    We take all customer concerns very seriously. After reviewing our records, we do not have any history of this individual attempting to contact our customer support team. Customer experience is our top priority, and we maintain a 30-day refund policy for purchases made through authorized retailers. We have cancelled the individual's product subscription and also provided a refund for the order. We also reached out directly to the customer to better understand the situation and to make sure that the provided resolution is to their satisfaction.

    This company sells ****** products and doesn't allow for returns or refunds. $50 wasted!! Very disappointing!!
