      My stepdad was admitted to the hospital on April 24 2024. He is still currently in there as of May 13 2024. On his Discover card there is a charge of ***** for feedspot.com. There is no way he could have agreed to this charge. We have disputed it with the credit card company and have tried to contact the company to make sure it doesn't happen again. I have not received a response and from reading the other complaints they don't respond. I want to make sure this charge does not happen again and we would like it refunded.

      Hi,

      Customer had emailed us to cancel the subscription.

      We had followed up with customer to know the details about the transaction, and once the email with which customer had subscribed was known, we refunded the fee.

      We have attached refund receipt, as well as the entire email communication.

      On September 26, 2023 I canceled my month to month $99 subscription for advertising services with Feedspot before the next billing cycle. The company fraudulently charged my card $945.61. Their website states that an account can be cancelled at anytime but I made sure to cancel before the next billing date of October 9th. The company proceeded to bill me for an annual membership. When I sent an email to dispute and ask for a refund they reactivated my account without my permission and placed me in the Business Pro subscription for lifetime in an attempt to justify not refunding my money. I did not request this to be done. Ive being disputing with my credit card company since September 26, 2023 but Feedspot keeps winning the disputes because all they have to do is tell the credit card company they have a no refund policy. Feedspot finally said they would refund me my money in January 2024 after contacting my Attorney and ************************* It is March 12, 2024 and they have not refunded my money. *** sent multiple emails and they wont respond to me. Now I see they told my Attorney and *********************** they would refund my money for them to close out the case, as Resolved. They had no intentions on refunding my money. Im not going to stop fighting until I get my refund.

      You were charged because you signed up for  Publisher Pro annual plan.  We have refunded the fee since you no longer wish to continue your subscription.
      Refund got delayed since you disputed the charge. As usual, the bank takes about 3 months for disupte resolution. Even though the Bank decided the dispute in our favor, we have refunded the fee since you no longer wish to continue with the service.

      On 2/22/2024 I was contacted by **** to complete a press release for Non Profits. Anuj misrepresented the product being offered and scammed me out of $100 and did not provide the services in which I paid for. I requested a refund immediately on 2/22/2024 and Anuj proceeded to spam me and request additional money.

      Customer(***************************) emailed us regarding purchase of ***** journalists, magazine editors and bloggers database from Feedspot, on15th February 2024, at 12:04?pm, Pacific Time (PT)
      Customer agreed to pay $100 to get the database from Feedspot.

      Once the payment was made on 23rd February 2024, at 12:14?pm, Pacific Time (PT), we shared the database in an excel spreadsheet in the form of an attachment on 23rd February 2024, at 5:30?pm, Pacific Time (PT)

      Customer asked for a refund once we had shared the database. Although we had shared the database, we initiated a refund.

      We have attached our entire email communication, and the refund receipt.

      I accidentally got to FeedSpot's site while searching for something else and moved on immediately. I got an email a few minutes later thanking me for joining, including a link to my account that showed my photo, and asking me to confirm my account. BUT I NEVER JOINEDthey sucked my profile off ****** without asking me! Stop these scammers.

      Customer had created a free account, which was then deleted on 26th February 2024.

      No emails had been sent from Feedspot to the customer thereafter.

      I had a charge as followsPOS ******* **** Check Card **** - PAYPAL *FEEDSPOT ************ CAPOS-$57.52this was not authorized. I have not received a billing notice or any claim of monies due for services or any renewal notice. I have not used services other than a 1 time purchase of data for $150.00 which was totally unsatisfactory. I want a return of $57.52 and stop payment on any future billing as I do not use service and the lack of professionalism of Company and my contact with ****************************** 7/19/2023

      Customer had subscribed in July 2021 for annual Pro plan, and canceled subscription in December 2023.

      We have attached the Welcome email sent to customer when he had subscribed, the email received from Paypal that a recurring subscription was created, and also the cancelation email sent when customer canceled subscription.

      They charged me $57.52 USD on June 20th. I canceled the subscription from my account on the same day, and it was immediately deactivated, preventing me from using it. I immediately requested a refund on the same day, but received no reply. It appears to be a scam service that makes you pay for podcasts that are otherwise free and readily available. The subscription is inactive, I have never used it, and I cannot use it because it's inactive. I have no desire to use it as I don't need it; all I want is a refund. Furthermore, it is highly unprofessional and questionable that nobody responds to emails, including both their team/support email and the CEO's email. Honestly, it's just shameful.

      Customer canceled subscription on the same day.

      I signed up for a "free trial" for the **** a month plan in May 2023 & you just charged me $57 (+) for this month (6/1/2023 - today) which means that I CANNOT PAY MY RENT which is due today. I live paycheck to paycheck and will be homeless if you do not take that charge of ASAP. Thank you

      We explained to her that she had subscribed for annual plan, and refunded the fee too.

      I was charged $190.00 on 05/22/2023POS ******* **** Check Card - FEEDSPOT.COM ***** HTTPSWWW.FEEDCA to upgrade subscription to feedspot. When I log on to feedspot account I am getting a popup to upgrade my account. I am not able to update any of the functions or features without paying another fee. I have emailed Anul twice and filled out a contact request with this issue and left a voice mail today. NO RESPONSE!!!! I would like a refund ASAP.

      Customer added 1 more site to her Publisher account on 20th May 2023, for which she was charged a pro-rated fee.

      A week ago I left my bank card information on the www.feedspot.com platform. It said I was going through a 7 day pay-per-view period, after which a $1.79 monthly subscription would be activated.On 04/04 my card was charged $21.52 for an annual subscription to their service. That's not what I ordered. I sent a letter to their email and also left a text message on their feedback form. I didn't get a reply.I am in *******, in the frontline area.       Feedspot is sharing protected health information regarding a diagnosis on their website. Per correspondence it has been over 30days of me requesting that this is removed from their website. They are clearly against law.

      Customer had submitted her site for inclusion in Feedspot's top blog list in August 2019

      She emailed asking to remove her site from Feedspot database in February 2023.

      We made the necessary changes and emailed her. (see our attached email communication)
