    My first shipment from Bouqs was wilted when I received it. They were very quick to ship out a replacement with very little hassle. The replacement was delayed by FedEx for a day (so the flowers were sitting in a truck for an extra day) so I chatted with customer service and they immediately offered a full refund. I was impressed with how they handled themselves particularly when the issue was out of their control (the second time).

    I have always had a very positive experience with Bouqs.com. Their flower arrangements are fresh and unique. They recently sent me a dozen pink roses as a gesture of appreciation for doing business with them. Who does that? THEY DO!

    I would knock off a half star because my very first order was a birthday gift that arrived after my birthday. However, I must round up to 5 because I was so happy with my birthday flowers that I ended up subscribing and the bouquets have been gorgeous and with proper care last 8 to 14 days. I've had a couple of duds along the way but overall thrilled with the flower quality.

    My wife received her flowers 3 days late the flowers was half dead and didn't look good and this place will not do anything about it will not be doing anything business anymore
