On January 2022, I hired American Web Coders to create my public figure page.**** was assigned to my case. I paid**** & American Web Coders $300.00, and he stated the public figure page would be complete in a week.**** did not complete the task.**** attempted to compensate me with building a website & mobile app, however, I had to complain to his supervisor ************ due to**** charging me $890.00 for adding ********* on my website, when****** website states adding ********* on your website is free. I asked ************ about receiving all the legal paperwork for my website and they continue to pass me around instead of sending me all legal information pertaining to my website. American Web Coders pretended to assist me legally with stating they could assist me with trademarking my business, however, only completed a copyright for my website for $200.00. **** attempted to charge me $3000.00 for hosting of my website when *********** publishes all of this for $300.00 - $600.00. **** contacted me later and mentioned the $1000.00 that I paid for the mobile website app he applied to the hosting fee. In July 2022, American Web Coders hacked my computer and took receipts from purchases with them, they took my EIN and locked my account to the website. I can not access my website. I have emailed American Web Coders and asked for a refund $1500.00, all legal rights from the legal department about my business, perform 5 task to the website, all username & passwords for my website. American Web Coders has not responded to any of emails. I have made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (Report Number:*********) for the fraud of hacking my account, stealing my EIN, and not providing all my username & passwords.

Date of Transaction: 04/20/2022 Amount of money I paid the Business: Approx $2,200. What the business committed to provide Me? A Functional custom website with a 100% money back gaurantee, in writing.I paid Approx. $2,200 for a website that is not functioning properly. I was told by ********** a Senior manager there, that a site Usually takes a month to create. It has been approx. four months since the start of this project and the site still does not function properly. Approx a month ago I reached out to a ************ to find a resolution. I needed a resolution because it had been three months and still no finished functioning website. My "project manager" switched 3 times from **********, to**************, to now ***********. **** was having a hard time completing the task, so I asked to speak with a manager. Enters ************. At this point I requested a refund. ************ assured me that they would fix the issues immeditely. That never happened. I then asked to speak to her manager Mr *********** **** gave me the same assurances. But they couldn't get it done. I requested a refund. I was told that was impossible because the site was live. Even though it was not functioning properly, they insisted it was. As of 08/10/2022 the site was still not functional. At this point, instead of givimg me a refund, they emailed me bogus log in credentials for the back end, and told me my site was live and functional. The last person I spoke to on 08/10/2022 initially told me they were here to help with a refund. After trying to prove the site was working only to see it wasn't, They told me they would not give me a refund because "I accepted the site in a text" Which is a Lie. The main question I've been asking, If the site was working properly, why would I say it wasn't?? Not having a functioning website has held my Limo Business up for the past Four Months! SMH I gain Absolutely Nothing by saying my site isnt working, if it was. 100% money back Guarantee

If I'm not mistaken, there has been no response made. Their policy as stated, is a 100% Money Back Guarantee. It says it in black and white on the receipt. They have refused to give me a refund after I have practically begged them for the past month. The website that took them 4 months to create is Still not funcional. I am moments away from connecting a new site I had created. This was the worst online purchase experiance Ever. Never again. I Had to get the Federal Trade Commission involved. I deserve a Refund per thier policy and thier poor web creating capability. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/29) */ Please find the response Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/08/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) To put it simply. You communicated the Exact reason I'm do a refund. The Website was never "delivered" because after 3 months of waitning for it to be completed, it was still not functioning properly. The minute I asked for a refund, you launched the site, telling me now that its live I cant get a refund. The question I have and had is "what difference does it make if I cant use it"?? From the time I asked for a refund to 8/10/2022 was a month. From April 20th...to August 10th..That's approx. four months for one website that as of 08/10/2022 was Still not functional. As of the foul language...Yeah..I spent Aprox. $2100 on a website that doesnt work. And everytime i tell you it doesnt ..you tell me it does...Not to mention the fact that my business was heald up for Four months during this Nightmare. So maybe I lost my cool a bit..I'm human. But I've made it Abolutely Clear that I wouldn't be using the site you built. on 08/09/2022 I spoke with a ***** ******* We did not see eye to eye. That resulted in him sayin your legal team would be in contact. To my knowledge that means our convo is DONE. Even though I'd been threatened with a lawsuite, you still proceeded to make contact with me about the site. I then communicated I'd be disconnectiog your site and attaching a sight it took me four DAys to build...to my domain. Wich I have done. You attempted for an entire month to fix a problem you couldn't fix. I never accepted the site. The site was not functional. I have documented emails and recorded calls to prove. There is Absolutely No Reason for us to speak. Regardles of what lie or excuse you come up with..The bottom line,,,it doesn't take 3 or 4 months to build a site. I made one in 4 days. Again, your site is not attatched to my domain. I have asked you to stop contacting me..At this point its harrasment. You had four months to get it done...You DIDN'T.....CASE CLOSED...You're lucky I don't sue for the time and money lost during that period of four months. Nothing I initially requested was provided in the webite you built. My email wasn't connected. I have proof. The reservation or booking section (possibly the most important page) was disfunctinal. I have proof. I gave you an example of what I was looking for. You did not deliver. You lied and told me you gave me the log in for the back office. It was incorrect info.. I have proof. So far you have the behavior of a liar...as a company. It says in the very first article I uploaded.. 100% refund... Your words.. yet here we are... At this point the only thing there is to discuss is a refund; If not with me then the Fedral Trade Commissioon. The main reason it went on for so long; is that i'd request one thing...You'd go down the rabbit hole the wrong way..Then when I'm like No..I didnt ask for that...now it takes you a year and a day to regroup. To be honest i think some of your staff is incompetant..not to be disrerspectful but they just couldnt seem to follow simple request and or instruction. I was EXTREMLY patient. THREE MONTHS FOR A WEBSITE???? Absolutely obserd. I was fair. I paid you up front...Trusted You...Never Again. I've learned alot. For that ...I thank You. But you and I both know you didnt get it done. Even if I wanted to..I can no longer waiste time with your company...i've lost four months...if you haven't gotten it by then...it;s not happenin...Let it go...Do the right thing and give me a refund. Your choice. The fedreal Trade Commison has been notified. Please direct all calls from your legal team to the office of the Federal Trade Commission.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! If I can give them zero stars then trust me I would!!! I hired American Webcoders in October 2021 to build me a website. They promised that what I initially ordered would be delivered. Well, apparently that was a lie. The original price was $565 for the mock up because I already had my own logo. I was charged repeatedly over the course of 6 months. I ended up paying $****+ (Split into separate payments) for a $565 project, and American Webcoders gave me a $500 discount (or so they say). My account was paid in full. I noticed that over the course of a few months, they continued to change my invoice and claim that apparently I still owed them more money. So they kept sending invoices for $500 here and $600 there. They also claimed what they promised me, in the beginning, would now cost me another $500. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND A SCAM. They are not located in ********** and if you call them it sounds like a call center because you'll hear other people in the background talking. *****,******************************************* are terrible. This company is full of FRAUDS. They are now claiming I still owe money when I've paid for this project a while back. They call and harrass and text me about 3-4 times a day and leave voicemails. They said they transferred my existing domain several weeks ago and have not delivered. Every time I go to type it into the ****** search engine, I get an error message saying, "This web page doesn't exist". They kept telling me that you have to send us the products to upload on your website. I tried to cancel and was reassured that I would get a refund! THAT'S A LIE. Once you pay, there are no refunds and was told that there is a money back guarantee. They pressured me into writing a good review for the company or else my project wouldn't continue. When I asked about my website, they told me it would be delivered before January 2022 but they never did. THIS IS MONEY LOST! I want my money back. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I hired American Webcoders on 11-9-2021 to build me site. They promised that what I initially ordered would be able to meet all my requirements. I paid $**** for a $**** project, and American Webcoders gave me a $700 discount. My account was paid in full. Over time, they continued to change my invoice and claim I still owed them more money. They also claimed what they promised me, in the beginning, would now cost me another $**** as they were not able to meet my originally ordered requirements. They now are claiming I still owe $500 when I've paid approximately $**** on a $**** project. They transferred my existing domain several weeks ago and have not delivered. When I pressed they told me it would be delivered yesterday but they never did. I have been without a website to sell from for weeks and I am losing money. I want my money back.

Whatever you do, don't do business with this company. They have taken almost ***** of mine and I have tried to get a refund and all I get is the run-around.I was going to self- publish book with them and they have done nothing but lie and make mistake after mistake. I have tried talking to their CEO *******, but he seems too never have time to get on the phone. Even the salesperson I was working with for almost a year, ****** ******* finally texted me and told he he had lied to me and was dishonest about what I paid for. Its sad because the book I was trying to self-publish for my wife was about ******* ******* the Foremost Female Evangelist of the century. A project my wife has worked on for 24 years. My wife suffers now from Alzheimers and I wanted to get his book done while she still remembered. This is such a dishonest company. It's a shame they do their clients this way.
