    I borrowed from these people I was aware of fees and but what they are charging every week according to them only 9 cents is going towards the principal of the loan and the rest I'd towards interest. I was not made aware of that I would never agreed to pay back **** for a loan of 500 dollars this can not be right how is that possible I believe they are scamming people who are in need for emergency money I don't mind paying back the amount and some interest but to know that they are taking 75 dollars every week and only 9 cents is going toward the pr8ncipal this has to be a scam I was not aware of can I get some help for this please this has multiple complaints can't something be done so people are not ripped off just because they are in need

    This company advertised approval for loans and your credit wasnt to be involved nor touched. But once they took all my personal information they claimed my credit was the factor in my loan being denied. meanwhile they advertise under false pretenses your credit isnt an issue just so they can obtain my sensitive information my bank account information, my social security number address and my employer, it is a scam they baited me in under false pretenses just to get my personal information and i really needed this loan to help my family out and in the end they lied to me. other wise i would have never had them run my credit while i am in the process of cleaning it up. i would like this business to be held accountable for there actions and there marketing to be honest and true. thank you

    An individual who is pre-qualified means they meet a certain level of qualifications to move forward with the full underwriting process, which is necessary for any lender to complete before the extent of credit. Any loan company with whom you apply will ask for the same information to not only ensure account correctness, but customer identity as well. We need to know the account information so that in the event you are approved for the loan, we know we have the correct account into which the funds would be deposited. Our applications pass through a preliminary screening before they download into our database. If they pass this screening, they are considered pre-qualified. This does not mean that the application has been finalized, and we conduct verification to ensure customer identity and correct account information in the event that the application will, indeed, be completely approved.

    Our apologies for any disturbance, and hopefully the above information has provided more clarity.

    Also, we updated our system to delete all the information, so you won't receive any communication related to this matter.

    Date of Transaction May 17th when I requested the transaction I though it was a regular loan place I did not realize this was a loan shark place and could not afford the scam of the over charging price, I want them blocked as I realize it was a scam.

    I applied for a loan through Nextloan online. At one point it made me contact the loan company. I spoke to an agent. The agentgot all my information and said I have good chance of being approved. The agent told me we need to contact your bank with you on the phone. So once approved the money would automatically be deposited. I gave permission and agent called bank with me on other line. The agent then told me that I'm allset and I should be approved. Once approved I can call back and go over 3 different types of payment arrangements. The agent at that time never told me that my payment arrangement wouldn't even touch the loan amount I kept asking agent to send me paperwork as to what I'd be paying. It never happened.. Needles to say the money was in my account the next morning. I called Nextloan. They said I was approved for 975$ First payment would be 187 then every week it would be 145$ until I paid loan off. They never told me about high principal or interest rates yet again. I called back few times that day and got same info. I made first payment of 187$ then following week made 145$ weekly payment . I called to see what my balance was it was supposedly 874$. As of this week I paid another 145$ and called to see what my balance was after making this payment. The agent told me 974$!!!Original loan was 975$ The agent said it only goes down 10 cents per weekly payment! As of right now I've paid ****** Once again I asked for paper work to be sent through mail and also email. Still nothing. Not once was I informed that pa6ing 145$ only 10 cents would come off. Ive contacted my bank and was able to stop any further payments. . I would have never agreed to such a thing knowing only 10 cents comes off after paying 145$ a week. I have no problem with paying what they gave me which was 975$ I've already paid 512,00. In 3 weeks time.. ************ lied and nevwr fl informed me of only 10 cents coming off my payment of 145$ week. T
