    Wouldnt charge my card. Said they charged a small amount on my card. My statement did not reflect the charges so I couldnt verify. Wanted to treat a student who was competing in *******. Such a disappointment.

    I'm so sorry you had trouble placing your order but I see that you were able to complete it a bit later. We have careful security practices in place for the protection of our customers and the merchants who redeem cards - which is why we had requested some additional information.     Bought 150 cards for employees. I was originally nervous about the hassle. I wrote into Yiftee. Got a response within 3 minutes. And had the cards directly in my employees email inboxes within 30 minutes. All I had to do was send them my order form and contacts, and put in my credit card. They took care of everything else. Trusted and gracious business partners. Love that this all supports the towns local shops.

    I have bought about 30 of these local gift cards since my town's program started in 2021 for teachers, friends, employees, and family. They are easy and fast and get the job done for last minute gifts since you can send them with a personal message and everything. People I send to always love them. They work great. I have never had an issue and I appreciate the mission of Yiftee to support small businesses. 5 star experience all around.

    I was in touch with Yiftee's support team this morning - 6 out of 5 stars from me!!!! They were so fast and efficient in assisting me, and very patient in their explanation. I had a question about the bonus program and they responded to me in under a minute. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I really enjoy using my Yiftee card around town. My daughters get excited when someone in the family receives one, because they knows it means a field trip to our downtown shops. It gives us a nice excuse for some quality family time. We've been able to manage some great exploring with all of the options for redeeming businesses! Love it.

    We love Yiftee -- our local program has really helped our small business. We were really hurting with *****, and considered shutting down at one point.. however as a result of the new revenue from Yiftee redemptions, we were able to hire a few new employees, refine our store front, and even get paid marketing, which seems simple, but was a big deal to us. We have never been able to do that before. Our city runs a great bonus program with Yiftee a few times a year, and we have always recieved great support from Yiftee whenever we need it. Our rep even gave us some strategies for how to attract more cardholders... Thank you to all involved!!!

    I just sent Yiftee cards to my son and all of his friends for graduation. We have several Community Card programs in our area, so we are all used to giving and receiving them. They always feel a bit more personal than giving cash, and I love that I'm supporting small businesses when I buy them. As always, top notch experience. I got to customize all the cards, and send them all at once directly to their emails. Fast and easy. They were able to use them to go out to dinner together and have some fun in their college town before parting ways.

    This program has done wonders for our downtown shops - and is very fun for our residents and visitors - great way to explore the area and support our small businesses - my committee has really applauded me for implementing this (my little secret is that Yiftee actually did most of the set up work - super easy implementation). Highly highly recommend. I am referring all of our neighboring communities.

    I received a $150 card and tried to redeem for around $75 at a local store and it was declined. I double-checked that the merchant was on the list and it was.

Our support team is standing by to assist you at ********************************** if you still can't find it. There is no Yiftee app required to access your gifts.
