      I ordered the Anime Loot Crate for my daughters birthday. The order was placed on 6/25/23. The crate shipped on 7/7. It was damaged so it never made It to me. It was returned to sender. I contacted Loot Crate about another crate being sent. They have dragged out sending a new crate. I asked for a refund on Wednesday (7/27). They claim it was escalated but I will not be refunded for the box that was shipped. They have not sent the box to me so I feel I should be refunded. I spent $118.74 and wish for that to be refunded.

      I have been doing business with Loot Crate for several years. I prepaid for several different crates and memberships that they offer. During Covid I understood the lack of shipping due to the merchandise not being available to the company. However they continued to renew my memberships even though they were not shipping anything. Eventually they started to discontinue some of my prepaid memberships and instead of refunding my account they switched the memberships to ones that I already had a membership with so over the past year I have been receiving duplicate and Triplicate orders in the same day. They do not have a customer service phone number only a support email. I have been reaching out to them for the past year and I keep getting no resolution. The memberships that were canceled were for specialty items so therefore they were more expensive but when canceled they migrated to the cheapest membership they offer. I have asked to be refunded or switched to a better crate and as of now I have not been satisfied with the customer support emails that basically say sorry and offer no reimbursement or replacement. I received triplicate crates yesterday and today plus 6 t-shirts 2 different styles 3 of each today. This has been going on for a year. Please help me get a resolution. Also I have never been offered to speak with a manager and have asked via email several times.

      I placed 2 orders in 2021, 3 crates in total. I received one crate which was delayed. After following up numerous times, I kept getting the response that they were backed up and the crates would be shipped soon. One of my orders got canceled and wasn't notified in any way or issued a refund. After dealing with this for over a year, I asked for a refund. I was told my refund request would be processed. I checked back in with them numerous times over the next few months and was told over and over again my request would be processed. After no update for months, I asked them one more time to issue my refund before I reach out to my bank to dispute charges. I haven't heard from them since last year.

      I ordered my son a birthday gift from loot vault through the loot crate website on 2/14/22. We have not received the box and Ive sent numerous messages and filed a report with the company, no response as to where it is or whats going on. I just want my money back and Id like to know why this even happened.

      I purchased Loot crates in Nov.2021 I did not receive them so by March 2022 I canceled the order and wanted a full refund. I emailed their support and was told I would get a refund. I never did and after emailing them repeatedly since March 2022, most recently a couple days ago, I only receive the generic response of due to high volume of emails it's taking longer to respond then don't get a response. I'm beyond frustrated because it's over $130 and I don't have the products I purchased or my money so I got ripped off.

      I signed up for a 4 part subscription. First product arrived with wrong size clothing, I was told they would be shipping a proper size, never happened. Last of the 4 was canceled and no refund issued. No response from company after several emails to support

      In October 2021, I ordered a Loot Crate (Loot Gaming) which included exclusive items from the Silent Hill series. Finally in June 2022 the order was marked as shipped, and I received a tracking number, but the order was immediately marked as "returned to sender" without it even leaving the city of origin for the shipment. When I contacted support he said the parcel was lost, but the UPS tracking number confirms they received my order when it was returned to them. I would like my order shipped to me or exact replacements for the items I ordered, as it is their fault my order was never shipped to me and there is proof that they are in possession of my order.

      Purchased multiple subscriptions for different crates and they were not delivered as promised. I have been waiting for more than 8 months on the last crate but some are past due by more than a year. Finally canceled subscription due to no deliveries

      I purchased ************************************************ subscription box a few years ago, and over the last year, the company has stopped sending boxes using Covid as an excuse. They are 5 boxes behind, and I have paid $299.17 for the boxes. On December 5th,2021, I was charged $147.98 for December, Feb, and Aprils box's which I did not receive. On June 5th, 2022, I was charged $151.19 for June, August, and Septembers boxes. I still have not received Decembers, February, April, June, or Augusts boxes. These boxes were my wife's Christmas, birthday, and anniversary presents over the years so I want the money refunded so I can get her a gift that will actually be able to enjoy.

      I have continually updated my shipping address using both their website and communicating with their customer service, and they consistently ship my packages to old addresses. I have demanded to be refunded my subscription price, and to no longer do business with them, but get ignored. The most recent communication regarding a new shipment is attached.
