      Started a little over a year ago we moved rental houses and I changed the address online and it didn't take. So I did it again a short while later. Still didn't take so then I emailed they said they got it. Still shipping to the wrong address. Then we bought a house so I cut back subscriptions and didn't want to cancel this one until it was resolved. They owe us 5 boxes. So I email again. They say so sorry but don't actually address the problem. Finally got the address correct but I still want what was paid for. We loved this company for years. Sad they won't make it right on their own

      I placed an order on 9/23/2021. The shipping estimate was pushed back several times before ultimately my order was canceled with no notice and without any refund provided on June 15 2022. I only found out after checking my account. The reason given is "other". I have reached out to loot crate twice, once on July 28th and again on august 6th and only received automatic replies stating someone would be in touch. I have yet to be contacted by an actual representative. I would like a refund.

      I placed an order on October 8th, 2021 with Loot Crate for a Limited Edition Bleach Crate. I kept my eye on the shipping notifications regarding the crate. On June 14th, 2022 I saw that the crate on their list said they where shipping out. I logged onto my account to find that my order had been cancelled on June 6th, 2022 the Reason listed as other. I sent an email inquiring as to if I was going to receive my crate, why I wasn't getting it and where my refund was if I wasn't getting it. I had not received a single email from them since my preorder of the crate stating what was happening or any tracking information. I waited a few weeks to hear back from the company and never received support, so I sent in another email. I waited again two or three weeks still with no info and still no refund. I emailed the FTC regarding what appeared to be fraud from them. I have not heard back from them for several weeks as well. All in all the crate was $131.49 out of my bank account. There has not been anything from the company to resolve this issue and it's been to long for me to go to the bank and reverse the charge.

      I have purchased many items on this website. My first purchase was July 7th of 2021, since then I've also ordered other times that haven't been delivered or got any updates. I went ahead and sent them an email to cancel all these items in February of 2022. They canceled the items but haven't issued a refund for all the items. I have sent them multiple emails but to no avail. The company has been giving me the run around saying they have escalated it but each time I sent them an email they have all responded with the same answer.

      Bought a subscription end of 2021 with the promise the first crate would arrive between February and March. The dates came and passed with no information forthcoming I sent an email to which they said due to covid their ship times were messed up but that they would be shipping in June. In June my card was recharged for a renewal - I asked for my $ back as I had yet to receive any of my 1st subscription. I was told it would be expedited and that the crates had been shipped and to expect mid July. I just sent another email and have had no response as I've yet to receive my $ back as well as any crates. There is little to no way of contacting them aside email. I'm currently out almost $300 with nothing to show. And the crates were supposed to be a Christmas gift. There is very to no communication on their end and I've no idea if I'll ever get my $$ or crate.

      I ordered 2 fallout-themed loot crates; one on Sep 15, 2021, and another on Nov 05, 2021. They were my husband's gifts to me and they were a splurge. I waited patiently to receive my orders accepting that covid and that ship that got stuck a while ago must be the reasons for slowing things down. I checked my account page consistently every week or so with no changes. I checked again late in June and found out that my order had been canceled out of the blue on June 13th with no email notifying me and without a refund; the reason marked: other. Since it was a splurge to even order the crates, I need that money back. When I emailed them to resolve this issue, I got this response on July 15th 2022. It is now August 1, 2022. "Due to an increase in volume our reply time is taking longer than what you might have previously experienced. Don't worry, we have your ticket and will be getting back to you shortly. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you very shortly. This email is a service from Loot Crate." All I want is my money back because these crates were expensive and that money would be better served elsewhere.

      I recently moved and changed my shipping address on Loot Crate's website. They have shipped 5 crates to me since then and every time they go to old address. The post office redirects them to my new address but I have to pay $21.60 every time. That's over $100 extra I've had to pay to receive my shipments. I've emailed them multiple times and got a few responses saying it'll be changed but today I've got another email saying a crate has shipped. When I opened it, it showed that it too is going to my old address. I just wanted them to change my address at first, but now that this has happened 5 times so far, I feel like they should reimburse the $21.60 per crate to me.

      I ordered a set of rings for $68 and waited over a year of shipping delays before asking them to cancel and get my money back. They canceled the order and have not refunded me. It has been 4 months since customer support has answered any of my emails.

      Order placed May 12 for a monthly subscription. Cost come up to $37.21usd Sent two emails to ask about it. Got one reply that said it would send soon. That was in June. Second attempt I got no reply. ********* That is my order number. I would like a refund (truly my monthly box but in no way is that going to happen) It bothers me to no end that I get daily emails from them showing me boxes that will never come . I don't get how they can do so much advertising for products you don't get. It feels very much like a scam.

      Consumer Response /* (-5, 8, 2022/08/16) */ I emailed and asked for a refund. Still have not received the refund. Consumer Response /* (-5, 9, 2022/08/24) */ I have tried contacting them two more times asking for a refund. Have not gotten a refund have not gotten a tracking number. I have not gotten a reply. However they still send me emails asking me to buy stuff from them. Their support team must be non-existent cuz I don't even get a reply back to the email.
