Hi , I have reached out to BBB in the past for resolution and BBB helped me at that time it is greatly appreciated. In a world where customer service is non existent it is fantastic to have a source like BBB.I purchased a "Playlist Push campaign" with Playlist Push. My order # is #******.I purchased my campaign Nov 30th, it ran until that Saturday the 2nd. Their system basically glitched and ended my campaign Saturday morning. The campaign I purchased was to run 15 days where our song would be presented to playlist and curators of those playlist were to respond. The campaign ran all of 2 days before ending in error. I reached out to their support email for help this past Sunday and they responded Monday. I was informed that this was indeed a "one-off error" and that it was being looked into. I follow up on this and I am told that the development team is waiting to be heard from. That was Monday. Today, Tuesday 12/5 I follow up again to ask about any news. I am told that they are still waiting on the ****** to get back to them. I wait until end of day EST and ask again if they have heard anything and now Im being told that I will not hear anything today but maybe tomorrow I will hear from them. I spent $452 on this campaign. I am not sure what is being looked into. I paid for the service and did not receive the service. I have asked for a refund and that request has been totally ignored. This company does not have a phone number they only have a support email. *************************** with Playlist Push has been the one responding to me. Needless to say I am no longer confident in this purchase, my product was never delivered and I simply do not have the time to play ***** cake with these folks, I would love a refund. I highly doubt they have a system for refunds though. All the reviews I read of this company were good but their BBB standing is a C-. Wish I had checked their rating before engaging. This is a system error on their end.
