      I ordered a dress online on ********* and **** was immediately deducted from my bank account, the next day I received a text saying a shipping label was created and i will get notified when it ships. I then received a text saying your dress order has shipped and had a tracking number included. I checked everyday for a week and there was no movement with my package. I started trying to contact the dress outlet via phone, email and text. Everytime I sent an email i received an automated response saying they will get back to me.

      I made a purchase on March 28, 2022 online at the Dress Outlet website. I received the dress in April. I returned the dress 2 days later because it was a size to small. I paid for the postage to return this dress. But when I received the email from Dress Outlet their was no deduction from me returning the dress. In their return policy they failed to mention that you are liable to pay to return the dress, but what they do mention is a 20% to restock the dress. According to Klarna whom I made a payment of 28.18 to as part of a 4 payment plan with them I still owe $34.53, which the 28.18 was subtracted from and I owe them $6.35. But the Dress Outlet still owes me money. Nobody does business like this, they must mention to the consumer somewhere in their return policy that they are not responsible for giving you a refund back on the postage you pay which I want my refund back.

      I ordered an outfit from The Dress outlet for a wedding I was attending, this is the first time I ordered from this company and it will be the last. The size chart if way off, I got the size based off my ************ and when it arrived it was super small and *********** They say right on their ******* ****** free returns but what they fail to do through the checkout process it warn you that they stick you will having to pay for return shipping and a 20% ********** fee!!! I bit the bullet and paid for the return shipping (18.35), and its been in their possession for a week and I still haven't received my ******* When I asked to speak to a manager about it they said no manager was available and they would not waive the ********** fee. I want a full refund, they don't make it clear enough on their website and just want to take advantage of ******* Do not shop *****

      I placed my order on Wednesday, September 22nd. According to their shipping policy all orders are processed and shipped in 1 day and receive it in 5. I contacted the company on Saturday, September 25th asking when my order will be shipped out. I was told they needed to contact the warehouse. I contacted the company again on Monday, September 27th and my order has yet to ship. I haven't heard back from them. I stated I need the dress for October 1st. Payment has cleared the bank.

      The dress I ordered did not fit properly, it was too large. It was disappointing as the dress was to wear to my sons wedding and it was perfect in every other way. In my attempt to return the dress, I informed "The Dress Outlet" that I was willing to pay a restocking fee as well as shipping, also that all tags were still attached,and the dress was in the original plastic garment bag. They informed me that due to the fact that their return policy was only 5 days, the dress could not be returned. I have asked them a few times now to please reconsider, as I was unaware of such a short return policy and the dress is in perfect condition for them to resell.

      Ordered on July 19, 2021. Received on or about July 27th. Requested a return on or about Aug 16. Was denied a return, exchange or any action with original tags. Return policy is 5 days. This is a ridiculous amount of time to receive and determine if the dress will work.

I am disputing the absurd time frame in which to return items. This is a ridiculous amount of time to return a dress with all tags attached. I want a refund, prepaid return label with no restocking fee. Business practices should be reviewed or take in to consideration how other businesses proceed with formal wear by providing "try on" dresses for a small charge with a reasonable time frame to return. The response from the business doesnt make sense. You want me to send the dress back, pay to have it sent back but you wont exchange or refund my money.
