    I purchased this bracelet and after a few days it stopped working I needed to contact customer service which is a bunch of bots and not any human beings so it doesn't work properly and takes days and days for them to even say yes we're going to send you a replacement because we have a warranty for a year. After you finally get your replacement it works for about a week and then it stops working completely. but don't worry because they're completely non-existent customer service department will do absolutely nothing about it. All they can do is keep asking you to contact where you purchased it from surprisingly enough it was from them on their exact website. This company is ridiculous and terrible. They have no contact with their customers they don't care about their customers they make over 5 million in profit a year and have zero customer service. This company is clearly just about taking people's money and not giving a care if they provide the service or not. The owners are terrible you can't even get in touch with them. They have everything set up so you have to go through bots and not through people so you literally cannot get to them. They think they are so smart. I purchased two bracelets one for me and one for my significant other so I have paid over $140 for a service that I cannot use. These people are scammers and money takers!

    I ordered 198$ worth of product that doesnt work. The company does not have a contact on their website. I attempted to email them. Someone did get back to me but stopped responding. The product still doesnt work and Im out nearly 200 dollars.

    Never received the product and after multiple attempts to contact them, still never received it. I asked for a refund/cancel the order and then no responses after that. I had to go to my bank to dispute the transaction.

    item was opened and did not meet my expectations so the next day I reached out to their chat asking for a return it took them 2 days to respond and they asked for pictures of the boxes and product which I submitted. now they are saying the items looked used which is a lie because I only used them 1 day to set them up and put them back into the box. they are refusing to send me a return label and I'm still within the 14 days they allow for a return and their site says no questions asked for returns. there is nothing wrong with the box or product. they are just purposely trying to not provide a return label. theses bracelets **** and are not as advertised because you can do the same thing with your phone. the vibrations don't always go through and you have to frequently open the app to see the message or vibration and they have various color codes for messages which is ridiculous. how are you supposed to know if you like the product without opening it. I sent their online chat person several photos of the 2 products and he's now saying the box has a crease and the bracelet has a smudge which are not true. the crease is small and came from me trying to get the bracelet out of the slots they have them in. there are no smudges on these bracelets. I am still within the return timeframe and I've never had any merchant say no because of a crease in their packaging. if I didn't like the product after 1 day as a consumer I should be allowed to return them.item was ordered on June 2 and received June 9 and opened on June 11.     I ordered two Bond Touch bracelets for my husband and I to stay connected since our work prevents us from communicating during the day. One of the bracelets I received is very obviously worn, dead skin in all the cracks and creases and it doesn't even work. The other bracelet is fine but completely useless without the other. I am disappointed and absolutely disgusted this company took my money and sent me this garbage in return.

    I received my bond touch more and in less than a week, it stopped working. I tried reaching out to the company for support. Zero response in 3 days. Their ******** page representative responded and said they usually take 1 day to respond, instead of actually helping me out. All I need is a warranty swap for an obviously faulty product. There's no number on their site to reach them. It looks like they don't even respond to BBB complaints. It is crazy how little effort they put into supporting their products.

    Customer support leaving me on seen after a return of two bracelets. I was told I would have a refund issued but after two days and still waiting no word on any refund. I spent over $100 and just want my money back at this point. Ive done everything from emails to comments on their social medias and even a review on another website but nothing works. Communication between Bond Touch and customers is absolutely abhorrent and I just want my money back. I feel like me being left on seen and my bracelets back at the warehouse is just fishy. What is so hard about issuing a simple refund?

    I purchased on January 21. They say they will ship it out in two business days from the date of purchase. I've asked several times for a tracking number and where my order is. At first they said they had an issue with the "supplier". Now they don't even answer my inquires nor is there an actual number to contact them that I could find.
