    Starting August 8, 2024, I subscribed to ********** subscription boxes. I have paid for a total of 3 months worth of their products totaling $115.47 Without receiving any products, despite each order being marked as delivered. I have sent 3 emails to their customer support line, starting February 11th with no response.

    I signed up to ************** in December of 2024 to receive a monthly t-shirt delivery. My first payment to ********* was on December 19th before 9pm, which is their cutoff to receive that month's delivery. I did not receive the t-shirt on 1/15. I was then charged again on 1/1/25 for the following month's t-shirt. When you call Loot Crate's phone number you are told if you need help to reach out to them via email. I have reached out to ********* multiple times, each time being met with no response. I have also tried to reach out to them via ******** Messenger but have received no response there either. The only emails I receive from Lootcrate is automated emails telling me to update my payment information, which I will not do considering I'm paying but not receiving anything from the company.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a complaint against ********* regarding a reoccurring subscription service I purchased. I have received two boxes so far, and both have been extremely disappointing and not as ************* first box contained a t-shirt that was not the size I ordered. While disappointing, I did not pursue the matter at that time.However, the second box, which arrived in late ******** was completely unacceptable. It contained a number of Halloween-themed products, many of which were clearly dollar-store quality. For example, the box included a 10-pack of "Halloween Loot Bags." The overall value of the items was far below what I expected for a subscription box and certainly not worth the cost. It also felt out of place to receive in late January.Furthermore, the items in the second box were simply stuffed into a bag. This was a significant departure from the advertised "unboxing experience" which is a key part of the appeal of subscription boxes.I contacted ********* customer service to express my dissatisfaction and request a resolution. Unfortunately, they failed to offer any satisfactory solution. Therefore, I am filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of resolving this issue. I am requesting a refund for the last box and assurances my subscription was canceled.I have attached photos of the items I received. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    Ordered a subscription of three months from ***** Crate never received items was charged for another three months still have not received any of those items so I am due six months of subscription or full refund. I have reached out to the company. They have not responded to anything so now Im here.

    I purchased a loot crate for my daughter on July ******* for ******. That should have been for three months worth of loot crates to be shipped every other month. I still have not received any. I have contacted customer service and they have said it will be sent, but it never is.

    On November 9th, 2024, I subscribed to a single box plan online from LootCrate for a Fallout themed box, and paid $48.49 including shipping. It took them over a month to deliver said box, which arrived just this week on December 17th, 2024. However, the contents arrived in a plastic bag, and box in the 'Fallout' themed box as advertised and stated in pictures and text on their website. I then, on the same day of December 17th, 2024, sent in a support ticket requesting assistance from their company, which has yielded no reply. I sent another email on Wednesday, December 18th of 2024, which has also yielded no reply. I was hoping for a swift resolution in the form of the box I paid for being shipped to me, but at this point at don't think it's possible since we're so close to the holidays (this was intended as a Christmas present for a family member) and thus I'd like to request a full refund from the company. However, I cannot seem to get in touch with them.

    Ordered the July Wizarding World box Jun 28th 2024, I requested a refund on Aug 28th after seeing shipment which was supposed to ship in July had been pushed back to September with zero communication, and was denied claiming the order has already been submitted for fulfillment. Was again pushed back to October and now again to November with zero communication just updates on the site. Currently November 19th nearly5 months and I have still not received anything there has been no communication about my order at all.

    I paid for a subscription service from ********** on August 11th 2024. I have never received the crate for that , nor the most recent one taken out for Nov. When I contacted Loot Crate, they said the shipping date has been adjusted multiple times and were unable to give me a definitive shipping date on neither of the two outstanding crates I paid for already. So, I am out of $103.78. The only acceptible solution at this point for me is a refund of $103.78. I contacted the company to resolve this, with no resolution.

    I made a purchase from loot crate on October 18 2024. I purchased one fallout crate. I was charged ****** which is the price for three. Once I saw the transaction amount I email them to correct the amount I was charged, cancel the transaction. I have not received any response back from the company I have sent four emails. All I am receiving is a automated response that they are looking into this an will get back to me soon. There is not anyway to contact the company except by email. I have messaged and asked for a refund or my product which I still have not gotten a response.

    I purchased a ********* subscription on 9/27/24. It said that my first box would be shipped between 10/10-10/20. On 10/27/24 I message customer support to see when it would be shipped out. I received no response. On 10/31/24 I reached out again to ask for my subscription to be cancelled and to be refunded as my order still shows as unfulfilled. On 11/5/25 I was charged again for the subscription. I tried calling and it was just a recording that said to reach customer support to email them(which I already have several times)" or for any other inquiries leave a message. So I left a detailed message with my phone number.
