If you dont think youll end up sticking with this company be wary of signing up for the sample. To get the sample you have to sign up for their subscription service. You would think it easy to just cancel if the product isnt for you. You would be WRONG! When you log on and select the cancel subscription button a prompt comes up and says We see you are thinking about canceling your subscription with ways to contact them to make it right. Im not thinking about canceling the company is preventing me but they better believe they wont get another ***** from me.

No stars This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I tried a sample of mens briefs for my father. They werent want we were looking for so I didnt bother with anything else. I did not realize that without canceling, I automatically signed up for a continuous shipment. I called to try and have it canceled, I was too late. I was told I could return it within a time frame, on my own dime. I did this but never received a refund. When I called about the refund, I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. Today I received an email, it stating I didnt get a prior auth to have it returned. I am out $60! With this economy and right before Christmas! I dont have this kind of money!

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond- our records show that we explained the return policy over the phone and sent instructions via email prior to the order being returned. The order was not returned according to our return policy, so the return could not be accepted. We have made a one-time exception and refunded the total for the order.

My husband uses these products and we are very pleased. This company is very nice to work with.

Good morning and thank you all at Because Market so much !!!! I cant remember how many years I have been a customer but I think its years !!! Have used a number of their products and have been pleased with them all .. I receive a package every month and they not only send me a text or email when its shipped but I know when it will arrive I have adjusted my order a few times and never a problem !!!!! I have been enjoying the products from Because Market for many years now. The only time I had an issue was when I tried the brown-colored diapers and for some reason, I had allergies to them. I wanted to return them because I had ordered two packages, but I did not have money to pay for the shipping and was not receiving a refund because I did not try them until I ran out of the other ones, and it was past the returning point. Besides that, I have had no problems with scheduling, refunds, or customer service. I especially love their new disposable underwear. I use their pads as well. I find their products way more comfortable than the local stores. I love how I can go to one place and find creams, and other items that can help when I get dry, moist, redness, etc., They have been adding more products too. There have been many times where Because Market sent two orders by accident but did not charge me for the second one. My life is easier to deal with because of their products. Comfort is everything and peace of mind knowing that I am not going to be embarrassed if I have a COPD coughing attack because the disposable underwear keeps me from wetting my pants during those times. I have seen a huge improvement in customer service and I do not believe they are a scam. No company is perfect and computers can mess up, but Because Market has done a wonderful job with me and my products. My daughter loves their new disposable underwear as well.

I have been using incontinance (Mens Guards) products for over 10 years and I have to say that I am very happy with the Because brand. I have used other brands but your products have worked best for me. My initial thought was they were more expensive than other brands but what *** found is that my overall costs have gone down because they provide better control over leakage thus reduced cost for dry cleaning. I wish I had found your product years ago, it would have saved me a lot of money, and frustration. Your product is awesome! If I could make one suggestion it would be to make your Mens Guards just slightly larger. Your customer service and responsiveness to my emails have also been great. Keep up the great work.

Because offers a good variety in women's health care products. I especially like the max pads to prevent urine release onto clothing. The underwear is also high on my list for extra absorption. Prices are comparable to other companies', but I find Because products more trustworthy and reliable,

I have had no problem with ordering, nor in any shipments. I am completely satisfied, so far. My last shipment seemed a little smaller in size as they fit tighter than previous shipments did. I will keep checking the opened package to see if they are all a little tight.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention- we made changes to our Underwear in the middle of this year, and they now have anti-leak channels which absorb liquid in seconds to remove moisture from the skin and keep you dry! They are also ultra soft. While these changes are meant to be an improvement, some customers may experience a slight difference in fit. We will reach out to you directly to help with this!
