incorrectly as it relates to size.*Per the Goat policy, "You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s)." I believe this instance qualifies given the fact the Goat is the parent company who actually shipped the product to me. (Please see supporting *** photo).I would like for the Flight Club/The Goat to do one of the following to remedy this situation. 1. Flight Club/The Goat can arrange for me to send the incorrect package back to them with no out-of-pocket charges to me and they can send me a women's size 8 in the same sneaker. I would just ask if this option is available that Flight Club/The Goat would refund me the difference of the listing price. To date, women's size 8 has a listing price of $521.00. I order a pair of sneakers from flight club and did not receive my package . They use DHL express shipping . Flight club ******** LLC is given me a very hard time to get my sneakers refunded or replaced . I went through all the necessary steps to resolve this issue . Both companies DHL EXPRESS and Flight club ******** LLC is making it seem as if Im lying and not taking my claim of stolen mail/package seriously. Authentication accuracy is our top priority. Rest assured, every sneaker is authenticated through a rigorous verification process using data and information accumulated from researching and inspecting the intricacies of authentic pairs.
We have built a database of over ****** sneakers with manufacturer notes, so every time a shoe comes through for verification, our specialists will inspect by hand off of those notes. I actually just dropped the shoe off to flight club, they didnt never send a return label and kept sending the same verification letter in duplicate, here the findings there saying the shoe was tampered with saying someone took the authentic shoe out the box and replaced it with the fake shoe thats there position which Im unsure but through further inspection the shoe was in fact a replica and they kept the shoe and will be refunding the money paid for the shoe I wont be purchasing anything from flight club again there business practices dont meet my standards as the should be aware of fraudulent practice by anyone representing there company I find the finding disturbingBusiness Response

Sadly, we don't have any record of your items being returned to **. Additionally, please note that any returns offered must be returned using a prepaid shipping label provided by our support team. I used a prepaid shipping label provided by flight club tracking 1Z0364YV0390514904 to ship my FCNY Submission of ******* and the package was successfully delivered to their warehouse in *********, ** on *** 15th. I received an email that my shipment was received however they have not listed/put my sneaker up for sale ****************************** High '85 OG 'Black) Size 6. I first contacted customer support *** ************* ticket ********* and they stated to wait until 5 business days after it delivered. It has now been 8 business days and my item is still not listed and customer support has not communicated anything to me about what will happen. These is a sneaker resale outfit over the internet. In October 2022 I sent them two pairs of sneakers to put on their website and sell. I received two separate email each with a confirmation that the shoe was received and each e-mail had an assigned item number on 10/31. The next step was the shoe had to be verified and posted on their site. Only one of my pairs of sneakers went to this process. I e-mailed them repeatedly and each time they would take several weeks to reply. By January 2023 I still had no resolution from the. I contined to tell them that I had received e-mails with the information that had received the shoes. On 3.1.23 I heard from them the final time saying that the warehouse never received the shoe despite me having a e-mail saying they did. They asked for proof of tracking from October (that I no longer had as they had previously confirmed receiving it). The response was that *** must have lost it and no one had a tracking since this happened so long ago so there was nothing that they could do. The shoe that they lost was a Yeezy Boost 350 V2 in Triple White. These were brand new shoes that I was reselling and at the time they were selling for $450 on their website. This was right around the time that ******************* was dropped from ****** and the shoes were becoming harder to obtain. I am concerned due to the popular nature of this shoe that it was taken. I informed them that if I did not get an acceptable resolution, I would file with BBB as I feel very taken advantage of. I would like to be issued a payment for these sneakers - not store credit as I feel that they were lost or stolen once in the companies hands.Business Response

We can see that your submission #******* for the Wmns Fontanka Edge 'Bright Crimson' was successfully received on 10/26/2022. Amazing news! Looking further into submission #******* for the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Cream White / Triple White', it looks like this item was seemingly missing at the time of delivery. We're so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!
We are able to process a claim with the courier for a missing item within 30 days of the delivery. Sadly, this timeframe has passed as of 11/26/22. However, we do see that you made multiple attempts to notify our support team of this, but there was a slight mix up between the two submissions.
Due to this, we've gone ahead and issued a ************* out of $448.00 to your account as of 05/25/2023. You should be able to log in to sell.flightclub.com to recoup these funds. I hope this helps!

Order #********* purchased in 6/9/2017 for $222.50. AIR ************** FIRE RED 2006. I did not try and wear the shoes because I thought they would be deemed collectible. A few days ago, I had an urge to try it just to see how it feels and looks. When I walked a couple of steps, all the bottom soles of both shoes started cracking and then as if it was just glued on and the whole sole came off. I cannot believe this as I thought this was an original retro shoes, a collectible item. This shoe was far from advertise and it seems fake. I have order # from the store and they can look this up. Horrendous experience and I want my money back. I have more pictures upon request, including the shoes and its current state. You will find that the look of the shoe is new except for all the cracks and soles coming off.Business Response

After taking a look into this matter due to the order being placed 6yrs ago we are regrettably unable to take any action due to this large gap in time. We require the buyers to reach out 3 days after receiving their product for any possible claims along with the Flight Club hangtag still attached to the product.
We would also like to note that you have purchased a vintage product that was released back in 2006. Due to the age of the sneakers, it is common for these shoes to crack on/at the midsole of the shoe as time elapses. Rest assured this is not a result of your shoe not being authentic, but rather a result of the shoe naturally aging.

I am rejecting this response because: the shoes are collectibles and I was treating it that way. I never really tried to wear them because I really want to preserve it and maybe be a collectors item. It was suppose to be retro item. As you can see in my pictures, the shoes have never been used. All you can see is how everything was torn and ripped into pieces, just like a vase breaking. You cannot really tell me that the year of when I bought this shoes matter. You should know selling retro items that these shoes are meant to last regardless of when a person had bought it. Unacceptable and you guys are unfair in your practices when you cannot even back what you sell.

The sneakers that were purchased were indeed a collectors item meaning it could not be worn due to natural oxidation. This will occur in a majority of sneakers after 5yrs plus of being unworn.
We would also like to note that when you did reach out to ** in ticket no.2807136, May 29, 2019 ?12:28 am the tag was no longer attached to the product. Due to the tag no longer being attached to the product we could no longer provide a return. Please note that we require all products to main their Flight Club tag and attached to this response is the picture you provided ** with.
Due to the product showing common vintage signs of age, purchase being made 6 years ago, and the removal of the Flight Club tag we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

on April 17, 2023 I purchased 2002R 'PROTECTION PACK -MIRAGE GRAY NEW BALANCE in a size 5.5M for $188.46. Fight Club Sneakers claims to resell sneakers that have been authenticated by their employees to be an actual pair that were manufactured by the company who created the shoe. Unfortunately, I was sold a fake inauthentic pair of shoes and immediately informed FIGHT CLUB SNEAKER that the item i was under the impression that I was buying is not what I recieved. that i in fact had received a fake pair of new balances. I attached photo evidence as to why the shoe was not real along with a side by side comparison of a real pair. FIGHT CLUB SNEAKER has done nothing to help me resolve the issue just confirmed that the shoes are from ***** and have no report of the authentication process. The authentication process that was placed in the box was by GOAT another company who I have disputed with about the selling of authentic shoes. After further review, I can confirm that our team has been in communication with you via support request 11967482. On 5/9/23, our team was able to confirm that the sneakers you received were 100% authentic, however, they provided you with a return label to assist you with a one-time courtesy return for a full refund. Please note, Flight Club was acquired by GOAT back in 2019.
Per our team, once the shoes are received and verified at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund in the amount of $188.46 to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

I was led to believe that i was purchasing new, authentic ****** from Flight Club. The second the shoe arrived, I noticed that they were not authentic. And because of this, the shoe was completely flawed and had a worn appearance. The toe area was bent, the sides of the shoe material were very cracked, and the interior tag was crumpled. Obvious to anyone that a brand new, authentic ****** shoes does not arrive in that condition. I contacted Flight Club that very same day it was delivered to state my concerns and requested to ship them back. They refused. I sent the pictures to back it up and they offered no resolution or even a compromise. Total fraudulent practices. They only offer final sale because they know they are sending the customer fake and/or used items. I am having to deal with disputing with my credit card company and Flight Club double down and and refused their dispute. I have now sent the images to AMEX to prove their fraudulent practices. I do not want the shoe and demanding a refund. I will happily return the item.Business Response

I used a prepaid *** shipping label provided by Flight Club ******** to ship my FCNY submission #******* on 04/03/23 and the package was successfully delivered to their warehouse in *********, ** on 04/04/23. In this submission, I put 2 pairs of brand new with original shoe box size 12 ********************* 13 Retro 'Navy', style code DJ5982-400. Until today, I have only seen 1 pair of these shoes was listed for sale in my consignment inventory, with the other pair is still gone missing. I had reached out to their customer service team since 04/10/23 asking when the missing pair will be listed through help ticket number ********. *************** from their customer service team advised they are looking to locate the missing pair but still until today as of 04/18/23 nobody seems to know where the pair has gone.
