    I purchased clothes from NYDJ on 3/29/2024 . I have a tracking number and have tracked the package.no one from the company will call me back. I want to speak to a person so we can resolve the issue if no clothes and they have my money..

    On March 31st, I ordered two pairs of jeans from NYDJ's website, nydj.com. After contacting their support team repeatedly and much delay, I finally received one of the pairs of jeans I ordered and not the other, on April 19th.To make it very clear:I only received the ******* Straight Jeans In Petite - Feather - 4P 1 I did NOT receive ******* Straight Jeans In Petite - ***** - 4P 1 Despite writing to their support team MULTIPLE times to let them know I received only a partial order, they kept writing back to tell me that my order was delivered without reading through my messages - no acknowledgement about partial delivery and that one pair of jeans was missing. At this point they've completely ghosted despite me explaining the situation in simple terms, repeatedly. Absolutely terrible support that swallowed up my money with no remorse! Haven't seen anything this egregious from other businesses. I've filed a credit card dispute to ensure at least my credit card company could get me a refund.At this point I would like a full refund, and to warn others about buying from NYDJ.

    I made a purchase through their website. After processing my credit card they had a message that due to moving warehouses there would be a 1-2 week delay in shipping. No notice of this before charging my credit card. I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. They said they couldnt cancel it and to just wait until I get the items then return them. They are basically holding my money hostage for the next month.

    I never received my item. I've been calling and emailing every day but they're ignoring me. I simply want a refund.

    I ordered pants from MYDJ.com I have tried contacting the company because I need to return a pair of pants. I can not initiate a return because it says my order has not been fulfilled and the company isnt answering calls nor are they responding to email

    This company never answers their phone. They make you wait on the phone then cut you off. They do not answer emails either. When I tried to exchange a defective item on their website, I was instructed that I could not, even though my size was still available. I did receive a callback: over a week after I requested one.

    This company lists a **************** phone number which no one ever answers. One can request a call back to which no one ever responds. They also advise to send them an email again to which no one responds to on a timely basis if at all. I had specific questions and concerns that required someone at the companys attention. THERE IS NO WAY TO PERSONALLY CONNECT WITH ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT WEBSITE AND ARE CONSTANTLY SENDING PROMOTIONAL EMAILS ANS TEXTS, BUT DO NOT RESPOND TO INCOMING CORRESPONDENCE AND REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE.I am beyond done with this company and am astounded that they are still somehow managing to remain in business. Any insight or help that you could provide would be much appreciated. My complaints and concerns in terms of NYDJ are totally in line with those filed by other customers on your website. What action would you recommend to me at this point?Thank you for your time and consideration.

    I ordered a pair of jeans from them in early March. On March 20, my checking account was charged & NYDJ was paid. I began getting emails from them, asking me how I like my new jeans. I never received them.I have called them repeatedly-goes right to a message that they will call me back. I have received no call back.Ive emailed repeatedly and no customer service agent has replied.

    I placed a large order with this business in January. Most of the items were too large, so I arranged for an exchange online with smaller sizes. Unfortunately, the mail provider could not get the return label code to work, and since then, I have been calling the customer service number multiple times, have left multiple voicemails, requesting a callback, have submitted multiple message via their website, explaining the situation and requesting a callback. Thus far, no one has either answered their customer service, phone number, or have reached out to me after receiving voicemails and messages that I have left requesting for them to do so. I am appalled, and would have never believed accompany, so well known would have such a horrible customer service experience.

    I placed two separate online orders with NYDJ. After waiting several weeks for delivery, I decided to keep one item from each order and return the remaining items. All items were returned in one original box with the appropriate packing slips and labels. All items are eligible for a full refund. I received a partial refund for the return; as all items were shipped together in one box clearly all returned items were received . However, after numerous emails and attempts to contact via phone ( their phone lines are always too busy to take your call ), I still have not received a full refund. Specifically, I am owed just under $50 from the first order for sales tax not refunded, and $140 + tax for a returned item for which I have received no refund at all. I am shocked and disappointed at the exceptionally poor customer service (this has been going on since February 2024) from a supposed global brand. In hindsight I wish I had read the number of reviews online from far too many customers who have been and are still experiencing the same types of issues. The incomplete refund I have received for both orders is unacceptable and I have been provided with absolutely no explanation as to why I have not been refunded in full- the amount I am owed is over $200.00. I would never buy online from this company again.
