      The transaction number given to me said it was delivered to my mailbox by **** on 12/4. It was never received. After reaching out to them on their email address on my email confirmation for my order and further research my previous address was listed.I know the buyers who now live there and went by and they never got it either so NO ONE will respond to me from Jollynova and the package was not delivered on 12/4 to me OR my previous address??I check with **** per the tracking # and ***** and both of them said that is not a tracking # of theirs so **** WAS NOT the delivery service even that is what the tracking number said so? Where is my package????

      On June 24, 2023, I ordered two pair of sunglasses from JollyNova. Their website was selling RayBan sunglasses, style RB4151. I paid $29.99 for each pair with a 30% off promotional discount for a total of $50.98.After almost 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted them on July 13. The company responded and sent out a package. They offered a 5% discount for the delay. On August 1, the glasses were delivered. Upon opening them, I could see that they were a very poor counterfeit of the *********** I ordered, had Chinese script on them and did not look anything like the style I ordered from them.I requested a full refund and received a series of responses from their customer service. They have most recently offered a 40% discount off what I paid. They say I can mail them back at my own expense. This is a fraud. The provided counterfeit goods after representing on their website that they were selling a brand-name product. No one should do business with this company. This company is using the US mail and a fancy website to peddle counterfeit goods.

      My wife ordered this watch for me for Christmas and we just got it over a week ago. The watch stops after a short time, it is a self winding watch. I tried as per the company instructions to get it to work. We sent photos and videos per their request. We asked for a refund and they offered us 10% back if we keep the watch. We said all we want is a refund, they have a 90 day refund policy. We kept sending email after email and kept getting the same email back 3 times. Today we got an email offering 50% refund and keep the watch. Why would I want to keep a watch that doesn't work. If a company has a return policy then they should honor that policy. We even requested a replacement watch that works but they just want to keep running us in circles hoping we will keep the watch and give up. All we want t is a full refund now, no watch. I think anyone who deals with this company should read my email message and see how this company treats new customers and how they don't ***** their return policy and don't even try to make things right. You have permission to use my email for others to read. Thank you for listening to my complaint.

      I would like to let you know that the company did reach out to us as soon as they got your message.  They offered either a replacement watch or full refund. We wanted an got a full refund. We are very happy with the results and should give them a thumbs up as well as removing it out of the unsolved file. Thank you for all your help. If anyone else should call to complain let them know they need you to contact them and when they reply let them know what's wrong. We didn't get any results from them until you the BBB  contacted them. As soon as they heard from you the company contacted us immediately.

      Paid for 2 pairs of sunglasses and this business really does not exist. Charged my credit card but they do not repsond. No phone, no email. Who are they.
