Made a onetime purchase October 2024 and since then I have been charged $99 and $199. I have tried to call and reach them through their contact me page with no response. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any more charges. I disputed the charge and they said I received product and would not refund the charges which is a lie. I tried to report as fraud and that was no help either. This was not a subscription and I was never notified that I would be receiving additonal charges. I am out $300 and very disappointed. I was charged ****** on my credit card and had no idea why or what for. I disputed the charge with my credit card company who did an investigation. Stunning over 40 stated the charge was for a subscription. The credit card company put the charge back on my account. I called the ******************* stating that I didnt knowingly sign up for a subscription and I had emailed Stunning Over 40 repeatedly asking for a refund. I then sent the credit card company my chain of emails. Stunning Over 40 emailed me that they had cancelled my subscription but was unable to issue me a refund because the subscription had already been processed. This is unacceptable. I didnt sign up for a subscription and have no idea what this subscription is even for. I have been charged ****** for absolutely nothing. This is dishonest and unacceptable.Business Response

I did not sign up for a subscription. I dont even know what the subscription is for. You charged me ****** for absolutely nothing. I appreciate that you cancelled the subscription that I didnt sign up for but that is insufficient. A reputable company would refund this charge. I dont know why this is such a difficult task for you to do. Do you think that it is ok to charge someone for something they didnt knowingly sign up for and the. When it is brought to your attention you dont submit a refund? Again I dont even know what this subscription is even for. I have received NOTHING for ******. That is unacceptable.

In July of 2024 I made a ONE TIME PURCHASE (never was it a subscription of any kind) to Stunning after 40. On my most recent credit card bill I noticed an unauthorized charge of $199.00 to my account from this company. I then went through previous months and also noticed another unauthorized charge of $99.00 to my account. I immediately researched customer service for this company and sent them an email stating I never authorized these charges nor did I sign up for any subscription. I have heard no response. I also tried a phone number to which it rang one time and went to a generic voicemail that did not identify where I was calling. I also contacted my credit card company to report fraud charges on my card. 10/02/2024 a $99.00 charge was made and 02/02/2025 a $199.00 charge was made.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response from Stunning After 40 to which they are only canceling a subscription (that I did not authorize) and state they will not charge me moving forward. I am demanding that the unauthorized, fraudulent charges made to my credit card on October 2, 2024 of $99.00 and another unauthorized, fraudulent charge of $199.00 made on February 2, 2025 to that same credit card be completely and fully refunded. The total charges of $298.00 were absolutely unauthorized as well as a subscription to which I never signed up for.

I am rejecting this response because: I NEVER AGREED TO A SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS PRODUCT. Especially one that would increase from $89.00 to $99.00 then to $199.00! Those charges were made to my credit card without authorization and never did I sign up for a subscription.Also, I have read where other people have reported Stunning After 40 to the BBB for the exact same issues of fraudulent ($99 & $199) charges to their credit cards as well. This is not an isolated incident with ***** seems to be a pattern of how this company operates.

Received the bill called credit card company to dispute then received the product that I didn't order. I called with no response emailed no response. This company is completing fraudulent charges on my credit card at which point now is theft. I paid the $69 for the product. They charged me $99 approx 3 mos later for a bogus email subscription that the website doesn't even mention. I received an email on 1/3/25 stating they would cancel my subscription. On 2/3/25, they charged me another $199 stating that it was due to a subscription renewal and would not refund since it had already been charged, totally negating the cancellation back in January 2025. The person representing this business is committing fraud. The website says you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund. ****** L who seems to be the person behind the website, sends an email stating she is not issuing refunds at the time, therefore keeping your money. Then because she has your credit card information, she waits a few months and then charges you for this made up yearly membership subscription that is not mentioned on the website upon making the purchase. I am rejecting this response because: this vendor is a scammer. I requested for the one time purchase to be cancelled because the website stated that you can cancel and be refunded, which the vendor refused to honor. I never signed up for a membership subscription, nor was there anything on the website stating that I would be automatically enrolled, nor was there any warning or follow up email communication stating that I was automatically enrolled in this made up membership subscription. This vendor committed money laundering/fraud and needs to be put in jail.

In the summer 2024 or close to the summer time I purchased from this company a 1 time order, the item didnt even work, February 2025 I was looking into my ************** account and this company charged me $199 for something I didnt even order and now they refuse to give me my money back, theyre telling me I had a subscription I know that I NEVER signed up for. They first off advertise money back if you didnt like the product and they cant even give me my $199 back they took out all these months later which I did NOT have a subscription. That money in the account is also for my families Dr ************* prescriptions since it is a health savings account and they just stole my families money out of that account god forbid anyone needs to go to the hospital or for any prescriptions we need.
