      I received a notification that I began making automatic payments to feedspot via paypal for the "preapproved amount" of $57.52 - but have no knowledge or recollection of signing up for this website or service. I especially would not have connected my paypal account to any website that requires $60/month to use, no matter what it was. I would like a refund for the amount billed, in addition to cancelation of any automatic payments going forward.

      Customer subscribed for annual Pro plan in December 2022. We have attached the welcome email sent to the customer, and the confirmation email from Paypal stating a recurring subscription was created.

      We offer a trial period of 7 days, during which customer can cancel anytime.

      ********************** has a no refund policy for subscriptions.

      Customer canceled subscription in January 2023, and hasn't been charged since.

      I received a charge of $23.88 from feedspot.com on 9/6/22. I have never even heard of this site. I tried to find an account linked to this site but couldn't find anything. This was charged to my debit card. I tried emailing the company but have had no response. I would like this refunded to my card.

      Hi. I had accidentally subscribed to Feedspot while looking for some online podcasts. I forgot to cancel.it before midnight of the day that the free trial was going to be over and got charged $57. I had chest pain having a diagnosis of pericarditis and was not in a position to go online. I requested a refund telling the owner that I will send my medical reports and to please consider it on humanitarian grounds but they refuse to do so. I'm from a low income family and $57 is 3 medical visits for me as I don't have a car. Can anyone help? I don't even have a blog or website and didn't really know about their services. Did anyone get a refund from them? Is it possible to *** them for not considering?

      Feedspot.com charged me $57.52 via my PayPal account early this morning 8/19/22. It states this is a subscription, however it is not a subscription I signed up for, nor can I even use it as I dont have a blog or website. It appears this is a common problem people have had with this company. I would just like a refund and to cancel this subscription

      I have never heard of this company and I don't know how they got my debit card number, but I contacted them and demanded a cancelation of the so-called subscription they have be and a refund.They responded that they have a no refund policy.I need a refund.       I registered for a free 7-day trial with subscription for this product on 7/13/2022, ad it was completely NOT what I thought it was and I CANNOT USE IT (I dont even have a website or online presence!). I never established an account even! I set a reminder to cancel on the date of my last day of the free trial and in the wee hours of the morning that day a charge of $57.52 came through (7/19/2022). I instantly emailed ******************************* with screenshots from PayPal showing what occurred, requesting cancelation and a refund and crickets ??!!! I sent it again days later, and to their main customer service email, then through the resolution service center at PayPal, all to no avail (NO RESPONSE!). This is horrendous customer service, I cant imagine being a customer!! Please cancel my subscription as its useless, Ive never used it, I cant use it, and issue a refund ASAP PLEASE!Thank you! *****

      On June 13th 2021 I was charged $57.52 by a company called FeedSpot.com on my PayPal account. I am not sure what this service is for or how I managed to get signed up for it. They are saying they have some sort of agreement with me. I am not sure what this is. I never gave them any billing information. I opened a dispute with PayPal on 9/7 and PayPal. closed it. I am unable to reach anyone at FeedSpot to discuss this issue (their phone number is never answered). I am not sure what my other options are here. So I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau can help me out.My PayPal account is **************************

      Today, October 17, 2021, Feedspot debited my PayPal account for $23.88 for an automatic payment for 1 year free trial subscription. The payment statement (from PayPal) said the payments start on October 17, 2017 and payments stop after cycle--until cancellation. . I dispute this payment, am asking Feedspot to return/refund my money to my Pay Pal account AND if they already have not done so, cancel my account.
