    My husband is underage to get on a plane due a chronic Respiratory coughing in closed closed areas. Iam filing a complaint due to he want to able ride the plane. You connect with cancellation no time. I EMAIL, PHONE, SENT CERTIFIED LETTERS. I HOLD SO LONG ON PHONE 40 MIN TO HOUR NOONE ANSWERS.

    I would like to let people know that last fare deals is a scam they sold me a ticket and never sent me a conformation number or ticket please dont use them they are big scammers

    On Jan. 9, ****, Last Minute Fare deal charged me $300 for reissue fee for 4 passengers on my travel itinerary even if the airlines canceled the flight and totally not our fault. There is no mention on their website of this and we are not aware if this fee when they sent us an email of the changes. This company already has service fee in the first place and s not helpful in any way of resolving the issue. I would like for them to issue refund for the reissue fee.

    A new exchanged and original airline e-ticket confirmation was provided to the cardholder's email address, *************************** airlines cancelled and rescheduled flights for passengers, replacing them with new flights.  The original ticket was re-issued as new tickets and given to the cardholder with updated information. A processing fee was levied in accordance with the purchase terms.
    The transaction is in dispute with the customer's bank, and all required documentation has been forwarded to the dispute team. Any further move can only be made once the matter has been settled.

    Bought ticket via Lastminutefaredeal on Feb 7, 2023. Cancelled the SAME DAY. Was given a credit for $450 and 1 year to use it. I have been trying ALL DAY (since 9 am - its now 6 pm) to use this credit. I have been disconnected 9 times. I was told Id get a call back in 1 hourit never came. I waited on hold 50 minutes, and then was disconnected again. Called back and was told Id be put in touch with a supervisor just put on an endless hold again. Agents sound drunk/outside/in public places. They seem to want to help me book something, but the minute I try to use my credit, they hang up on me. This business is clearly a scam. I am 81 years old and living on social security. I needed this money to go visit my children. This business should be shut down.

    Date of transaction 2/27/2023 Amount paid $554.80 Business committed to securing round trip flight from *** to ***.Despite the company adding protection insurance that I did not select, when contacting the company in March to change my flight to July I was advised an additional $265.99 would be charged. In addition, when additionally confirming my tickets and price the associate advised that the tickets selected were no longer available. It seemed improbable that in mere seconds the nine remaining seats for a flight several months in advance suddenly were all filled. The ticket price increased by over $100.00. It was highly suspicious. I emailed I advised I could not afford to pay an additional $265.99 for the tickets they had located for me. I received a response advising me that the ticket was secured. It was not. I did not receive a refund. I simply want to be refunded for my fare. Booking ID#**********

    The total additional cost to change the flight was $ ****** per passenger as advised, when the customer advised she isn't willing to pay additional thus changes were not done to her original ticket. Thus she had her original ticket not a changed ticket. Any additional cost is due to change in fare availability as per airline not the agent.     I was told that the flight would be a certain price and they informed me the next day that the flight was not approved but that they could get me a flight at a higher rate. I accepted the higher rate and they took greater than 6 hours to expedite the transaction. In the meantime I booked with another Agency (Priceline) and the transaction went through immediately. I then tried to let this company know that I found them fraudulent and that I wanted to cancel the unscheduled request for the flight. Following this they approved the flight and took money from my account. Then they informed me that it would take ***** business days to return my money to the account. I would never again use this company to book a flight. I would recommend a reliable site such as Priceline or Expedia. I am waiting to see if I will get a full refund as promised.

    We were unable to find any reservations using the aforementioned phone numbers, names, or emails. We ask the traveler to give their name, the email address they used to make the reservation, and/or the Booking ID so we can find the booking and quickly resolve the issue.

    I bought tickets for 2 people on Feb 9, 2023 round trip from *************** to ******. On March 12, 2023, this conpany sent me an email:We have been advised by the airlines about the schedule change in your flight (s). Please review the given flight information carefully and reply us back to confirm the changes so we can exchange/ re-validate your ticket (s). If you will not reply to the email, you might miss the flight.Then they charged me $70 for just 15 minutes late of the airlines, not by myself. Thats not acceptable. I called them to ask, but it wasted me almost an hour. I have a feeling of being scammed by this company. You cant keep my credit card, and charged me for no reason.My booking ID: **********

According to the terms of the purchase, a processing fee was assessed.     I paid for the tickets, including the service fee. I bought tickets every years through some agencies, and they changed the flight time all the times. However, I was never been charged for this unreasonable fee. Thats why I never expect to be charged for this kind of fee. I hope that the agency can waive this fee for me because I paid a lot for the tickets, and I am a student, so I cant handle it. Thanks so much!

    Airline ticket purchased through the agency described on about August 21, 2022 for a flight scheduled for Becember 4, 2022. Agency is charging $100 additional to the ticket for the change in ******** flight schedule. The change is only a few minutes and was no problem. Agency notified buyer of the change stating the change needed to be accepted, which the buyer did. Two day later agency charged buyer $100 additional for the change. Below is the agency's response. Hello ****, We would like to inform you that the $100.00 USD that we charge is an agency ticket reissue/re-validate fee. Each schedule change service provided by us is subject to an additional agency service fee of upto $75 per passenger as mentioned in our terms and conditions. The agency stated the airline reservation may be cancelled if the change was not accepted. No where on the website page did it mention I would be charged $100 for the accepted change. I believe the charge is against public policy and deceptive. I request my credit card be refunded the $100 charge - not an internal credit for future travel with this agency. ***********

    Have reservations to Japan and was contacted the airlines changed the times by minutes and was to call to verify the change. Called and verified. Received a $75 charge for a change I didn't request but was informed was changed by airline. When disputing this charge was told sorry, part of the plan. Asked to speak to a supervisor, told supervisors all on break. I questioned that and he asked if I knew how many supervisors they had. No, I reply, how many? He said I'm not telling you. Really? Said someone would call me back in 15 minutes which I couldn't accommodate due to appointments. I don't feel a customer should have to pay for a change made from the airline. This company isn't professional and uses shady tactics. Should have researched reviews before using them. Should be shut down!

    I booked a flight through lastminutefaredeal in 4-6-2022 and then ended up cancelling on 7-7-2022 so they gave me a booking credit that had to be used within one year. Originally I spent $785.21 and $985.80 plus I got the insurance for both flights of $39.99 each in case something went wrong. Throughout the months the airlines changed the flights several times & every time they did so I got charged $50 per flight. I tried to book a similar flight on 9-20-2022 and I called then they kept transferring me when they found out I wanted to use my booking credit. The flight quote I got from them was $347. They are telling me I have a booking credit for $649 plus. They tried to tell me that I had to pay them another $118 to make the change. This is laughable if it wasn't such a blatant scam. They advertise $50 per change. OK so if you do the math here this is terrible because $649 credit and $347 flight and they want me to pay them more money...maybe I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. At this point I can't trust them because I had to call about 6 times and they transferred me 3 or 4 times each time. Told me they had to call me back and never did, hung up on me, and then finally told me they had to call me back again. Now this company is based out of LA, but every single time I call I get someone from India or there abouts. Resolution Complete refund on ALL of my booking credits, which are into the thousands. I am trying to get a refund through BBB. If I don't get a refund through BBB then I may have to seek resolution elsewhere-probably with the government, but I'd rather not go there. Hopefully this ends here. I'm supplying all of the receipts and it should be noted that they all say Eros Tours based out of LA. Only lastminutefare deals can make that not happen by issuing me a full refund for ALL my monies on ALL my booking credits IMMEDIATELY!!! REFUND!!!!! IMMEDIATELY!!! IF NOT THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! Submitting the email chain, which shows everything.

The customer was duly advised credit for future travel is available for up to one year from the date of original purchase 06 Apr 2022, valid on the same carrier. The customer has inquired about new flights and the agent advised the customer difference in fare for new flights. No change fee was quoted to the customer, please note the customer is liable to pay the difference in fare as per airline fare rules. The customer purchased Travel Assist plan which is applicable on original purchase only not on exchange or refunds. The tickets are not eligible for refunds as per American airline policy but only flight credit. We wil have an agent contact the customer to review new dates and flights.
