Loved the ads clothes looked so cute so I thought Id give it a try. I liked you could see box before shipping and reject items. But only 3, I would have rejected most of box, I wish rejection would have caused stylist to reach out but no. What I got was a huge expensive disappointment. I did purchase 3 items of the 12. The selection over all made me feel like what I indicated as a like was ignored and I got items limited to small plus size selection which I thought their demographic was plus size. Shipping back was easy but confirmation they recd back is slow. Cancellation is based on them calling you in 3 days from where you tell them to cancel absolutely ridiculous!

I had a credit on my account but was still charged for my box. Its extremely difficult to pause or cancel the subscription, and customer service doesnt respond. While I appreciate their inclusive sizing, the overall product quality doesnt match the high price. Disappointing experienceI wouldnt recommend it.

I started the sign up process and did not complete it due to the outrageous pricing of the clothing. Since I provided my phone number, I have received multiple spam calls, indicating that the Daily Look sold my data to scammers. This is a disgusting practice and when I tried to contact them to delete my data, they were unreachable by phone and email. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!!!!!!

******** customer service. I ordered a box in January with a delivery date of 2/10.2/10 came around and no box was delivered. I reached out to customer service and they said that my box is lost and that I will receive it on 3/10. 3/10 I did not receive a box. reached back out to customer service they said not sure whats happening. They gave me credits which I spent on two items that were supposed to be delivered in the next box on 4/ 10. On 4/3 I received my 2/10 box without my credit items and now customer service says I cannot cancel until my 5/10 Box with my credits because I chose to spend credits even though they said that they were being in my 4/10 box that never showed up. Absolutely horrible customer service nobody knows what theyre doing there. Everybody gives you empty promises. Nobody responds back for days to emails and now I have a box that had no shipping label. Included in it and customer service is not responding back to me about receiving the shipping label.

Please do not purchase from this company. I'm not one to leave reviews but their entire system feels scammy. **** I did a monthly box subscription, it took hours once my package was delivered before the website or app will let you checkout. If you're on the app and you click buy (you make selections or buy or send back on every item before you checkout) and once I accidentally clicked buy and tried to correct it to return, the entire app closed out. Every. Single. Time. Clothing items are for the most part items you could get at a discount store for a fraction of the price. I stuck with it for a few months because I really wanted help styling my wardrobe a little bit. **** ahead, lots of frustration and finally attempted to cancel my account. It took 4 attempts to use their online system to try and cancel my account. And I still had to send a pushy email to finally get my account cancelation email. Frustrating, shady, poor quality. Don't buy from Daily Look!

My wife has been a DailyLook subscriber for a few months, and while the idea of a curated clothing subscription initially seemed promising, her experience has been increasingly disappointing. This months box revealed practices that I find deceptive. One blouse arrived with the original retail tag still attached, showing an MSRP of $40, yet DailyLook priced it at $72an 80% markup. A quick search for other items in the box confirmed similar overpricing, with a pair of pants listed at $130 available elsewhere for about $70. This suggests DailyLook may be purchasing items from discount retailers like ********* Rack, retagging them, and reselling at inflated prices. The blouse in question also showed signs of wear, such as frayed threads, which makes me question the quality of the items they send. Additionally, this months box included multiple shorts and tank tops despite it being December. Sending seasonally inappropriate clothing demonstrates a lack of care and personalization, which should be core to a service like this. It feels like DailyLook is focused on unloading unsold inventory rather than truly tailoring selections to their customers. While my wife has found a few pieces she liked, most of the items have been underwhelming, with fabrics and construction that dont justify the inflated prices. Combined with the questionable sourcing practices, this feels more like a clearance resale operation than a premium styling service. Other services like Stitch Fix and ********** at least deliver items that align with the season and are fairly priced. DailyLook falls far short in comparison. After this experience, we will be canceling her subscription. The price gouging, poor quality, and lack of attention to seasonal relevance make it clear that DailyLook is not worth the cost. Unless they make major changes, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Total scam. Wont let me cancel, wont respond. Website is all messed up. The clothes are boring and ill-fitting. Wont even let me check out to return everything. Wont answer at customer service. Complete rip off and doesnt even show prices like every other subscription does. DO NOT sign up for this scam! They wont let you out!! Certainly wont refund the ridiculous styling fee either :( so very sad and frustrated with Daily Look.

I have used other style services sccessfuly. This one seems to be a scam. For the first two (and only) boxes: I received "preview your box" notifications after it was too late to preview and edit. I was unable to cancel the subscription because the first box was still in "return process" and the second one was in "preview." There was no window for canceling. This morning I called customer service -- and may have successfully cancelled. They were unable to describe a method/timeline/way that I could do it myself, so the lack of a cancellation window seems intentionally.

The clothes are cheap fast fashion. But worst of all is it is impossible to cancel the service.

DAILYLOOK is practicing unethical and illegal business through discreptive or false advertising and falsely charging consumers. I received a card with promo code SUMMER2024. This card provides a discount when you spend certain tiers of money. The more you spend, the more you save. ** offers an ongoing promotion where you get 50% off two items if you keep five. I had planned to keep six items, so the 50% off was automatically applied to my purchase. When I entered the Summer2024 code, it kicked off the ongoing 50% promotion. DL does not say that the promo cannot be combined with other offers. It doesnt say it on any marketing material they sent to me, and its not said anywhere on the app - including during the checkout process. I understand the system may be limited so I called customer service so they could manually use both codes, and they wouldnt. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and unethical at the very least. If you cant combine promos, your fliers have to say that. ** does not provide this information to consumers in their marketing materials nor on their app, which is what a typical consumer uses. Additionally, last month, there was a glitch in their system, and they charged me the wrong tax. To correct this, they recharged my card a second time. When I called about the duplicate charges, they said it was to claim the tax they missed. They refunded part of my second charge, but kept the amount they said was owed in taxes. When a consumer agrees for their card to be charged a certain amount with a vendor, you cant just change that amount without agreement with the consumer. Daily Look engages in unethical and illegal practices, and no consumer should engage in business with them.
