I have been using happy head for 4 months and Ive noticed visible improvement. I do use a multifactorial approach with vitamin supplementation and helmet light therapy. This is the most hair Ive had in years; even my hairdresser has said it felt stronger. The customer service is excellent too. Ive recommended happy head to my brother who has noticed improvements as well! Highly highly recommend!! I will use this for years to come.Review from Patrick K

I have been with Happy Head for almost 3 months now. I have revised my formula 3 times and each time, the customer service rep has been very helpful and the doctors are very responsive. My last customer service **** ******** B., was extremely positive and was able to help me with no problem at all. Since I am just at 3 months, I am still too early to see the results but the customer service and experience with the company has been nothing but positive. I have not had any issues using the actual product. I have not had any skin irritation or anything when applying the topical solution. I have tried OTC minoxidil before and it made my scalp very itchy and flakey. Happy Head's topical formula did not irritate my skin at all. I hope to start seeing the results in a few months. I will definitely keep my subscription with them as long as they keep providing the same level of customer service.Happy Head, Inc. Response

Horrible. Everything about them. And i suspect the good reviews on here are paid for. Their 6 month money back guarantee is absolute BS. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. They do not stand by their products at all. It's all lies. Stay away.Happy Head, Inc. Response

Sorry to hear about your experience!Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by calling in to our office or by submitting the cancellation request via our website, at happyhead.com/help. There are no time specifications for cancelling, however orders themselves cannot be cancelled after they are processed, so the cancellation needs to happen before an order is placed.With regards to our 6-month guarantee, we provide all patients a free replacement or return on their recent bottle should they not be pleased with our services after 6 months of use.
