You never think you will need this type of service until you do and so grateful that I not only got Rush Tax Resolution to assist me but they are so personal & understanding that they fight for you as soon as you hire them. They have gone out of their way to assist me and the agent ******* is reachable at all times...just text and get a immediate response. This is what I call classic service! The work completed by **************** on my behalf was phenomenal and relieved me of an enormous amount of personal stress. I so appreciate the time they took, the work they did on my behalf, and am most grateful for their professionalism and kindness throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tax assistance--they were amazing to work with.

I don't know where to start, so about here...I attempted to use 2 other companies. A large national one and a local to me. One was more concerned about the payment I was paying them and the other, had to shut down mid settlement due to health reasons, so to say I was skeptical was a understatment. I kept hearing a ad on the radio, wrote down the number several times and decided to make the call. When I called, I set up the terms, called back 3 times to make sure this wasn't going to be a scam to take money. Then ******* ****** entered our life. To say she was a calming effect in my life would be a understatement.The amount we owed had put a strain on my marriage and that was unfortunatly was collateral damage. However *******, knowing this, was empathtic, caring and professional, constantly saying, " we got this", with every letter I would get. I know I could not have made it through with out her, guiding me through my panic ********** this point, we have gotten to the best scenrio that could have been hoped for with the resolution.I would HIGHLY reccommend Rush Tax, ******* especially - don't let her go.Rush Tax Resolution Response

Just can't say enough about Rush Tax Resolution, Excellent customer service professional staff. I've been working with Rush Tax Resolution Team, they exceptional worked on my unfilled return and currently working on my present return, by 2025 all my files will be up-to-date.I'am most impressed on their determination and persistent, even with my slow responses with their request..... but they are always there for me to make it happen. And also, they are willing to work with my payment plan. I' am hoping, after all my taxes filed we can see a resolution of reduction of my tax debt and affordable tax payment plan......just wanted to say i greatly appreciate the time, effort, strive and support on my tax issues. ***** called to follow up with me on the request from *******. As a result of the initial text contact and email from ******* on what he still needed, I located what the need from the 2022 fraud on me and found the documents that they need. After I had received some letters from the *** I called several companies that work with the *** in handling taxpayer issues. I settled on Rush Tax Resolutions to be the best service out there. They are knowledgeable in what they do and are straight forward with answers to any questions I may have Over the past few years I have fallen into a different tax bracket, which caused some issues for me, Rush Tax has worked with me in reorganizing my witholdings and get me back on track. ,personal opinion I believe they are better than my CPA! My taxes were a mess and I was scared to death. I hadnt paid in over a decade. I reached out to Rush in desperation. They were a very lucky choice for me. They have stuck to the original deal. They did everything they said they were going to do and they responded promptly every time I tried to contact them. I recommend Rush Tax with NO reservations!!!Rush Tax Resolution Response
