    The agent gave me timely updates, though the process took longer due to shipping concerns. I hope they can offer overnight shipping in the future.

    I would give Velotric a ten star rating if possible I had a problem with my Discovery 2 new bike and worked with ******** to resolve it. It took a few emails and three phone calls but in the end I was very happy with the outcome.

    They provided the worst customer service experience and I am impressed by how unaccommodating they are. I had ordered a bike from them and immediately sent them an email to have them update the shipping address as the wrong address populated the shipping address field. That same day, a Sunday, I sent them a cancellation request. They said they couldn't cancel or change the shipping address and I would have to defer to ****** I called ***** three different times and went to a ***** store. Everyone I talked to in ***** said this can only be done by the shipper. I made cancelation requests back to back and then the email saying the bike was shipped was sent to me. At this point I was adamant about them contacting ***** and they said, "we're working with our logistics team". The order sat in "shipping label printed" status for two days and they denied my cancellation requests which is not in accordance with their policy.The never changed the address or contacted me, in fact, I am pretty sure they screen calls because I once called from my cell and it rang and rang, but once I called from my work phone they picked right up. They gave me "we were doing phone system maintenance" as an excuse. Their alternative resolution, have a friend at an address I lived at five years ago and is over 2000 miles away get the bike and send it back to them so they can resend it. This is unacceptable. I know no one at that address. Please reconsider purchasing anything from them. I would give zero stars if I could.

    Do not! I repeat do not! But a velotric e bike. They will send you a lemon and then spend the next few months trying to send you replacement parts. That you have to install yourself. And if that still doesnt work youre just stuck with a brick. Do not buy from Velotric! You can thank me later
