    I am writing to bring forth a resolution for my issues regarding several discrepancies in our recent orders from ****************************, We placed multiple orders during the Black Friday sale and received significantly less pairs than place. We reached out with which orders were incorrect and provided details of the quantities we received and the order numbers in which issues occurred. They have given me the run around for nearly 2 months now Here is a summary of the discrepancies by shoe size:Size 10: Missing 7 pairs (Ordered: 35, Received: 28)Size 10.5: Missing 12 pairs (Ordered: 88, Received: 76)Size 11: Missing 6 pairs (Ordered: 60, Received: 54)Size 13: Missing 1 pair (Ordered: 30, Received: 29)I have a list of all the order numbers that were missing items and even when i provide that to them nobody will assist me in looking into the package details. I still need assistance am owed $2700.

    On 05 03 2024 I was supposed to receive brand new pink Crocs but I got nasty, dirty worn Crocs. I spoke with customer service who said to email them pics. I did email and they said oh sorry will give you a full refund. I sent them back Fed Ex and tracked that they were received and signed for on 05 10 2024 by WSS. I have sent several emails and they keep saying they refunded yet they never did. They keep saying check with my bank, I have and no refund was ever issued. My last contact with them (yesterday) they stated was confirmed refunded to my card and since refunds only take 3-5 days from when the shoes were returned it should have posted quite some time ago yet still has not. They keep repeating it was refunded and it was not. I just want my refund. I bought what should have been clean, new shoes and got dirty used ones instead. I've even asked for proof of the refund and an email I should have received when refund was approved but they will not send that to me. I guarantee it was not refunded. I want my money back.

    I ordered a pair of PUMA shoes from wss. They advertised them as wide. When I received them the were not wide. I returned them. Because I liked the shoe I contacted PUMA directly to buy them from their store. Puma replied they do not make this particular sneaker in wide. WSS advertised them as wide which they do not come in. After I returned the sneakers I got a partial refund. They will not return my shipping cost of 8 31. I understand they have a policy for shipping refunds. One is shipping error on the sellers part. I think since they falsely advertised this particular show in wide that would be considered a shipping error. I contacted was via email and phone. They are not responding back. After I have explained this to them the way I am here. I would have never bought shoes that were not wide if it was advertised correctly. My husband is disabled and needs wide shoes due to swelling in his feet because of a systemic disease. I just want to be made whole. I know it's only 8$ but it's the point of them false advertising and then just not responding after multiple attempts at a resolution. I have attached the email from wss, the order showing they say wide, and an email from PUMA stating they are not made in wide. Thank you for your time,*****************************

    Another thing WSS shows did after enay told me to contact them ***'s said it was not from them well the receipt says other wise that is corrupt I want posted fro other people to now about thos kinda corruption and bad business

    My orders have been canceled for no apparent reason. I called the store and was promised a price match but when I went to the store was told Corporate is the only knee that can assist override the price. Today, September 17th I placed another order and again it was automatically canceled, why? Yet my credit card shoes all of the 3 pending transactions. I would appreciate if someone fixes this issue and honors what I purchased.

    On August 10, 2022 I purchased one pair of ******************* sneakers (order number **********) ****************** The shoes shipped on August 17 and delivered on August 24. ****** wore the shoes to school for less than 1 week. One shoe has had its top lace loop separate from the shoe, which prevents the shoelaces from being tied properly. It is a clear defect in this particular shoe. I contacted WSS on September 6 to initiate a return. I received the below response: (Thank you for contacting shopWSS. ITEM MUST BE UNWORN We kindly apologize for the inconvenience; however, the items must only be tried on to return for an exchange or a refund. Per our FAQ's we do state items may not be worn, so we won't be able to accept your return. ********************************** We may offer you a 10 % off for a future purchase for the inconvenience. Kind regards, ShopWSS ) I sent photos of the damaged shoe. Still no help from WSS.
