    I ordered hearing aides on 11/21/2024 and they say they arrived at the post office on 12/12 but havent received them yet. Sent emails with no luck getting this solved. Either send the merchandise or credit my money back to my account. I live month to month on disability and could use my money back. Tried calling the number listed but it doesnt work. Help me!!!!!!

    I order a foot massager on August 5th and it arrived on August 9th. I was not happy with the foot massager from the very beginning. I had trouble working it even after contacting support. I asked for a full refund since the advertisements said 100 percent money back guarantee, that is what I expected. First they told me they would refund me 15 dollars and I could regift it to someone else. Then when I told them I wanted a full refund, they said I had to pay for shipping which is a lot since it is a large package and restocking fee. That is not acceptable to me. I should have bought it from ******. There would have been no issues returning it! I want my full refund including shipping and no restocking fee.

    I ordered a set of hearing aids from them and I havent received them I have emailed them three times and they will not respond to my emails. I would like to get my product or my money back.

    Ordered product on July 23rd 2024 have not gotten a response email would not go through and phone has no voicemail or answer

    After waiting over a month, received broken knee massager. Sent videos of broken massager too. July 18 was told replacement being sent and still nothing.

    Machine doesnt do what they advertised and it only works about half the time keeps shutting off gets hot

    Ordered a shoulder brace for my husband from Medicpure on June 10th. They make you pay for shipping protection and their website states that item is shipped out within 24 hours. I didnt receive an email with shipping confirmation til 5 days later. The shipping tracking gave no information. After inquiring as to why, they would send a **** tracking number that just took me to the **** site that said a label was created but no item received. I have sent several emails and disputed the charge with PayPal. After numerous back and forth emails and case documentation, a knee brace was received on July 8th in a beat up box with no packing slip or identification that it came from the business Medicpure, but they claim its from them with a **** tracking number that now gave information. After telling the business they sent the wrong product, they sent several videos of petite Asian ladies using an extender strap so that the knee brace can be used as a shoulder brace. My husband is a typical American man, 200# and 6 tall, so of course the little extender they sent doesnt come close to fitting and even on myself the brace makes no sense on a shoulder .. hence because its for a knee. After I responded to the business that this extender didnt work, they have now stopped responding. I have begged for them to just refund me and I would send the brace back with no replacement. I just want my money back.

    I ordered two items on their website which is Medicpure.com. I ordered a shoulder and knee unit. I ordered this on June 14th and the charge appeared on my credit card. I have sent 4 emails where it says contact us and never received an answer. I called but the way they have the phone number listed is incorrect it shows **************. I called it anyway and it cannot take messages because the phone is full of messages. But it sends you a text back that someone has to be answering because it said first I am on my way and the other three times I called it was text back sorry I cant talk right now. This is clearly a scam and I just want my money back.
