      We used this company when it use to be Pace. We financed an HVAC and all New Electrical through out the house. First of all, the electrical was done by amateurs that most likely are not licensed in ** or any other state in the **. They had to keep coming back, due to issues in one room or another. One thing would work and then another would stop working.Then a year later, I was wondering how come I never received a bill and find out that they attached the bill to our mortgage and it shows as a Escrow Shortage. The County Tax Board was involved in this. This just makes me think of how many elderly people that got tricked by this and will most likely lose their homes because of these b******* I'm sure we will be losing this house but at this point, I don't want to stress about it any longer. Shame on these guys that push this so called "Program" on people and make sure everything is signed on a phone, where your not going to read every single detail.

      This company is a scam from the word go and everything they tell you is untrue. They told me they would run a soft credit pull on on my credit and yet they wanted me to unfreeze my credit with my credit agencies and I refused. They still tell me its a soft pull and I disagree. I know this process very very well. Do not believe a thing they say. I shouldve investigated further and now they have my information but thankfully, my credit is locked always. If that is something you should always do even if you have to pay for it.

      Two times now I have applied and asked for a list of contractors to contact and they refuse to send me a list. They have already pulled my credit 2 times and have never sent me a list of approved contractors for my project. I did get an unsolicited text from a contractor without ever inquiring on a website or any other method almost like they are feeding leads to contractors to get kick backs.I applied because I have a need for repairs and want to get them done as soon as possible not waiting months for a list of contractors that ******* works with. Now I have to go to another company to have my credit pulled yet again for this!

      this is by far the worst company to work with. very shady.. ****% interest.... huh yeah right... when you're done paying off it is more like 20-45% interest. the billing is horrendous, i sent the form and a voided check to set up autopay and i keep getting dropped from autopay which causes my account to be late. so far 3 late payments. autopay work one month and then the following month it doesnt..a lot of excuses: the bank returned your check, your bank can't find your account mind you this is the bank i use everyday. long story short.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE PAYING AN UPWARDS OF 20-45% MORE... i am a very unhappy customer and i will not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. RUN AWAY!

      This company ripping people off with thier high %, i don't really recommended because on time when need a loan, we not paying attention. They think they are under control and is not because any wrong doing I'm gonna *** them.
