They owe me $284 for live shows I did and packages that were delivered. They will not answer my attempts to get my money owed. They shut down my seller hub due to their computer glitch. Very unfair company. Do not trust.

They have a program where they give you a gift card/voucher for inviting friends, but apparently you cant invite more than 4 or youll get banned from the platform.

They offer sellers special offers on new products to sell on stream. The product is usually limited to a specific quantity each streamer can buy. But whatnot will secretly give bigger more popular streamers way more items than they regulate and go against their own policies and regulations. But if a steamer goes against their policies they will ban the streamer. Double standards and false advertisement, also favoritism to others that have a bigger following, which leaves the smaller guy out of the picture. But they are sure quick to take half of your earnings per sale if you're a smaller streamer. It's not a bad app to sell on but their policies and procedures are a joke because they don't even abide by their own policies.

If I can get a negative star I would! 1st They over charge for shipping knowing that some people won't care much and if you keep reporting the shipping charges they won't really help and will be charging more for shipping. 2nd I just received a counterfeit bag and as far I know it's illegal to sell a counterfeit bags or any item that's counterfeit and 3rd I returned some items because I received some items that's the condition was not the same as the sellers described, when they do live selling they will tell you great condition just a little this or that if the seller is even honest some just say great condition or it's like new when you receive it you'll think what the h*** is this. So many call outs so many flaws or it smells bad and If you file for few returns and report it please be aware that if you did that few times they will flag your account and you won't be able to return any items even the item you received is garbage. If you can avoid buying to this app please avoid it. Whatnot is very greedy and will only help you few times to just get you hooked but later on they don't like helping customers if you have issues even they say they have that buyers protection s*** they advertising which is very false advertising.

Whatnot has decided on its own without notification to me as a buyer to deny all return and refund requests because they determined WITHOUT SPECIFICALLY PROVIDING A REASON that I abused their refund policy. I am not sure at all how they decided this because the only returns and refunds I requested was for FAKE INAUTHENTIC items, damaged items and items not included in my package from seller. The way I found out was when I provided a refund return request and was automatically stopped during the process with a message that I am no longer allowed the Buyer protection afforded under their return policy! I informed them that this was not only completely incorrect that I abused their policy, but not notifying me of this decision BEFORE I placed several orders! They again provided me a boilerplate troubleshooting response. Is my this considered consumer fraud???? How is WHATNOT allowed to do this?

This selling site is a scam! DO NOT USE THEM! I have been selling on line since on line selling started and thought I had seen it all, but this has been shocking! Had to get verified in order to sell on this site, no big deal BUT now that I have sold some items they are refusing to give me my funds unless I sign up with a third party company that is requiring things like my social security number among other data I do not want to give. They won't allow me to just link my bank account like ANY OTHER site will do! Talked to their customer service who then told me I have to provide a picture of myself while holding my ID. I had to do something similar to this when signing up, so don't know why I have to do this yet again just to add my bank account! BUT it gets worse! Thought I would just use my balance to buy something then get out of the app and they do not even allow that which is unheard of. Most sites encourage you to use your balance to buy other things on their site.

Bought a makeup box the lady was showing this amazing basket full of stuff and telling everyone 3 things will pay for your box and Ill load it up!! I received a box of just straight c*** and a few good things it didnt even add up to what I would have Id at the store and somethings were old! I contacted the seller they agreed to give me a full refund and apologized to me (not sure what they told whatnot) I had to contact whatnot for the refund and after a month of fighting them for $60 they had me send the box back to the seller and then they declined my refund and said I was communicating fraud!! Now I have no idea what this seller told what it outside of our conversation but this felt like a scam! Thats not the only inconvenience I have had I have hard things sent that dont work or even things that do not match the description of what they are selling! I love this app for its fast paced buying but some of the people are just not good people and then whatnot supports it! Very disappointed!

Whatnot is full of con artist and scammers. Please steer clear unless you want your money stolen. They provide zero support and their standards are just for show, they do not follow any type of legal standards.

***** platform to buy and sell on. Many fraudulent sellers hawking fraudulent merchandise. The whole outfit is counterfeit. Stay away from any of the sport card repack breaks, specifically OTIARIPS. They stole my Kaboom and sent me a ***** ******* Gem 10 that ended up being a fake cert on the *** slab. Whatnot does nothing, meaning they do whatever they want, which is nothing to punish the fraudsters or reimburse the victims.
