  I highly recommend AIR 7 SEAS COMPANY for the amazing customer service, they are really friendly , helpful and highly professional workers. I really want to mention ***** and thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything shes done for me, I bothered her so many times, always answering my questions very kindly and professional no matter if was early in the morning or late in the evening. Another person l like to mention its ****** , he does his job perfect , he was always available for me , he send a perfect team to pack my stuff, they packed everything in blankets and wrapped up very well. I really appreciate everything they did for me and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone, you will never regret.

  STAY CLEAR OF **********!!! This company has very CHEAP quotes, DO NOT FALL FOR THAT!!! Once they got my crate the price went up by double and demanded payment immediately or I will begin accruing interest, I paid and then I got ANOTHER estimate bill that was FIVE times the quoted price.I tried calling these people to speak to the rep I was introduced, instead she had put me off to a very arrogant colleague, rude, disrespectful and doesn't listen or respect you.I was so ****** that I cancelled the shipment and asked for my goods back, these guys had used ANOTHER company called ************* out of ***** **, another s***** company, these guys had instructed A7S to have my crate delivered to STG Logistics in ******** **.............NOW to get my stuff back, A7S tried to charge me $210 for charges and booking when there was NO booking. What's even worse, they refused to release my property UNTIL I agreed to their charges, I threatened to call the police and that's when a manager stepped in and agreed to return my property. When I FINALLY sent my friend (The same person who dropped off the crate), they had put my name as the pick up AND I AM IN AFRICA!!! This was the SECOND time they messed up as at STG Logistics, during drop off they did NOT have the right documents and had my friend delayed there for TWO hours and on pick up they put my name and that was ANOTHER TWO hours, this led to extra charges on the rental truck and my friend missed work one of those days.Finally when I got my goods back they kept playing with my refund and when they finally sent it back they withheld MORE than they had even said. These guys are CROOKS!!! Also, they seem to be some family run business so they just pretend they are escalating your problems but most are from the same country.

  WARNING: DO NOT USE Air 7 Seas Transport Logistics (Based in ********, **) AS YOU MAY NEVER GET YOUR GOODS An agent connected us to this company to ship our household goods from the ** to *****. This is our what happened:* Our goods were picked up August 30th, 2022 * An invoice was issued 3 weeks later by ********** * We paid the entire invoice amount via Credit Card within day of receiving invoice.* Two weeks following the shipment date, we get a message from ********** indicating that some of our goods couldn't fit in the 20' Container that they arranged. The asked to pay $2500 more to ship the rest without providing a new invoice for the goods.* We called our credit card to dispute the transaction and at this point we thought at least some of our shipment would arrive.* Over the 2 months while the shipment was en-route to ***** we agreed to pay the additional fees as Air7Seas informed us they wouldn't release the partial shipment that was arriving in *****.* Late December 2022, the Credit card company refunded us the entirety of the payment to **********.* We attempted to compromise with ********** offering to pay them the full invoice amount to ********** by wire transfer asking them to release our goods before payment was made to customs and a local agent who works with them. We also wanted to ensure that our left over goods stuck in the US were out of their possession prior to making the complete payment. Any compromise for them was not acceptable and they have withheld the Bill of Lading so our goods are stuck in ******* ***** getting ready to be abandoned to Customs.* Also, ********** attempted to use my Credit Card that I gave them for the first payment again without my authorization. This was immediately raised to the credit card who is treating this as fraud.8 months later and we don't know where our entire consignment is and I'm thinking that ********** doesn't know where all of it is either.

  I have facilitated one shipment with Jason and the Air7seas team and they were extremely attentive with fast and efficient service. We look forward to building this business relationship with such a great team who provided regular follow ups and ensured our cargo was not delayed to our customer.   We shipped our Van & house hold items over seas from USA with Air 7 Seas Transport. Scott was wonderful to work with when problems happened which it did, but he clear things up - Thanks Scott! Sam had also help with a few other problems that had came up too - Thanks Sam! We also work with Danny too but things didn't go well when we work with him. Over all Experience was very stressful! Air 7 Seas Transport needs to make sure that all employees communication is done better, paper work is given more ahead of time not last minute, we also had issues trying
  to get the Insurance on our items as well & when we as customers ask to have the container in both names to make sure it is done right. Because it was not put in both my name & my husband's name which caused problems for us at the destination port which couldn't be fixed like delaying the release of the container with our Van & house hold items in it.
