If I could leave 0 stars I would I was scammed $300 with fake Yeezy items from a seller on the app whatnot by fastbreaknyc i submitted proof of inauthentic fake items to whatnot support and they sent me a shady return address claiming to be the warehouse where they authentic items it was not I have ordered from their warehouse and this address was not the same it was an apartment in ************* which is weird because the person I bought it from lives in nyc but I talked to whatnot support not the seller so I dont see how this address was sent to me claiming to be the warehouse upon arrival it took a week to verify them I was sent a fake entrupy certificate claiming they were real only two photos were provided if anyone knows about verification on shoes two photos dont do justice so this was sketchy this whole process took nearly two months to just get them back and the tag was missing on one of the shoes which were sent out. this app protects scammers and does scamming themselves buyer protection is false you dont have it in situations like this, when your item doesnt get shipped out also for a month they dont help you takes them weeks to respond and then they keep telling you they will contact the seller and will take another 3 days to a week to respond with an update. This app turned into gambling instead of selling and they profit so much of from scammers so they dont care customer service is a joke I want to see this app burn to the ground all they do is *** your money in this app and claim you have buyer protection from fake items when in reality its impossible to get a hold of them and when you do they keep telling you next week next week and send you fake certificates claiming its legit they dont ban scammers or people selling fakes this app needs a serious investigationReview from Manuel Enrique V

I had won a giveaway after supporting and purchasing from a live several times, they always showed high end items in the giveaways. I was chosen from the random givey wheel and was shown a high end item to be recieved as the winner. I was sent a completely different item and when I asked for assistance they said be happy with what you got you you won a givy and they blocked me from the account and I recieved no follow up from what not and told me to review the policy . After reviewing the policy it states buyers cannot be banned from streams due to dispute but I was . I recieved no follow up from whatnot and they gave me a 10 dollar credit and said they know its not as good as what you won but that is what i can do ? Im not sure why this is allowed . Even if I dont receive what I won I would like to see some follow up and education for the seller to ensure they are not false enticing people to be on the stream and supporting in attempt to win an item being offered to the winner .Review from Edwin P

This site is the worst. I got banned on the site after it first aired for for months by using the * bomb. Now they invented a new thing that bans that from being said, but at the time there wasn't anything. After further review and trying to fight it they lifetime banned me for explicit behavior... seriously for saying the f word? How many streams have you been in where they use profound language? Including some of the people they hire to moderate streams. Well they didn't give me the cash of my last 2 shows or the referral bonus for a friend. I think they saw it as a way to get one over on me. I lost about $450 due to this. I wish I could hire a lawyer over this but any one I try to hire says that their rules are pretty much set in stone to s**** you over. After about a month they finally gave me the money they owed, but still banned my account for life. You guys don't know how many people I brought to your site just for you to act like that. Goodluck. Stay clear of the site. Trust me. Your just a number to these guys. They really don't care. If they did, where is there tv ads to help you sell? Money hungry monsters.Review from Barbara B

**************** is the WORST. Ive had 5 issues with 3 sellers in a 2 month span. One seller sent the wrong item and he also sent me what was supposed to be new in box air fryer that arrived broken, dented and used. It took over a month to get it straightened out. The first wrong item I returned and finally got the correct item. I had to return the oven and pay for shipping it back via *** because it was so heavy. I finally got a refund for the item but they wont reimburse shipping and can only issue a Whatnot credit. I have no choice. The second seller advertised mystery boxes to possibly contain iPads. What I got was vape juice, varied *** toys and c*** I reported him for selling items banned by Whatnot and nothing was done. Two other mystery boxes never arrived. Again it took over a month to get this settled. The third seller, the box never arrived and it took 3 weeks to get refund. I had to make REPEATED claims and emails to Whatnot to get any response or resolution to any of these issues. In all, it took me at least a month to get everything resolved. There are some good sellers on there but a lot misrepresent what they are selling! You have to be very careful and ask questions. Many sellers will ignore those questions. Stay away from them! The shipping costs are outrageous and are set by Whatnot, not the seller! All in allSTAY AWAY from this unscrupulous business.Review from Brittney H

I purchased multiple items on whatnot. And I just recently received an order with the wrong item and I didnt get the item that I purchased. Whatnot refuses to refund me because *** had a previous claim from a different order where the seller sent damaged clothing.. this isnt my fault as a buyer and I should receive the items I purchased. Theres no real person to talk to and the customer service is so automated and not helpful at all. I wont be buying again because their buyer guarantee is completely false. All they care about is the commission they make on sales.Review from Mina E

I have been a Whatnot user/customer for several years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars to date. The company has always taken responsibility or addressed complaints appropriately in years past. Over the last few months, I have had bad luck with purchasing items misrepresented by sellers, broken or left completely absent from my order. Recently I had to pay postage owed at **** in the amount of $104 to pick up my whatnot package. Normally whatnot refunds this amount because it is not the buyers fault. I have yet to hear anything from whatnot and can only assume they plan to ignore me until I give up complaining. I have complaints from over a month ago they have continued to ignore. Whatnot has been ignoring every complaint I open with them (these are supplemented with photos clearly showing item is broken/counterfeit/not as advertised). I will be contacting a legal team to try to get the money I am owed back shortly. I do not recommend this company any longer and I suggest you proceed with extreme caution if you decide to buy anything through this platform as they will ignore you if you pay $$$ for an item and the seller decides to send you a box of rocks. Please be careful with your hard earned money.Review from Christopher H

I wouldn't trust the What Not app. Especially card breaks. There is definitely shill bidding going on. If a breaker wins his own break they end up selling the cards in "Sweats" as hits. It is obvious and I can't believe law suits or criminal charges are not around the corner. Literally saw the same breaker pull the same exact numbered card two times. How is that possible? There are no standards and breakers are able to manipulate chances on items. Statistics is a real thing, the chances of the same exact spot landing 10x in a row with 20 different spots sounds sketchy to me. Sounds like they are weighing each spot differently. Meaning 1 spot has a 1 in 10 chance of being hit and another has 1 in 100 chance. However, this is not told in advance and therefore is manipulation and sound illegal also.Review from Matthew K

Horrible Customer Service!Made hundreds of dollars of purchases specifically from acescoins (and may others on the platform) Received all of my items in a timely fashion, as described, from all sellers accept the ***** and BULLION from stated seller. Made a dispute for refund from WhatNot. ***** later and I still don't have any follow up!Contacted my credit card company. Filed a grievance and dispute. Hopefully this works. I am considering a small claim in the New York State Court of Claims against WhatNot and the Affiliate known as acescoins.Buyers Beware!!
