I purchased a jar of cream on the 27th May. I was charged $********** dollars, which was not what I thought it would convert too. I have not received anything yet. As I searched for complaints, I have doubts that this is a legitimate company. I would really like a refund on this.Initial Complaint

A company calling itself Health Research Institute, with a website ********************* advertized their product, viritenz, with a 70% promotion, claiming I would get the product for $39.99. I went through the process of ordering and was informed that I had just made a $188.00 purchase. They had not given me an opportunity to edit the purchase. I received an email confirming this purchase, but did not allow me the opportunity to respond and dispute what they had done (the email was marked 'no-reply'). I placed an order for Flexitrinol 3 bottle no auto ship . I read their terms, flipped back to the order, as I was reaching to pay, the order flipped to 5 bottles. Well, its done, no chance or cannot go back to change the order. I lost my confirmation email. Now I am really stuck. Charges for both orders are on my credit card. This Flexitrinol is headed Health Research Institute. All I want to do is contact them to either cancel the 5 bottle order reimburse me or just make sure they do not auto send next order. Really gets expensive. But since I lost that email confirm from them I am at a loss. I just do not know what to do. Just as I was hitting the pay key, it instantly flipped to the 5 bottle order & no chance couldn't go back to say no auto send or delete. Do not know where to go or what to do. Because I have been ***, I was not able to file this complaint until now. I ordered and paid $****** for 5 bottles of ******** and have a receipt for order MEMO-XXXXX dated ********** I never received it.
