      My overall impression of the company leadership is closer to 2-stars. However, the installation crew was quick and professional, by far the best part of the project. So, I want to acknowledge that team. My biggest frustration comes from the lack of -or- incorrect communication. The impression I have is the installation managers are understaffed and the sales team is woefully under-trained. Many things I was told to expect didn't happen, and more frustratingly, there were items that should have been addressed that were not. There are expenses that should be factored into the install costs that were not (the first month of expenses were four times what I normally pay this time of the year as a result - this was not communicated). There is no leadership from the company during the install. You have to push them for updates. There is NO customer service, meaning there is literally no way to contact anyone to discuss issues or concerns. The number given goes directly to the install manager, and that person can only answer questions about the install. So, any concerns beyond that cannot be addressed. If you have been through this process before, then this company may be OK for you. If you have not, I highly recommend you search other companies before considering this one.

      ******************,First, I would like to thank you for reaching out and expressing your disappointment in your experience with **** to Dusk Solar.I can assure you that we take these concerns seriously. Unfortunately, the leadership in charge of operations and installations as well as communicating with our customers did not follow standard procedures and protocols, which led to a less than satisfactory experience for you. I assure you that our company ownership is deeply engaged in the customer experience at **** to ****, and we have removed multiple employees who were not meeting our company standards. During installation, you should have had a dedicated field supervisor in communication with you on-site, and you should have received communication from our customer support or operations channels whether by phone or through our customer support app, Bodhi.Leading up to install day, you should have had regular contact with our team regarding updates or delays from outside parties such as the utility or city. At no point should you have had to push us for updates as we have always been dedicated to overcommunication, not under. Because of these shortfalls and others, those former employees have been removed from our company and we have recommitted to improved operations and communication.I appreciate your notifying us regarding your experience so that we may use the opportunity to improve.Regarding sales, we must remind you that **** to Dusk has no in-house sales teams or personnel. Like most installation and fulfillment companies in the solar industry, we work with third-party sales contractors for pre-survey contracting and qualification. On your project, you worked with another company called Ryte Solutions, a company who no longers works with us - I would direct you to their company for any issues related to their sales process.As far as your installation, if there was something that was supposed to happen that has not been addressed, please reach out to us at ***************************************** and I am more than happy to address whatever is within our purview or direct you to someone at **** who might be able to assist.
