    False advertisement. I ordered a customized wig on March 22,2024. Still have not received purchase. I contacted merchant and received numerous emails stating item is just about finished and would be sent. Never happened. I had to complain to 3rd party vendor regarding payment; I decided to go this route due to this being my first time ordering from this merchant. I asked for monies to be returned after 3 -4 weeks of not receiving purchase, still a bunch of lies stating they would be sending out purchase. Contacted third party vendor (Shop/ Affirm) to warn against dealing with these crooks. Theyre investigating, however, this is the kind of service received when dealing with smaller merchant.. customer service is horrible and false advertising and continued lies is what this merchant is truly about. Very disappointed with service. I will continue to let social media of my experience to ensure no one goes through the same thing. The third party paid $700, up front. Sad but true.
