******** and her team really helped me not only stop the collections but also worked out a deal for me that fit into my life where I could move forward without having to completely change my day to day life and still provide for my family. I had worked with another company before **** who were absolutely no help, and seemed to care more about getting the file off their desks and getting paid than actually helping me. That company had great online reviews but were terrible! ******** saved me from them and truly did her best to help me in anyway she can and continues to do say daily! Having to deal with the *** was very stressful, they made all sorts of threats from taking my home and freezing bank accounts it was one of the worst things I had to deal with. My decision to work with Rush Tax Resolution is one of the best decisions I have ever made. *************************** put my mind at ease and made the whole process so much better, I cant thank her and the team at Rush for all their help in getting my issue resolved once and for all. After my divorce I found myself in some tax trouble, not just paying the taxes but going back years to make sure I and my wife were up to date. ************************* was assigned to our account and was great to work with, stayed on top of things and most importantly contacted us often to let us know how things were going and how we were doing. He did a great job guiding us through the process, making sure the forms were correct and that everything the *** needed was filed so that we were up to date with the agency.Review from Maria B

After initial contact, *************************** was assigned to our account. She has been wonderful to work with and has taken away a lot of our stress and anxiety. She is very professional and always keeps the lines of communication open. We had just started working with her when she also helped me get through a very difficult time. Rush Tax Resolution.. Did an amazing job helping me dealing with my tax problem that I got myself into mean years ago. *************************** did an outstanding job helping resolve this issue so I was able to move forward with my life and take this weight off my shoulders that I had for a long time. Rush Tax Resolution (RTR) and, specifically, ******* at RTR have been a true blessing in helping with our taxes. We are a small family business, and my wife used to handle it very well, in fact, but with her declining cognitive issues. It became a mess, and ******* and **** were there to step in and help. I wish taxes were more straightforward and not so complicated for small family businesses, but if you need help, nobody is better than *******, and no company is more helpful than RTR. With their continued support and professionalism, we look forward to many years of guidance and help from ******* and her team.BTW, we tried another nationally advertised firm; you most likely have heard of them; they took our money and disappeared. Again, it's a shame the tax code is so messy for citizens, but it's great to find a home for tax support finally.Review from Jack C

Great service. Initial consultation with **** was well over an hour. He came up with a plan and explained it very well. Had them do my taxes Federal and 2 states from moving. Getting things straightened out with the **** My coordinator and tax preparer kept in touch and kept me apprised of what was happening. Very happy!Review from Mark M

Rush Tax Resolution and *************************** in particular have made the stress of back taxes become much more manageable and under control. The first step is to ask for help, and many of us need it after the difficult *************** resulting from the Covid years. Rush Tax passes no judgements on your situation, they just jump in and help resolve your issue, immediately, and to the very best of their ability. ******* has been communicative, and explains in clear detail (and sometimes re-explains when I ask!) the steps that Rush Tax Resolution is taking to resolve and negotiate with the **** Thanks to ******* and **** Tax, a huge burden feels like it has been removed from my shoulders, and I'm in a good place moving forward. I give highest marks to ******* and the team at Rush Tax Resolution for their professionalism, patience, and ability to always listen, thank you.
