      My complaint is with Sketcher Direct.com Order number ******** for amount $51.60 Purchase date Aug 18 2021 I never received my order. They said they would issue a refund. I had to cancel the card I used for the purchase due to unrelated issues. Sketchers Direct claims they can only issue the return to the original card but the bank said there should be no issue since it is the same account. They offered a gift card or to resend the order but It took Sketchers weeks to even get back with me so i went and bought shoes at the store. I just want my money back. Now they will not even respond to my emails. I have uploaded all the emails between myself and sketchers

Skechers Direct manager, ***************, signed off on sending the customer a check for their refund. Check was sent in mail to customer on 10/11. Customer was contacted on 10/11 and responded acknowledging they understood a check was coming and that they would be on the lookout.

      I called Skechers and I stated for over a year your arch fit has been exempt out of every promo. She stated that is correct. I stated when people have been iut of work with no insurance and most insurances do not pay for orthotics you are treating people wrong. She was it's our policy. I stated I will file Report with bbb and she just hung up. She did not escalate the call or anything. This is very poor customer service.

      I was given a promotional code in exchange for my cellphone number to receive promotional text messages. I agreed but the promotional code was not honored on any of my product requests. I purchased nothing and now I can't stop the text messages. They won't stop and I can't block them. How low can they go.

      I purchase a high end pair of shoes from this company in Jan of 21, I did not start to wear them till May Of 21 , Just after 3 short month of just wearing for short walks , they worn a hole in the tip of the shoe, and the soles were wearing out. I sent them back to the company in hopes of a refund but instead recieved a lousey excuse that the shoe worn out due to normal wear and tear . I have purchase many 100.00 shoes in my life , used them for Jogging daily 10 miles, and also normal daily wearing and the others shoes lasted 1 to 2 years , skechers shoe showed much wear and tear just after 3 months of only using them for a daily walk in 3 month. There shoes are over price junk, but I still feel I paid for them and they should either return the shoe to me or refund my money , Or In my opinion , Them keeping what I paid for is just down right theft of my shoes . I have tried to reach out to them to get them to send the shoes back with no shipping charge occured to me or refund money ,Bu

      I purchased $100 gift card for my son's birthday with cash when he wanted to use the card they scratched off the back and said this card has not been used but there is a zero balance after speaking to the manager they said their drawer was not over any amount of money that it was probably a technical problem when I spoke to the IT department they said that they could not find any such transactions I am led to believe that an employee there and stole in the money there's no other answer for this I've been trying to get them to help me resolve this issue with no luck I shop there all the time this is unfair and not good business for our community. I've emails called text send a message on ******** but still no resolution! I'm at my wits end Nn my son needs work shoes and I can no longer wait for the to clear this matter up. It's been long enough! This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth I don't think I can shop there again!! I would like this matter cleared and money back on gift card

      Bought 3 pair of Skecher's *******, **** wore one time realizing the ******** product did not stick to the *******, causing discomfort all day long. The local Skechers would not refund. They said sorry for the trouble but not their problem. These panties are not practical for any woman.
