I won a frostwolf coin in the dragon of war event on evony kings return. The event was a game of chance in which I was lucky enough to win the biggest prize. A coin that will allow me to get a jawzahr dragon in the game. This is a prize worth thousands of dollars. When I didn't get the coin after winning, ***** said this was a display problem on their end, and I wouldn't get the prize I won. They said their records show I hadn't spun the wheel a lit of times, so I never should have been able to land on this prize. The fact is I landed on the prize, and I should get it.Initial Complaint

The customer support team is commiting fraud and theft. They fail to protect people's resources and troops when their updates lock people out of there games. They were supposed to bubble my city on the 16th of March and did not until the evening of the 17th well after all my troops were killed or placed into the holy place and all my resources were stolen. Then they refuse to replace the resources that people spent real world money on and the troops the people had before the attacks on there city's. I have asked for there legal department address and phone number and they refuse to give me that information. I seek reimbursement for the stolen resources and the return of my troops which is the right thing any honest company would do. I also want the information of there legal department and the phone number to them. They allowed billions in resources that I spent real world money to buy be stolen from my city and allowed all my troops to be killed and all but 77 million of them to be put in what they call the holy place and they claim that giving back less than 1/10 of the resources ( less that 1 billion) is full compensation when it will cost me over 100 billion in each of the 4 resources plus close to 7 million in gems to retrieve my troops from the holy place alone, and that doesn't include the multiple billions that were stolen or the multiple billions it will cost to rebuild the 77 million troops that have to be rebuilt from scratch.Initial Complaint

ON My 28, 2024 I purchased a 99 cent Warrior Boosting package of 200 gems plus other game featured "rewards" on the Evony platform. The platform charged my "in-app" account $19.99 for ***** gems. They have not refunded the money. There is obviously a glitch, which they are not acknowledging.Initial Complaint

Top Games **** has continually taken advantage of me on its mobile game Evony, just like thousands of others. *** spent over $100K to build a top performing account in 2.5 years. *************** now, the game has had errors or glitches that cause me to lose in-game items that cost thousands of dollars to purchase or sometimes, are not even available to for purchase. When filing tickets, Top Games support team will intentionally be misleading, trying to be vague & get by with an apology, yet not provide any restitution. Ive allowed this to happen multiple times because I enjoy the **************** Ive built playing it, and dont like to complain or argue. But over the last few months, the situation has gotten significantly worse. In the game, there was a battlefield event where I had to use 60K days of speed *** to survive to make it to next round. A significant amount of that was caused by in game issues, such as the games inability to respond in time to the actions I was taking, freezing, or doing things that dont even exist in the event. This happened to a majority of players and many on my team received refunds of 30K days in speed *** or more within 2 weeks. Top Games took over 2 months to provide me any restitution and only gave 600 days, which was less than 1% of what I used. They used some subjective & vague language for why but wouldnt provide any data. Two weeks ago, they had an event where the top 3 players in points would received a very rare award. I was in the third spot when the event finished and had spent over $8K during event period. Minutes after the event finished, I was randomly moved to 4th place & told someone over took me and it wasnt showing on my screen because of caching. Even though other players points were changing & the 4th place players werent. Since ranking is anonymous, there is no way to validate if theyre telling the truth or lying. I want them to show actual data of how I didnt get 3rd place or provide me a refund.Initial Complaint

I have played ***** the kings return for 7 years now. In the past year, I have spent money to win events in the game that were rigged by players using bots and alt accounts. This is against Evony terms and agreements. ***** will not do anything despite the fact *** proved the presence of these bots and *** never received compensation. Most players are using a ****** loader employee to get super cheap packs. They can get 1000 worth of packs for 380. Its against the rules and they ban players for doing it yet dont do anything to the big players who have been cheating for a year. The game play is unfair and it needs to be fixed or the game should not be available in the ***. Ive gone to Apple and they wont help. Ive been in dev meetings were players are muted.Initial Complaint

Customer Support is nearly nonexistent. You submit your ticket, they dont even read what you say and they ignore your screenshots. They repeatedly ask for information youve already submitted and when you do resubmit the information they ignore your response and dont respond back. If and when they finally do address your ticket, several days and sometimes weeks go bye before they decide to do anything. They do not compensate fairly if at all even when they are at fault. You cannot speak to anyone by phone, their messaging feature to contact them dont work. You can only email or submit a ticket. Either way youre lucky if they respond. They steal your money, they do not reward you sufficiently for the events despite making them nearly impossible to complete. Im considering obtaining an attorney to file a lawsuit against them and Im looking to have their game removed from Apple and ****** Play stores unless changes are made to meet their customers needs and they stop ripping them off. Im seeking a complete refund of all purchases made towards Evony game as compensationInitial Complaint

Hello,I purchased a **** game package from Evony the Kings Return which is an app game from Top Games *** on Sunday January 14th. A portion of the purchase did not appear on my gaming catalog and I immediately reached out to support with screenshots. They replied with something about a ****** transaction which wasnt available as I purchased the in game upgrade through apple. Once this was informed their customer service teamed ghosted me and refused to reply or add the in game materials to my inventory. This is stealing. I paid money for a game upgrade and despite sending them various screenshots they chose to ignore me.Initial Complaint

top games owns a game called Evony. This game advertises that its free to play but players who do not spend money or criticized and harassed. I spent about $2000-$3000 on this game. I have played for a year and ***** just banned my account for TOS. They say I was using third party then they said I was using bots, neither is true. This is the first game Ive really played in years and Im the least technical person in my home. Myself my husband and children were all playing the game. All banned. **************** is all robotic and I sent several screenshots showing we spent money and dont have Bots. They have no number to call to file a complaint with a person and they offer no proof of why your account is banned. No only did I put money in a game but I spent time and made friends that I cant play with anymore. This company is disgraceful. This happened on server **** and only to members in my alliance. Yes 12 of us in 1 alliance on one server because a bully falsely reported some of our accounts as Bots. This can happen to anyone and its just wrong.Initial Complaint

I am writing with great concern and disappointment regarding the sudden deletion of my Evony, the Kings' Return account, which I have dedicated over two years with huge amount of money of gameplay to. I am reaching out to kindly request the restoration of my account (ID: ********** and seek appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.I have been an avid player of Evony, faithfully adhering to the game's rules and regulations throughout my entire gameplay journey. To the best of my knowledge, I have not engaged in any activities that would warrant the termination or deletion of my account. Therefore, the deletion of my account without any prior warning or explanation or proofs has left me baffled and disheartened.During my time playing Evony, I have invested significant time, effort, and resources into developing my account. It has become an integral part of my gaming experience and has fostered a sense of community and accomplishment. Losing access to my account has not only caused frustration but also a feeling of unjust treatment.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have been playing this game for months, and my account became un-linked so I was no longer able to use it. I have reached out to the customer service team and get either no response or irrelevant responses. They have canceled or deleted tickets without review and have scammed out of money. I would like to reach someone to fix this however every phone number listed as incorrect. No emails will go through. This is a scam company and should be followed up with and stopped.
