      I purchased a subscription to Sunset Magazine back in March, 2022. My check cleared on April 11, 2022. I have NOT received a magazine. Instead I received another statement from Sunset stating for an additional $24.95 to reinstate my account due May 20, 2022. I checked my account online and it was in good standing. I didn’t not pay this amount. After still not receiving a magazine, I tried calling customer service - the number is impossible to find! I was put on terminal hold and then put in my phone number for a call back. Never heard from them. Tried to reach them again this morning. Nothing! I want my money back and a free years subscription to Sunset magazine for all this hassle!

      I have been a longstanding customer of Sunset magazine and have been very happy since approximately 1988. Last year they stopped production of their paper magazine and went to online temporarily due to the covid issue. That is understandable. My issue is that I paid for a multi-year subscription for the paper version already and now they are attempting to charge me MORE if I want the paper magazine which I have already paid for. They resumed printing paper magazines in addition to their online product. This is simply a money-making scheme/tactic and is unacceptable. If they want to charge NEW subscribers more for a paper version, that is reasonable but I already paid for a paper version in 2019, before their change. I either want them to send me the paper magazines that I already paid for and continue that until my subscription ends, or I want a full refund from the time they switched to online & paper versions. Thank you
